When I asked if there was anything they could do since I was specifically instructed to come back at that time, the employee at the front basically acted indifferent and just said there was nothing they could do. I've been in retail for years, and entering inventory into a system is not some massive impossible task. This honestly came across as laziness and a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction. Don't tell customers to come back at a specific time if you're not actually prepared to follow through. Traffic and gas prices in Southern California are terrible. People are spending real time and money to come support your business, so at least be considerate of that when making promises to customers. I understand inventory processing takes time, but communication and effort matter. A simple apology or attempt to help would have gone a long way. The store is large and packed with product, but there also weren't many customers there, which makes the lack of urgency even more frustrating. The owner should seriously consider improving management and customer service standards because experiences like this are exactly why customers stop coming back.

This Hobby Lobby has a little bit of everything if you are a craft person. They carry candle making…read moresupplies which I went for and had a decent selection for candles making. But they carry stuff for almost every craft that you could think of. They also have a wide variety of markers and paints. If you are a sewer they have a big section for everything that you would need. They also have a great seasonal section for your special holidays. In general the prices here are decent and average compared to other craft stores. They don't offer coupons anymore. Which is a little disappointing but they do have good sales going on. The service from the employees was great. Very welcoming and willing to help with whatever you may need. I definitely will be back to this location.

It's SO hard to know which line is open, there's so much waiting because they ring everything up by hand and enter in codes, and while the staff is super helpful and kind, it seems like the setup is sabotaging sales. I've seen people put stuff down and leave without buying, and I almost did that but really needed the item. Please get more cashiers or update your system to something more modern to move the line faster. Bright side, super fun to just walk thru and get your steps in on a hot summer day.

They do a decent job at restocking things. I also found some cute clothes and shoes from here. They have a variety of things at decent prices. I mean don't expect luxury since it's a decent price store. Don't expect a "Gucci" with $5 brain mentality. But you can expect to find decent items that are worth awhile.

(4 for that) One time they dropped off 1 bag and even took a picture and said "your $127 order was delivered" I was meal prepping that day so it was a real inconvenience that I did not get my order. But the fact that the driver took the picture of the 1 wrinkled up bag? They refunded but did not rush any items out to me or anything. it was 7-8am so they had time to replace. I was bummed. At the same time I thought I should have gotten something for the $100 mistake. Like a small Walmart gift card or something. All I got was a "the driver is going to get in trouble." So after that last poor experience I canceled. But I need delivery. I can't drive, so I got it again. And my first delivery at this store, I got 1 wrong item, 4 moldy potatoes, 1 expired frozen bag of chicken tenders and super wilted broccoli I'm just done. I guess I will have to start pinching pennies and paying extra for another delivery service. Ralph's gets good reviews. Instacart is expensive but you get what you pay for. Or maybe I will start walking to the store. Exercise is good for the aching joints.

Disappointing Experience at the Auto Center…read more My husband came in for a routine oil change as a walk-in customer. When he checked in, he was told the wait would be about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Understanding that walk-ins may have to wait, he spent time shopping in the store and then patiently waited for his vehicle to be serviced. After the two-hour mark, he went back to ask for an update and was told it would be even longer before they could get to his vehicle. At no point was he proactively informed about the delay or given a realistic estimate of how much additional time he would be waiting. After waiting approximately 2 1/2 hours with no clear timeline, he finally left without getting the oil change done. We understand delays can happen, but better communication and more accurate wait times would have gone a long way. It's frustrating to set aside that much time based on the information provided, only to leave empty-handed. Unfortunately, this experience was a waste of time and left us very disappointed.

My daughter and granddaughter accompanied me on a mission to find specific hard to find Pokémon cards to complete a set. We were able to find 5 or 6 of them. It was so much fun hanging out and ferreting through boxes and boxes of cards. We weren't rushed out and were left to dig at our leisure. I'll return to True to dig, sort, and converse. It's like being a kid again. Quick Tip: No sports cards, but the friendly associates can direct you to where you can find them. Have fun.

It only took another customer coming in over an hr later asking about the 30th and then another associate said directly, "no, we sold out already" so now I'm starting to get frustrated cause I had decided to wait patiently for it cause they made it sound like they were expecting some to come in and so when I went up to the same associate I talked to and explained to her what I just heard, she says she'll go and ask the guy. He told her they were sold out and so she goes on to tell me "yeah, we just don't know when we'll get them in, maybe some time next week" like girl, I wasn't planning to wait a whole week. She played it off as if this was the first time I was talking with her, I wanted to reply back, "oh but you said you guys were gonna get them in later.." cause I have been waiting over an hour. I basically just stayed quiet cause I thought this place was cool before, I had great customer service the last time I was there but I basically feel like I was jerked around. Like if they had just told me straight up from the beginning that they were sold out I might've gotten something else, cause I definitely browsed around their showcases to see what else I would like in case they didn't have any of the 30th. But I was pretty irritated so I just grabbed my stuff and left without a word.
