I was only receiving facial injections. However Dr kept insisting on collecting urine for possible vulva tightening. I expected a higher level of professionalism and transparency as well as empathy for what he called me "loose vagina". I paid for those services. You can't just keep someone's prepaid services and not provide a service! They claim there is a 90-day grace period to use pre-paid services. How do you schedule 5-6 services in a 90-day period when there are no appointments available??? I can see charging a 1-time cancellation fee maybe, but we are talking $400-$500!
