We went with Finishing Touch for our flowers for our wedding earlier this month, and we are so…read morehappy that we did. Brandi does an amazing, amazing, amazing job! You can tell from all of her experience that she knows what she's doing. We gave her an idea of the colors we wanted, and she was able to help design flowers and decor (e.g., candles, lanterns) that were better than anything we could have imagined. She was able to work within our budget to still make an absolutely stunning arrangement for both our ceremony and our reception. Even better was that she was able to use a mix of largely silk flowers (which looked gorgeous and cost less) as well as as real flowers for the bridal bouquets and groomsmen flowers, and every last detail looked perfect. She is communicative and flexible with you, and she made the daunting task of choosing wedding flowers into a stress free and beautiful experience. Would highly recommend anyone in the area looking for a florist to go with Brandi and Finishing Touch!

We first heard about Finishing Touch because they were a preferred vendor for our venue. After…read morescheduling an initial consultation with Brandi and meeting her for the first time, we knew we were in great hands. Our initial consultation consisted of an in-person visit to Finishing Touch's showroom where there were samples of various wedding decor set up for you to see! My fiance and I did not have a clear vision of what we wanted besides my main goal: have as many lights as possible. Brandi was AMAZING in showing us pictures of previous work and then creating new ideas that she had never done before to bring my goal to life. Brandi's communication was absolute perfection and she was clear and prompt with all of her responses. I was quite nervous about the fact that none of the actual decor would be seen until the day of the wedding; however, during our final in person consultation, Brandi put my mind at ease with her meticulous review of every floral/decor detail. Fast forward to our actual wedding day and Finishing Touch was at the venue setting up before any of us had arrived. I can confidently say that myself, my husband, and every guest in attendance was absolutely BLOWN AWAY by the decor and florals from Finishing Touch. We loved being able to use a vendor that could create their own decor installations, but on top of that they are also professional and expert wedding florists (all of our bouquets and flowers from our decor stayed alive for weeks out of water and in the heat). We can not recommend Finishing Touch enough for bringing our wedding decor dreams to life!

Loved that it's all inclusive with the packages and it makes it so much easier and STRESS FREE. The captain we had was named Brittany and she was amazing! Made sure everything ran smoothly and made sure I didn't have any stress or worries. Food was amazing too! Get the salmon and I believe it was called Parmesan crusted chicken so so good!! Best experience with the staff and place!

When my best friend told me she was getting married in Corona, I thought to myself what in the…read moreworld is in Corona? Actually a lot. The retreat by Wedgewood was a typical country club vibe perched a top a mountain overlooking the corona area. The gated community was a beautiful as you drive up to the venue itself. I knew that the package deal was something that appealed to my best friend and her planning so I was curious to see what exactly that entailed. I remember her mentioning that being included catering, cake plus cutting, open bar, DJ, ceremony, and reception tables. The reception was set up on a grass area with plenty of chairs . The sound system worked well, and we were able to hear them say their vows as well which I really enjoyed. As for the reception space I saw it was mentioned that people didn't like how the layout was split up and I can't help but agree with that sentiment. Half of the party was on one side of the clubhouse building and the other half was on the other side. Space that looked like it would become the dance floor ended up just becoming dead space that was not used except for a first dance. Food from Catering was fairly decent and I was starving at the time so it probably tasted even better. There was notably enough food for people to go back and get seconds so no complaints there. Now, for the things that stood out to me as being less than ideal for the space is provided for the bridal party to get ready, felt very much like a closet shoved behind a locker room with horrible lighting. We took pictures in this space which felt a little bit tacky but not much you can do or work with. The photographer seemed nice, but probably not my first choice. I think this was provided by the venue. Another thing that stood out was the DJ. I'm not sure if he was in a rush to get through a playlist or what but honestly, it felt completely haphazard and next to no one ended up dancing because it's hard to get into a groove with only 15 seconds per song. I think that having the dining tables disconnected from the dance floor, broke up the party, and most people ended up standing awkwardly in the clubhouse area near the bar, talking rather than dancing since staff was already starting to clean up tables outside and made it seem like we were being rushed out the door. Overall, the wedding was lovely and I'm sure my best friend enjoyed herself. You get what you pay for and she got everything that she was looking for considering she was originally going to elope, but the parents wanted her to stay and have a full wedding. Would I come back or plan my own wedding here probably not ? Would I recommend it to someone? Maybe if they were looking for an all-encompassing but minimal frills experience. Not meant for dance for couples probably a better space for a quiet affair.
