You can tell from all of her experience that she knows what she's doing. We gave her an idea of the colors we wanted, and she was able to help design flowers and decor (e.g., candles, lanterns) that were better than anything we could have imagined. She was able to work within our budget to still make an absolutely stunning arrangement for both our ceremony and our reception. Even better was that she was able to use a mix of largely silk flowers (which looked gorgeous and cost less) as well as as real flowers for the bridal bouquets and groomsmen flowers, and every last detail looked perfect. She is communicative and flexible with you, and she made the daunting task of choosing wedding flowers into a stress free and beautiful experience. Would highly recommend anyone in the area looking for a florist to go with Brandi and Finishing Touch!

Our initial consultation consisted of an in-person visit to Finishing Touch's showroom where there were samples of various wedding decor set up for you to see! My fiance and I did not have a clear vision of what we wanted besides my main goal: have as many lights as possible. Brandi was AMAZING in showing us pictures of previous work and then creating new ideas that she had never done before to bring my goal to life. Brandi's communication was absolute perfection and she was clear and prompt with all of her responses. I was quite nervous about the fact that none of the actual decor would be seen until the day of the wedding; however, during our final in person consultation, Brandi put my mind at ease with her meticulous review of every floral/decor detail. Fast forward to our actual wedding day and Finishing Touch was at the venue setting up before any of us had arrived. I can confidently say that myself, my husband, and every guest in attendance was absolutely BLOWN AWAY by the decor and florals from Finishing Touch. We loved being able to use a vendor that could create their own decor installations, but on top of that they are also professional and expert wedding florists (all of our bouquets and flowers from our decor stayed alive for weeks out of water and in the heat). We can not recommend Finishing Touch enough for bringing our wedding decor dreams to life!

We received many compliments from our guests on the ceremony and reception decor which was amazing. She really takes the time to listen to you and makes sure that everything is exactly as you had envisioned for your big day scheduling as many meetings and phone calls with you as you need. Thank you so much for your hard work. We wish you the best.

I am in no way trying to be malicious and what I am about to express is in all honesty. I was…read morereferred to Makayla by a friend of mine and when my husband and I met her we clicked. She assured us that our outdoor wedding was her cup of tea. To make a long story short, Makayla is not the wedding coordinator for you if you value your wedding day. We experienced multiple family emergencies with her (which we understand happens) but we were notified of meeting cancellation within the same hour as the appointment or not within 24 hours of the meeting like her contract states. At one point her mother sent me a text stating "she took Makayla's phone away from her" her mother stated that she needed a break. I am a business owner myself and I would never allow this to happen. She has forgotten to respond to my texts or emails in a timely manner on multiple occasions. My husband and I did 98% of our planning when we hired her to assist with so much of our planning and decor. All of the vendors we chose to work with were from our research and attempt to contact and contract except the florist and suit rental company which she referred us to. I was told my multiple vendors that we contracted that she was lacking to update or make changes needed on our invoices. Thankfully I was on top of EVERYTHING! At one point I was called by her to inform me about her mandatory attendance needed at jury duty 3 days prior to her "3 day jury duty". Because of her jury duty I had to attend 2 vendor meeting by myself and let me tell you it was a very stressful time handling meetings without my "professional" wedding coordinator to assist me. Makayla was not educated on wattage needed for generators for our outdoor venue and when she spoke with a vendor her suggestion for wattage was questionable so we ended up researching on our own. The final straw for us to cancel our contract with AGA was when we witnessed her production with our own eyes. My aunt hired AGA to plan and deliver her sons 1st birthday party. It was a baseball them and the deliverance of the party was horrible. I could have done better myself. She tried hot glue gunning balloons to a backdrop, she blamed the wind for the balloons looking sad and wilted. Within an hour of her bringing the balloons they lost air and were small and all different in size. She was late and sent her "assistants" to start prepping. Her "assistants" had no idea where any of the decor went. My aunt requested a large tent and 2 EZ-ups were brought. The face painter was late. I saw the proposal and images that my aunt received and the day of the party nothing was even close to the inspiration photos. She did not have baseballs for the buckets and my aunt had to pull out her sons baseballs. I can go on and on... We met with Makayla and expressed that we were not happy after seeing her work at the 1st birthday party and she had excuse after excuse and assured us she can deliver the day of our wedding. We left that meeting still feeling uneasy and knew that if we pulled out of contract we would lose money. I tried contacting AGA for days and received nothing in response and finally after days of attempts an email was sent that she had ANOTHER family emergency. At this point I could not accept anymore of her unprofessionalism and requested to terminate contract. We asked for all monies to be refunded. She was unwilling to refund full amount and stated per her contract (which was very contradicting I might add) she can keep all money but she was willing to refund a few hundred. I was not going to agree to that since my husband and I did 98% of our work. After weeks of battling back and forth and setting an appointment to take AGA to small claims court she agreed to give less than half the amount we paid her on contract. I was still unhappy with this agreement but we had no choice as we were less than 60 days away from our wedding and court would interfere with many meetings and wedding duties. What we received as a "settlement" from AGA is not acceptable. I cannot refer her to ANYONE and I am writing this review because I want to warn the next person about AGA unprofessionalism. I am sure I am missing so much detail and I wish I remember everything but this should be enough to prove that AGA is not who you want to work with. I hope AGA learns from this experience and make the changes needed to become a better coordinator or step down from this as a career. I wanted to wait until after my wedding 10/19/19 to write this review. Thankfully I found another wedding coordinator who saved our wedding day!

Loved that it's all inclusive with the packages and it makes it so much easier and STRESS FREE. The captain we had was named Brittany and she was amazing! The retreat by Wedgewood was a typical country club vibe perched a top a mountain overlooking the corona area. The gated community was a beautiful as you drive up to the venue itself. I knew that the package deal was something that appealed to my best friend and her planning so I was curious to see what exactly that entailed. I remember her mentioning that being included catering, cake plus cutting, open bar, DJ, ceremony, and reception tables. The reception was set up on a grass area with plenty of chairs . The sound system worked well, and we were able to hear them say their vows as well which I really enjoyed. As for the reception space I saw it was mentioned that people didn't like how the layout was split up and I can't help but agree with that sentiment. Half of the party was on one side of the clubhouse building and the other half was on the other side. Space that looked like it would become the dance floor ended up just becoming dead space that was not used except for a first dance. Food from Catering was fairly decent and I was starving at the time so it probably tasted even better. There was notably enough food for people to go back and get seconds so no complaints there. Now, for the things that stood out to me as being less than ideal for the space is provided for the bridal party to get ready, felt very much like a closet shoved behind a locker room with horrible lighting. We took pictures in this space which felt a little bit tacky but not much you can do or work with. The photographer seemed nice, but probably not my first choice. I think this was provided by the venue. Another thing that stood out was the DJ. I'm not sure if he was in a rush to get through a playlist or what but honestly, it felt completely haphazard and next to no one ended up dancing because it's hard to get into a groove with only 15 seconds per song. I think that having the dining tables disconnected from the dance floor, broke up the party, and most people ended up standing awkwardly in the clubhouse area near the bar, talking rather than dancing since staff was already starting to clean up tables outside and made it seem like we were being rushed out the door. Overall, the wedding was lovely and I'm sure my best friend enjoyed herself. You get what you pay for and she got everything that she was looking for considering she was originally going to elope, but the parents wanted her to stay and have a full wedding. Would I come back or plan my own wedding here probably not ? Would I recommend it to someone? Maybe if they were looking for an all-encompassing but minimal frills experience. Not meant for dance for couples probably a better space for a quiet affair.
