Cindy's Nails - This past Christmas nails...... - Nail Salons Near Me - Levittown, Pennsylvania

I used to go here about five years ago and would not go anywhere else. finally went back today and I regret it and would not ever spend another penny. the woman who did them I did not get her name but she was rude as hell. And when I asked two nail techs about my design which was a simple hollow black heart on one nail, two swoops, she attempted it twice. The first time it looked identical to Pac-Man. Not a heart. Nothing was rounded at all. The second time she just tried to adjust it, by making it thicker and uneven. The owner attempted it and also made it worse and when I asked for a letter R I was told they dont get them often and couldn't do it after six attempts and also i fought for the colors I wanted for it I went with another letter. S , and I get home to show my significant other the surprise (had to use his nickname ) I come to find out that one of them is backwards, AND UPSIDE DOWN. I called and asked to come in later to fix it she said ummmm sure. And she guesses I won't be charged. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AFTER FOUR YEARS OF NOT GETTING THEM DONE I WILL NEVER GO BACK EVER AND THAT IS UPSETTING. DID AND WILL NOT SCHEDULE MY PEDICURE. DO NOT GO!!! read more

I had Jenny do refills and pedicures for years. She opened up her own shop and it took me a couple years to find her. I shouldn't write this, but I absolutely love her. She's a great nail technician, and does them quickly, but does not skimp on doing it properly & very well. Extremely glad I found her again! I've never found anyone as good. wouldn't recommend at all. I've been to this location 4 times and they've turn me down every time, I come in during normal hours ( afternoon usually ) and they always say "They don't have enough time and i should reschedule ... even though theres empty chairs with stylist doing nothing. I could understand 1 time .. but 4 times? I thinks its honestly a race thing. I'm always greeted with dirty looks and told to reschedule for another day but the salon will be empty or only 3 clients give or take. very weird place. read more

This used to be my go-to nail salon in high school and it's only improved since. I haven't stepped foot in here in maybe 10 years. The salon is beautiful and clean, and they do a great job. Highly recommend. read more

I have been going to this salon for years and they are awesome. My 6 year old gets her nails painted and gets antsy waiting for me and the staff here are always very nice to her and offer her things to do. She has fallen asleep multiple times while here and one technician stood at the chair my daughters feet were resting on and made sure she didn't fall off. They are super friendly and I love their gel manicures, pink and white acrylic and their different nail shapes. They also are the best place I have gotten my eyebrows waxed. After years of trying various nail salons, I finally found Jenny again, the owner of Cindy's Nails. Jenny had been my nail tech for years at another salon, and after she left to have a baby, I lost touch with her. I admired someone's gel manicure a few months ago, and she told me that she reunited with her favorite nail tech of all times, Jenny. I was so happy to hear that she was doing nails again, and that she had taken over ownership of Cindy's Nails! I love this place!! They give the best pedicure at a very reasonable price. The staff takes extra time to make you feel pampered by massaging your hands and feet with warm lotions and hot towels. It is also very clean and decorated nicely. read more

I went here for a relaxing pedicure,and the girl doing my feet cut me while cutting my cuticle,and after I yelled in pain,she kept cutting at my cuticle while my toe was bleeding,now my toe got infected and still hurts after 4 days,I'll never go there again.i have been there before,but never again. read more

Over the years of going to Cindy's with my daughter, their service has always been pretty good. Everyone has always been friendly and I would say they have gotten to know us pretty well. The last couple of times however have not been the best regarding quality. This was overlooked and we decided to keep coming back because the customer service was always amazing. Today my daughter and I went back for a pedicure. We were sat right away and tended to immediately. The lady doing my daughter's feet started to take the nail polish off when a customer walked behind her and whispered something to her. She immediately made up an excuse saying the nail polish was not coming off, put a nail polish remover on her toes and advised she needed to wait 10 minutes. She then turned around and started doing a manicure on the lady that whispered something to her previously. 15 minutes went by and I said something as the nail polish remover was still on her toes and I did not want that chemical sinking in any longer than it already had been. None of the employees did anything. After almost a half hour I was getting very frustrated. The lady doing my toes then stopped to take the nail polish remover off of my daughters toes then went back to doing my feet. As my service was coming to an end, my daughter then walked out, frustrated at the fact that she had waited so long for terrible service! It is very unprofessional how an employee started the service and then stopped to do another customer before her. None of the staff said anything or was apologetic to the situation. After years of coming to this establishment, they have now lost 2 regular customers. read more
