The issue is that they left one of my toilets running water. My realtor found out 10 days later, and I received a huge water bill at the end of that period. They came out with two maids and did an OK job. Later on thought, we noticed that they had missed a lot of stuff. The next day, the owner, his wife and the crew came out to my house and really did a spectacular job. They really paid attention to cleaning outside the cabinets, our shutters, blinds and floors. I cleaned most of the house myself but was required to have it professionally cleaned upon move out since I sold my home. I had to call in to request someone to come back since I had to vacate that day. A lady returned and confirmed and took pictures to show that it was not just the floors that weren't mopped.
