I went to this salon Tuesday afternoon for a gel refill. All was fine until I got home and my paint job started to peel. I was beyond irritated. This is not the only incident. Last month and the month before, I had nails that would have acrylic chipping only a day or 2 after my manicure. They don't take their time, they act annoyed if you want to take your time picking out a color and 2 weeks ago when I went on Sunday, they are supposed to open at 11 but it was more like 1130. I waited because it was the only day and time I had to get my nails done but looking back I should have left and went some place else. The overall vibe in that place is that they want to get you out asap. I don't know why, they are never busy and I've been there all days of the weeks in several different time frames. Also, as some else mentioned, they burn you with th etools because they get too hot and if you say something, they look at you like you're being a baby and it's no big deal. That shit hurts.

But I had the worst experience yesterday getting waxed (eyebrows and upper lip) I usually go to Tracy but they sent a new woman, I've never seen who couldn't understand when I said "eyebrows and lip" it started off pretty rough. She then let the wax, each time sit on my face for way too long, it actually burnt the skin/ripped it on my eyebrows, (see picture). My brows are literally ruined. I have no point in them I just look like a sad emoji, literally. Eyebrows are slanted down take your choice of any of those, that's my face now. I am so mad I will never go back. What happened to the Tiffany's where it was safe for eyebrows to be waxed here?!!! Guess I'm buying some brow pens.
