Here we go~

Who goes to see Mission: Impossible at 9AM on a Sunday? Apparently... we do. My early-bird husband requested it, so off we went. The theater's website said it was IMAX, so I was all excited -- but nope, not IMAX. The seats weren't all that comfy either, which was a bit of a letdown. BUT -- we had the entire place to ourselves. Just us and Tom Cruise saving the world. Private screening? I'll take it!

Wicked :)

I've been to this theater many times and always have a pleasant experience. Parking is tricky to navigate but you can do the parking garages and it's either free and no pass needed or when leaving the garage you let the parking pass person know you were at the movies and they'll let you through. Today was a weekend so free parking and no pass needed. Parking is the only major criticism I have for this location. Also make sure you are going to the correct theater as there is a 21 and over cinemark nearby! I've seen Barbie at this theater and I have now seen Wicked! I've seen so many awesome movies at this location. Every time I come to the theater, the employees are quiet but very friendly and kind. Large screens and comfy seats. Theater could be cleaner and wish they would get recliners but I still enjoy seeing movies here. They even have a game room and a Photo Booth! They allowed me to bring in a small blanket and my personal cup with my matcha inside and didn't say a word so that was nice. For an almost 3 hour movie it was nice having my blanket! I would recommend and return to this location :)

wicked specialty cocktail "shiz fizz"

We came here with a Movie Club member to use up their perks for the 9:35 pm showing of Wicked. Showed up about an hour early (purposely missed the Snowflake Lane traffic) & killed time grabbing a round of whiskey at the bar and pool in the game room. Bathrooms were stocked and clean, reclining seats were comfy & as soon as we sat down a staff member took our order - 4 shiz cocktails (too sweet, would skip) 2 mushroom burgers 1 loaded truffle fries 1 popcorn 1 crispy fried chicken sandwich 2 mini churros The service was quick & food came out fresh. Our bill was $126 after the 20% discount before tip. We had a great experience as first time visitors & left wanting to sign up for the Movie Club ourselves!

Amazon Studios free movie!

I was invited by Amazon Studios to watch the movie Unstoppable before it released. The theater is nice but I feel like it's not the nicest. When I sat in the recliner it was kinda small & pretty worn. There wasn't a line for concessions so that was a bonus & the staff provided my free drink & popcorn with my voucher & were very friendly. But the overall feel of the theater is not my first choice for comfort or cleanliness. The bathrooms always seem to be dirty and the toilet i used wasn't flushing properly. But, free movie made it worthwhile.

Bright lights shine the entire movie

Great service. Comfortable seats. Decent food. High prices. But the real reason for the review are the lights that won't turn off. Be warned that it stays bright throughout the whole movie. So ya, not great.

This review is more about the staff and overall maintenance of the theater over my viewing experience. One of my clients works here so I visit frequently to check on him and his progress. I am appreciative of the staff's support of him and accommodating him. The Theater is staffed quite a bit, something I don't see all that much but I suppose given the size of this theater there needs to be several staff on duty on a given day. The lobby, bathrooms and theaters are nicely kept up. I personally accompanied my client and a couple of his coworkers to clean up a theater following a showing. I love the decor props and movie posters all around the lobby that really takes me back to movie Theaters pre covid where seeing all this got you hyped for coming movies and some of these are so large you can get photos in front of them. Thanks again Cinemark Lincoln Square team.

Coming from old AMC theatre in downtown Seattle that we are usually going to we were pleasantly surprised with good seats and huge auditoriums. However, the schedule that google and their home page shows is not accurate because we came weekend before to watch Sound of Freedom and it was not available that day. This time we bought our tickets in advance online and the theatre was almost empty. We had a good experience and we would definitely come back.

Super clean, very nice staff and well organised! I like going there every now and then but I wish they have the recliner chairs.

Black toilets have got to go. They don't flush properly and there's always a mystery in them. I avoid this theater for this one reason.

Ask the Community - Cinemark Lincoln Square

How wide are the seats?

There are 2 separate Cinemark theaters at Lincoln Square - One for 21+ with very wide seats and places to put food. The other one has seats that are not as wide and have very little back support.

While booking the tickets for a movie in Lincoln square, they didn't ask for seats choice, so do they assign the seats on their own or is there any way I can give my preference?

They only reserve seats in the late afternoon, evening, and for special occasions.

Do you have to be over 21?

There are 2 separate Cinemark Theaters at Lincoln Square. One is 21+ and the other is all ages.

Does Cinemark Lincoln Square Cinemas have REQUIRED assigned seating like so many other theaters nowadays?

Yes they do!!! It's because the seats are so relaxing and actually big enough to sit in and enjoy the movie. To me it's honestly worth it in comparison to other movie theaters I have been to and paid too much for the seats and they were…

Where do you park at? I'm going to be traveling over there soon

There is validated parking in the building, but it's hard to find.

It's unclear is they validate parking on weekdays and for how long?? Normal parking validation for Lincoln Square seems to be 3 hours which would be tight for a movie..

Cinemark Lincoln Square will validate your parking ticket at the ticket taker or self-service at the Guest Service counter in the theater lobby. Officially for the theater the validation is actually 4 hours. For all other businesses in Lincoln…

The theater wasn't crowded, and there was plenty of parking, which made everything easy from the moment we arrived. There were plenty of trailers before the movie, though there must not have been enough future movies for the in-seat audience: played the one for Wuthering Heights (2026), convincing me to think we were in the wrong theater. The seats were plush, wide, and reclining, making me wish all movie theater seats were like this. It was a long movie (2h 35m), but went by quickly, in part to the theater.

My friend and I went to watch The Housemaid, and if you go during the afternoon on a weekday, tickets are 20% off. We ended up going after 4 PM, so tickets were about $18 each, and we also got a regular popcorn for $11. Overall, I really loved the experience, the reclining seats were super comfortable, and I'm a huge fan of recliners because they make everything feel so much cozier. The movie was really good as well, and while there were about 30 minutes of ads, that's clearly mentioned when you purchase tickets online, so there's no pressure to arrive exactly on time. There also weren't many people sitting near us, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and gave it an overall great vibe.

Tip, women's bathroom has more stalls at the end around the corner if you come in and it is full. I understand there are probably larger theaters and also some that serve booze, but if you are looking for a theater which is primarily focused on playing moving and serving standard movie theater food this is your spot! From what we've tried on the menu, I can recommend the quesadilla, the mac n cheese, the grilled cheese, and the fried chicken. The fries are really good. I've tried several cocktails and the mule is one of my favorites. The servers have always been really pleasant. One time a drink was not delivered that I had ordered but they didn't charge me for it without me having to ask. This movie venue isn't cheap. Tickets are $20 and the food menu isn't discount. The food is pretty good, and when I compare to what I'd pay for dinner and a movie elsewhere, IPIC comes out in that range. Note that they do add an automatic 18% service charge to the bill which isn't boldly stated. I was glad I saw that in another review and thought to look for it myself. The screen and sound are good. In the lobby and waiting area is a lot of fun with the lounge chairs and pool tables. Parking is validated up to three hours. Easy validation with them. My only complaint is that I wish they offered more vegan or at least one full vegan entree. Not many people are going to the movies these days and here's an easy idea to change that maybe offer a vegan dish on the menu.. I was creative and got a pizza with no cheese. so vegetable pizza which was dough , red sauce and veggies. Some might find this surprising, but it was actually pretty good. Alternatively, I think they have burgers with cheese that you could substitute for black bean patty no cheese but again why can't they just make one dish on the menu that's exclusively for vegan diets instead of forcing people to do all these modifications?! no one likes modifications.
