She went out of town and I needed someone to do my brows before I went on a work trip. I was weary at first, but Lucy really did an amazing job. I was very impressed and 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to get their eyebrows done! Thank you so much Lucy!!!

We were literally the only people there and no one bothered to greet us, the cashier was on her phone complaining about having to work. After browsing, I found a good deal on shampoo/conditioner (buy 1 get 1 free) and at the register there were mix and match eyeshadows (buy 4 get a eyeshadow case for free). As I was checking out, the cashier charged me full price for everything, when I told her about the sale, her response was "ugggh sure it is. Ok let me go up the aisle and check" (.... ok?), then she charges me full price for the case to which I again corrected her and I got another "uuugggh ok let me see". Customer service was horrendous and I won't be going back.

I went to this store several years ago to purchase hair extensions for a Halloween costume. I have never used hair extensions and don't know much about them, so it was taking me a while to search through the selections and figure out which one was suited for my purpose. I was in there, looking at the extensions for about 15 minutes and not once did the sales associate ask me if I needed help. Instead, this rotund, irritable, sullen looking woman-child was complaining about something to the other employee and also laughing. You know that feeling when you're being talked about? Suddenly, in a quiet voice, but purposefully loud enough so I could hear since I was in earshot she says "I swear to god, if she walks out without buying anything, UGH." followed by stifled laughter and snorting as they glanced my way. LOL no. Mind you, the store is very, very small and I was the only customer in there at the time. So I dropped what I was doing and cut her a fierce side eye as I walked out. I find no reason to interact or do business with trash. Oh what was it you swore you were going to do if I walked out without buying anything? Nothing. Didn't think so. NEXT!

5-Star Review for Dr. Benjamin Lam…read more I can't say enough amazing things about Dr. Benjamin Lam and his team (Beth) . From my very first consultation, he made me feel completely comfortable, heard, and confident in my decision. He was honest, kind, and incredibly detailed in explaining what to expect before, during, and after my tummy tuck. The results have truly exceeded my expectations -- my stomach looks amazing! My incision is clean, smooth, and healing beautifully. Dr. Lam's work is not just skilled, it's artful. I feel like myself again -- even better -- and that's something I'll always be grateful for. His staff Bath has also been wonderful every step of the way, answering every question with patience and care. I never once felt rushed or dismissed. The entire experience has been life-changing for me, and I'm beyond thankful I chose Dr. Lam. I don't see or hear a lot of hand washing either between rooms as there are no sinks in any of the rooms which is very strange. The office is very old and outdated looking. Doesn't give you a good sense of confidence. After many many years of going here I am leaving to a place where they respect my time more. Doctors are very specialized like thyroid issue, throat issue, sinus issue then it's someone else. So you can't have consistency if more than one issue. They also missed a very obvious sinus perforation I had that developed into a massive body infection and landed me three days in the hospital on IV antibiotics.
