Buffalo tenders meal $8.50
Marissa M.

This is my neighborhood movie theater and extremely convenient for $8 matinees and $6 Tuesday deal. I visit weekly and it is one of my favorite theaters. They do have recliner seats but they are in dire need of reupholstering. The seats are still comfortable just in need of replacement. The food and alcohol service here has always been great. THE FOOD IS CONSISTENTLY GOOD ! Burgers, chicken quesadillas, chicken tenders, hot fries, pizzas, churros, wraps, nachos. All good !!!! The staff here is excellent and that goes without saying the reason I'm a regular. I enjoy sitting in the theaters closest to the entrance. Theater 1, 2 & 8 have the best sound and the seats are better. I prefer to sit closer to the screen to avoid all the other movie goers getting up and down the stairs for concession items and the restroom. The sound is better on the lower rows as well. The staff is respectful and always willing to serve. I've enjoyed all the food. Service again is perfect. The popcorn is always hot and delicious! The manager is wonderful. Always willing to help. Today we ordered desserts later into our show. They were running behind with orders and delivered hot churros and my daughter's brownie sundae with 2 FREE Tickets for the long wait. So kind and thoughtful. You can't beat the convenience or deals with a movie fan membership. What I enjoy the most about this theatre is the events !!!!! I recently attended my very first Secret Movie Series night. You purchase a ticket for $5 and await the surprise the night of the premiere. Recently, I enjoyed Companion. The theater was packed ! They also have Amazon Prime Premiere nights here which I have been attending for 2 years now. It's always organized and a real good time that is affordable.

The ads played before the movie were inconsistent. Not sure who they were intended for, but it didn't feel like we were the target audience. The seats were comfortable, but we were split into a single and one part of a double so we were sitting kind of far apart. It would have been nice to know that before we purchased the tickets. Otherwise the theater experience was good. We were treated well by concessions staff, and they had a nice variety of concessions.

Visited for the first time this passed weekend to see "Boogeyman". The staff at the ticket booth and concession staff weren't friendly, but the price of the tickets and snacks were pretty reasonable. The young man who takes the tickets and directs us to the theatre was sitting there playing with a knife and stabbing the desk he sat at as we came in and when we walked away. I watched him for awhile in awe as he played that game where you stab around your fingers while your hand lies flat and fingers separated. I don't remember the name of the game. He was definitely bored. The women's restroom was DISGUSTING & I mean, DISGUSTING. It definitely hadn't been cleaned in quite awhile before I got there. The smell would've made you gag!! Just terrible. You pick your seats at the ticket booth. So, we went to our assigned seats, which were comfy and reclined. They had a table that could be adjusted too. The seats had lots of peeling, but it didn't effect the comfortability for me. All in all, the visit wasn't bad. I would definitely go back.

Very big building, lots of space with everyone in the theatre, only non positive thing I have to say is the seats were not cleaned.

Bacon cheddar (?) burger, came with fries 16.50.

Soooo cool. I was surprised how updated and clean this place was. Starting off we got in super fast, got food (burger and a hot dog, hot dog was 7.15$? Burger was 16.50$ or something like that and came w fries) which was imo decent value compared to most movie theaters nowadays. BEST part was how nice the cashier was thanking us for visiting them (I've never been thanked for going to the movies so it was equal parts funny and wholesome). SECOND best part was after ordering the burger he first asked what theater we were seated in. Then he gave us a little plastic square thing and said 'when this buzzes someone will meet you outside the theater with your food.' WOW!!! It felt so cool and refined lol. Smaller theater space overall for viewing but that made it better as there weren't really any bad seats and the sound was great everywhere. Reclining seats as well!

Lounger seat in Theatre 13

Been here dozens of times over the years. Understand getting through the Pandemic was tough on the industry. However now it's time to update. The seats in Theatre 13 (Guardians of the Galaxy 3) on Saturday night (June 10) are just plain Worn out. The mens room has a row of urinals with a couple taped off out of order leaving you wondering. So I rate a 3 for now.

Hubby and I had a great viewing experience! We preordered tickets but ended up wanting to catch an earlier showing. The ticket office swapped our tickets out no problem and after selecting new seats we were on our way. The concession staff were friendly and efficient, the theater clean and comfy with great sound. We really enjoy the reclining seats and kicked back to enjoy our show.

Poor maintenance

Been coming here for years. They no longer maintain a clean theater. If you buy concessions you're best holding in your hands or better eat before you go. The food tray was not wiped off and the cup holders were disgusting. A sign management is not making sure the theater is not to proper cleaning standards for the guest.

We have always loved going to this theater- but the seats need a good facelift.

Ask the Community - Movie Bistro - Raleigh

Can you still order food from your seat (pizza etc )?

You order at the counter. They will give you a buzzer and bring it to the doorway.

Do they still offer dine-in service with meals outside of the concession stand menu?

They do. Order at the counter where you'll be given a buzzer. When the buzzer goes off they'll be waiting outside the theatre door.

Last week, I brought my 5-year-old son to see The Super Mario Bros. Movie. He is on the autism spectrum and was doing what, for him, is actually amazing engaging with the movie, enjoying himself, and yes, clapping intermittently out of excitement. Anyone who parents a child with autism knows moments like that are victories. Unfortunately, someone in the theater complained. As a parent, that moment can feel isolating and disheartening, especially in a theater full of children watching a kid's movie. But what happened next completely changed the experience. Two managers, Brittany and Layla, approached us with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. Instead of making us feel uncomfortable or unwelcome, they supported us. They offered to move us to another area of the theater to make things easier, and they went above and beyond by giving my son additional snacks and water so he could stay regulated and continue enjoying the movie. Their approach was not just professional, it was deeply human. We are longtime Regal members, and this experience reminded me why. Inclusion is not just a word, it's action. Brittany and Layla demonstrated what it looks like to create a space where all families, including those with neurodiverse children, feel seen, respected, and welcomed. Because of them, what could have been a painful experience turned into a meaningful one that I will not forget. Thank you, Regal, for having staff who lead with empathy. And a special thank you to Brittany and Layla, you made a difference for my son and for me.

Frankie's Review - 3/5…read more While in town, we decided to visit Frankie's after it was recommended to me by my boss, and this time I had my husband and 12-year-old son with me. Overall, it was a nice way to spend time together as a family and gave us something fun to do during our visit. Frankie's offers a good variety of attractions, and my son especially enjoyed the rides, including the claw, roller coaster, and zero gravity experience. We also played putt-putt golf, which was enjoyable, though I personally found the course a bit less challenging than similar places I've visited before. The road course was also on the shorter side, but still fun for what it offered. One thing I would note is that the pricing felt a bit high, particularly for the arcade games and rides, especially considering some of the experiences are fairly brief. We also found the pizza to be a little overpriced, so we chose other food options as well as their burger and Philly cheesesteak. Unfortunately, one part of the experience that stood out in a less positive way was the customer service around some of the attractions. Several of the attendants seemed very nonchalant and disengaged, almost as if they were not very happy to be there. That kind of energy can affect the overall atmosphere and, for me, made it less likely that I would return or recommend it. We also had to wait for attendants to assist with some of the more interactive 3D-style games, which interrupted the flow of the experience. That being said, one of my personal favorites ended up being the carnival 3D shooting game, even though we did have to wait for an attendant before we could play. Once we got on, it was definitely one of the more enjoyable parts of the visit for me. On the positive side, it was not crowded during our visit, which made the experience much more relaxed and enjoyable. I especially enjoyed spending time in the arcade with my family, and that ended up being one of the highlights of our visit. I also want to mention our experience in the bar area with Olivia Jackson, who provided such warm and pleasant service. She was courteous, attentive, and truly showed genuine Southern hospitality. Her kindness and professionalism made us want to stay longer, and we ended up enjoying our food and family time even more because of her. She was definitely one of the bright spots of our visit. Overall, while I have visited similar entertainment venues that I personally enjoyed more, Frankie's still provided a decent family outing and a different experience while we were in town. I would rate it 3 out of 5 stars.

The staff was very kind and today's experience was easy. I do think they need to work on signage for where and how disabled patrons wait in the line. Bathrooms remained busy so I didn't use the facilities that night. Parking was the furthest away you could possibly be in the lot. If you like to dress the part for metal shows, stay far away from this place…read more If you are a metal fan who likes to express yourself through your outfits, the Ritz is not the venue for you. We came here for Hanabie and Nekrogoblikon and were treated like we were trying to breach a high security government facility. The security team here is something else. They targeted my girlfriend's outfit three separate times before finally letting us in. First it was the cuffs, then it was a studded bra that wasn't sharp at all, and finally a third guy decided her boots were a threat to national security. My girlfriend is autistic and she spent weeks meticulously putting this outfit together. For her, this is how she expresses herself and feels comfortable in a crowd. Watching these guards pick her apart piece by piece until she was in tears and having a breakdown was pathetic. They took the one thing she was most excited about and turned it into a reason to bully her. The logic was top tier. The guard told us she should just go to the Walmart across the street and buy a change of clothes. I really appreciated the fashion advice from a guy who looks like he spends his weekends LARPing as a riot cop. I was allowed in with a two pound metal wallet chain that was two feet long, but her 1/4 inch decorative studs were the real danger. My buddy has been in the metal scene for 15 years and has worn the same jacket to every show, but he was turned away too. I literally smacked his jacket spikes with my own hand a dozen times to show them it wouldn't even scratch a toddler, but they just stared at me with completely blank expressions. I guess their specialized training didn't cover physics. They only updated their website to mention sharp or spiked clothing after we made a scene about their nonsensical enforcement. The venue is nice once you get inside, but the security team's power trip ensured that my friends and I are never coming back.
