When my brand new husband and I walked out to see two beautiful white horses and a stunning white carriage ready to whisk us away after our ceremony I started bawling. It is truly such a beautiful sight! The horse drawn carriage is such a perfect addition to add a little "fairytale" to your wedding. The driver was so kind, the pictures turned out amazing, and it was really nice to have 10 minutes alone right after getting married on a lovely carriage ride! read more

After much research and recommendations I hired Cindy Cinderella Carriages for my Groom to ride in on the horse at our Indian wedding. This company was really nice and easy to work with. They were at the venue on time, the horse was decorated so nicely, the attendant made my groom feel very comfortable on the horse (The horse's name was Daisy) . The attendant had even dressed up in indian attire, which I didn't expect but it came out looking so pretty in all my pictures. Thank you for making my wedding memorable! read more

SO MUCH FUN! We had a very silly Disney themed party and surprised our guests with our "e ticket"ride in the wagonette from Cindy Cinderella. Cindy was super accommodating, the horses are absolutely gorgeous and the ride was a show stopper in South Pasadena. Thx Cindy! read more

We chose CCC to provide a horse for our Baraat procession and they did a fantastic job! Good communication up until the day of the event - and then on the day they showed up even earlier than expected, which was nice. The horse - Daisy - was wonderfully dressed, as was Cyndi. Daisy was very calm and not at all bothered by the large amount of people or loud music - this was great as we had never dealt with horses before and were slightly nervous, but Cyndi was very confident everything would be fine and that reassured us. These guys were great, and we recommend them for your event! read more

What can I say, other than words cannot express the gratitude and admiration that I have for Cindy and her team. She has been professional, understanding, and flexible due to the pandemic and the changes made. Cindy was simply common sense and no unreasonable doubt or questions asked. We loved her carriage, professionalism, kindness, genuine love for the services she provides, and her beautiful horses. The Cinderella carriage was a complete hit as a surprise for my Goddaughter. My fiance and I are getting married this December and our wedding plans have not gone as expected due to the pandemic. We had to cancel our reception so we decided to have a coed wedding shower at my house. My mom surprised us with Cindy Cinderella Carriages. I was blown away when I saw the horses pull up on my street. I had no idea she was going to do this for us. I was left speechless. They were so sweet and friendly. We had 1 hour and wanted to share the time with our guests. They were incredible! If you have any special event coming up, definitely give them a call. You will not regret it! read more

We received a very special visit from a unicorn for my Granddaughter's birthday!! Cindy was easy to work with, great follow up, excellent customer service and communication. Daisy is a beautiful unicorn, a gentle horse who wears her ribbons and butterflies, glitter and sparkle leg warmers with elegance. This company provides a service that makes memories that will last a lifetime! With so much unhappiness/cancellations this year...it was worth every penny to see her so happy! This is not just a party renral or a stable... they make dreams come true! read more

I was so pleased with this crew! I used them for my wedding in August! It's extremely hot in Las Vegas at this time and I was having a hard time getting the only local vendor to commit. These ladies came out from California and got the job done for a decent price! And I got even more bang! They'll light the carriage up, adorn the horses, and you get two horses instead of one! My guests were so impressed! Thank you ladies for taking care of me on the best day ever! I'll never forget you! read more

DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR. THEY ACTUALLY TRIED TO RUIN MY WEDDING. I called these guys months in advance for my wedding. I am southasian and they claim that they do southasian weddings. They told me they had an umbrella and their carriage was decorated. I had my decorator additional to have the carriage decorated. On the day of the event, as I was sitting in the carriage getting ready to go on my baraat, the lady driving the carriage was pretty much asking me nonstop to get paid. She would not proceed until she had money in her hand. I had to leave my event and find my dad as he had an envelope in his hand. He gave it to them immediately. I didn't know it was all so they could then try to ruin my event once they had cash in hand. First they managed "have their umbrella stolen" so the carriage wasnt decorated properly. Not a big deal, but they should have called me and told me because I specifically asked about it. Instead of buying a new one, they just came without it, and told me DURING MY EVENT. While my baraat was going on, the lady driving the carriage turned around and said she would not stay till the pre-determined time. This is a big issue, because we needed the carriage for after the ceremony! My wife wanted to leave our ceremony in a fairytale carriage. Whats worse is she's telling me this DURING THE EVENT. She was ridiculously unprofessional and rude. We tried to pay them extra, but they were demanding insane amounts to stay the time we discussed on the phone. IN short, these guys are disorganized, don't call you back before your event, don't tell you when they change their services. Try to take your money, then put you in a bad position while your event is going on. At the end of the day we paid them a lot of and they stayed for 15 minutes and bounced even though we contracted to have them to stay for a few hours. They didn't offer a refund or try to fix their issues. They over committed and then didn't deliver at all. They told me these things DURING MY EVENT. Lucky for us we used my cousins nice car instead of their carriage. Use ANYONE else so your event doesn't get ruined. read more

Hired them for my daughters Quincenera. Booking was easy they even coordinated my daughters dress to the horses feathers. They were very professional, waited for us to take a MILLION pictures, they even stayed a little extra after my time was over. Cindy Cinderella Carriages - Fairy tales really do come true. Belle themed Quincenera, best day EVER! Thank YOU! - Wedding Planning Near Me - Riverside, California

We hired Cindy Cinderella Carriages for our wedding on 7/23/2017 in Corona, Ca. They were a last minute vendor we had decided to add, but I'm so thankful we did. We booked the horse and buggy. When we first spoke to them over the phone (after speaking with 3 other vendors), we just felt they were the right fit. They are a family owed business, which is awesome. We later found out that we actually got engaged on one of there Cinderella coaches at the Mission Inn in Riverside during December 2016. It was meant to be. The day of our wedding Stan and his daughter arrived on time with the most beautiful horses! The carriage and the horses very clean and their daughter was dressed so cute! Our guest were in awe over my arrival in this horse and carriage and it made me feel like a princess! Cindy Cinderella Carriages are the best! I highly recommend them for your wedding! I can not even begin to tell you how much we loved having Cindy with Cindy Cinderella Carriages at our wedding. My husband surprised me with one of her carriages at our wedding. We had a fairytale themed wedding and this was the PERFECT touch to our special day. From the moment the carriage arrive, I was in awe. From the glitter on the horses, feathers on their head, glitter on their hooves, and the flowers adorning the carriage, every single part of the carriage was magical. Cindy was dressed to impress as well, which was just too cute. My husband said working with Cindy was so easy and she was so understanding and helpful especially considering my husband kept this surprise from me for over a year. Our guests didn't know what to say when I arrived at our ceremony in the horse drawn carriage. As we rode down the street to the ceremony, people were taking pictures and commenting on how cool it was. Cindy Cinderella Carriages gave our wedding the magic and special touch that we will never forget, not to mention the coolest pictures ever. To this day, we still talk about how much we loved the horses and the entire experience. We can't wait to hire Cindy Cinderella Carriages again for our vow renew years from now. read more

DON'T THINK TWICE JUST DO IT! Once my husband found out we could use a horse carriage for me to arrive for our wedding there was no looking back. We were refereed to Cindy Cinderella Carriages by the resort our wedding was going to be held and it was the cherry on top at our wedding. Beside my husband and I no one knew that's how I would be arriving and gasp I heard when everyone first saw me coming down the hill was worth EVERY penny. Which by the way way not as expensive as I thought something like this would be. Cindy was so sweet and they even had the thing that go on the horses head match our wedding colors, that was so thoughtful that they went the extra mile. I really just can't say enough about them. They were super easy and nice to work with. If your looking for a WOW factor for your event this is truly it! I myself have never seen anyone do it before we did it for our wedding. Thank you Stan and Cindy for making so easy to work with you both, during such a hectic time of planning!!! read more

My parents wanted to make sure I truly felt and looked like a princess on my wedding day. We decided to use Cindy Cinderella Carriages for my arrival to the wedding ceremony. It did not disappoint! The carriage and the horses are beautiful. The guests were truly in awe and couldn't stop talking about it! The pricing was surprisingly reasonable for such a huge impact. Once my husband and I exchanged vows and were officially man and wife, the carriage took us away. She took the long way around the back of our hotel -- people watched as we rode by and clapped for us. It was so magical! What an amazing addition to our wedding. read more

I was blown away by Cindys service. Her carriage surpassed my every expectation and the horses were beautiful from head to toe. My guest were so astonished exiting the church to find the horse and carriage in stunning beauty right outside the chapel doors. It was exactly what I hoped for and invisioned. This made my day and my wedding and was the perfect transition to a cinderella themed reception. Cindy was by far my favorite vendor. The most exceptional part and to me most important was her expert professionalism. In all categories she was simply off the charts. Her demeanor, fine attention to detail, and kindness. I could tell she takes great care of her horses and I really felt that she went above and beyond to make my day special and do all she could to make my dream come to life on my wedding day. This was one of my husband and I most cherished moments of the day. Its was so nice to get away from the crowd for a moment and have special time with my husband. Cindys service could not have been any more perfect. Five stars is truly not enough I would give her 10 if I could. read more

I rented the pumpkin coach for a little girl's princess party. The coach arrived on time and looked great. I was told the coachman would be in costume. Unfortunately, she was only wearing a costume hat, being dressed in a black t shirt, black pants and boots. The look wasn't bad, but not what I was expecting. They were very good about parking away from the party and setting up the coach so that when they arrived, there was no loss of the magic of their appearance. Though it was expensive, it wasn't a killer. Their presence put the party up a couple of notches (especially when princess arrived to entertain in the carriage). Well worth it. read more

This company was incredible! When I first reached out to Cyndi to inquire about getting a horse & carriage for my wedding, she was extremely nice and helpful. Even with me being indecisive in the beginning, she was very patient with me and was there to answer all of my calls and questions. When I finally decided to go with this company, Cyndi allowed me to pick out the horses that I wanted & the carriage. I was very specific on how I wanted the entrance to go for my ceremony and Cyndi was so sweet and very easy to work with. She even agreed to go down to the venue with me so we can both map out how I wanted my grand entrance to be for the wedding! She also gave great ideas and suggested the perfect entrance - which I ended up going with! On the day of the wedding, Cyndi was on time, extremely professional and made sure my special day was PERFECT! All of my guests said the horse & carriage was the icing on the cake. I was able to have a beautiful and magical wedding and I owe it all to Cyndi! The horses looked beautiful and Cyndi complimented the horses and carriages so well with her outfit. It was perfect for my Cinderella themed wedding. I cant thank you enough Cyndi, our wedding was perfect, magical and unforgettable! We appreciate you so much! read more

My Wife and I had our Wedding April 12 2014. We loved the horses and the staff are very professional and polite. We found them online and when we called they had open arms, we came to their home where the horses were and were able to have the opportunity to meet the horses as part of our consultation and choose which carriage we would like to us. They have a variety of carriages and it all depends on what you are looking for your vision. We immediately fell in love with the idea using their service and made the commitment. Prior to our wedding date the staff contacted us to see what is the time frame so they can coordinate with staff to make sure our day runs smooth during the time of their services. The day of the wedding felt magical with the horses, the carriage was beautiful, and the timing was great. We would definitely recommend their services to anyone who wants the Cinderella moment to come alive. Thanks Again Cindy Cinderella Carriages for making our day special!!!! read more

The worst customer service ever! We had one phone conversation with the manager Cyndi and booked a horse for our event based on that. She never contacted us again until the day of the event. The horse and guide shows up before the event where our wedding coordinator had a check ready to make the remainder of the payment. She refused to start our event until we gave her cash. We were able to get her cash and make the payment. Problem remedied by my event coordinators. The manager actually called me 10 mins later, while I was waiting to walk down the aisle and tell me off because I didn't have cash ready before hand and that she was doing me a favor by going forward with the event. Really, who does that? Call a bride right before she gets married to tell her off, when she got paid in the end. Next time if she wants cash the day of the event, call and confirm that the day or week before. And if she wants to let the bride know she "did her a favor by starting the event", she should wait until after the wedding. I'm a wedding coordinator myself and have never had a vendor act like that before. So much for trying out a new business. read more

My husband had come up with the idea that I should arrive at the top of the aisle in a horse-drawn carriage. We were looking at various companies and wanted a unique carriage that was not overly ornate. We came across Cindy and saw their beautiful cinderella-style carriage. We knew we had to have it! Cyndi and Stan were WONDERFUL to work with. In the weeks leading up to the wedding we had some issues with finding a good spot for the carriage to park. Cyndi and Stan were quick to respond to my e-mails and together we came up with a plan for where the carriage should park. (We wanted to keep the carriage a surprise for family and friends so part of the working was making sure it was far enough away from the ceremony site). On the day of the wedding the parking plan fell through, but Cyndi and Stan were able to find a doable alternative and communicated with my wedding coordinator about their location. They were so flexible with the change. The carriage, horses, and Cyndi (the driver) were decorated beautifully. Riding in the carriage was definitely one of the highlights of the wedding and one of the things my guests commented about the most. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a carriage to go through Cyndi and Stan. read more
