I usually don't leave negative reviews because I understand everyone is just doing their job, but I'm genuinely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received here. This place left me with serious buyer's remorse--I regretted my decision to come here and even more so after paying so much. During my pedicure, the nail tech scrubbed my foot so aggressively with the exfoliating tool that she cut the underside of my toe. She seemed to realize it too, because she noticeably used less pressure on the other foot. I didn't notice the cut right away, but felt a sting afterward and saw the injury. When I pointed it out, she apologized--but said nothing in the moment and had me put my foot back into the water, which is a major hygiene concern and increases the risk of infection. I asked when I arrived if they accepted cards and was told yes, but the additional card fee wasn't mentioned until checkout. That kind of information should be disclosed upfront--especially given that their prices are already on the higher end. I also got acrylic extensions, which were really mediocre. The length was inconsistent (as shown in my pictures), the application was thick, and the finished result looked like I already had them on for a week--she didn't apply the product close to the cuticle line, which left an obvious gap. The total came out to about $180 for a gel pedicure and acrylic manicure, and unfortunately, the quality just didn't match the price. They're charging premium rates for subpar work. (Keep in mind I wouldn't mind the price if it actually looked good and they did not give me a cut on my foot) Definitely won't be returning, and I WOULD NOT recommend this place to others. read more

Needed a last minute pedicure and needed to soak off the acrylic from my toes. Jennifer was my nail tech. She did an amazing job and removed the acrylic without damaging my nails. I've been going to this salon for a while , today they really disappointed me. They charged me extra for a French design and did it uneven , even the shape of the nails was uneven, the gel very messy. I went to pay and my total was 100$ for a gel manicure with French and a pedicure. I gave the guy 100$ bill and asked him if I could leave 10$ tip with my card (I usually tip 20$ but since I was very unsatisfied I decided I'd leave it 10$) The guy took my 100$ bill and then charged me 108.30$ with my card , once I made him realize that he charged me 108.30$ instead of 10$, he got upset with me like if this would be my fault . I told him I wasn't willing to pay more than 110$ since I was very UNSATISFIED with my manicure , I claimed my 100$ bill back (which he gave me) and he got upset and clearly told me he was going to charge 10$ extra dollars for the tips. And that's been recorded on camera because they have cameras. He didn't even want to give me my receipt. So be very careful if you go to this salon , they get mad if you don't tip enough if you don't like their service and would basically rob you and charge you extra money for tips (if you pay with your card) without your authorization. I already took care of it by calling my bank but THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUD ! And it's not for the 10$, it's the way they act that scares me . Again people , be very careful! While removing my nails done in China, she said that I had a strengthening layer that here would cost $50. I goy lowkey shocked as in China they only charged me 40rmb ( $6), so I told jokingly told her that, and that I will not have that layer done. Then she stated that we were in the States, so prices are higher, which I understand. But then she commented: "Do you know that in the States you have to tip?". I felt very uncomfortable at that moment and I don't know why she would say that out of the blue. So I told her that I came here to get my nails done, not to feel judged, and she told me to have her coworker do my nails. I went and showed the coworker what I wanted to do, and she gave me another pricing, and kept asking me what style is this They're supposed to know, not me ... At the end, I felt TOO UNCOMFORTABLE and left with only one hand of nails polish removed. WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN. read more

I will never return to this nail salon because I find their prices to be excessive and their expectation of a 50% tip to be unreasonable. They rushed my nail job, did it incorrectly, and it fell apart after just four days, looking terrible. Additionally, they did a quick and poorly done pedicure, spending less than 10 minutes on my feet, and then overcharged me over $200 for the manicure and pedicure.So if you don't want to be overcharged and over price please don't go here at Cinderella nail salon it's very expensive and they wont tell you the correct prices for everything but they will wait to overcharge you after everything is done at the end of the service read more

Decided to try another nail place in flushing after the one we usually go to was fully booked. Got gel mani with regular pedicure. Definitely pricier than other places in the area. Nails were chipping and peeling off in a day so that was disappointing read more

I had a reference photo from pinterest and Fei did an amazing job! She was super quick with the prep, but still precise and took her time with the details. She even cleaned underneath the nail, which is something I never experienced from other salons. Total cost was $115 since I had the designs. I will say don't expect a full blown massage when you get a manicure! It was very brief, but I wasn't there for the massage only for the nails so I didn't mind at all. read more

I have been coming to the dim sum upstairs every time I visit NY from CA 2-3 times annually. I noticed the Cinderella Nail Spa and decided to get my nails done in NY for the first time. I prefer dip powder over gel and Maggie did an excellent job, so much cleaner look than the one I got in CA a month ago for more $$. Maggie is sweet and pleasant to chat with. Got there to do my manicures on Lunar New Year's Eve, the customer service was really good, the place look nice, location is convenient, and they are able to do any trendy designs that's out there. But I must take away 2 stars because on my way home, I just notice that my left thumb wasn't even dry. I didn't want to drive another 40 minutes there to fix it. one week later my right thumb's manicure extension fell out completely, half week later at a concert, my other thumb is chipped,big piece broken out. Another week later my left hand middle finger manicure fell off without any signs. I've got my manicure done in few places, I've never experienced them fell out so early. We were in the shopping plaza and we happened to see the nail place and we decided to go in. We needed to get our nails done anyways so we walked in and the salon was beautiful. The staff was friendly and they happened to not be busy and me and my friend were able to sit down immediately. I got reg gel mani and my friend got tips with dip. I was showing the guy the design I wanted but he couldn't do it so I got two colors. 3 colors or more is an up charge. My friend wanted to get coffin shaped nails but it was also an up charge of 10. There was an up charge for everything lol anyways, the place was clean and they had an assortment of colors. Depending on which one you picked, and I wanted to get the matte but again up charge of 10 for that. I stuck with basic gel and my nails came out beautiful. My friend liked hers as well as Ben suggestions for her and she went with it. He was super nice and would recommend anyone going to him! It was ok. There's an up charge for everything and the one thing I said is that I don't want my nails too thick and she made it thick. The shape was also all slightly crooked and my thumb nails were shaped like bird claws. I was the last appointment of the night so maybe they were rushing. I'd be open to coming again because the establishment is nice and clean, next time I'm gonna pay more attention to how much she was filing. I'm gonna go home and fix it myself. Not worth 100 dollars. I am typically a browser rather than a reviewer, but because this place is so new, I felt the need to write one because I had such a great experience! I had spontaneously decided to do my nails and just ended up wandering here. I was surprised a massive nail place was opened here in Flushing so, I decided to give this place a try because it looked quite nice inside aesthetically. It was also empty since it was Wednesday late noon. I was just going to do gel when I showed them a reference pic, but my nail tech Maggie had suggested I do extensions since my nails were short. Feeling experimental, I decided I would just follow her lead and so I went ahead with doing extensions for the first time. She was so kind and sweet! Very detail oriented with following my ref pic and I would say it came out soooo accurately. Writing my first Yelp review for this spot because of the wonderful experience I had here! I came here as a spontaneous walk-in small group on a Sunday afternoon for pedicures. The people at Cinderella were very communicative and kind over the phone when I called to ask about availability, and upon arrival they were incredibly attentive and efficient. The place is clean and relaxing, and I felt that they went above and beyond when they applied extra product to make sure that our fresh polish wouldn't come off in our shoes, since we came in wearing socks and boots in the early spring. I have a perfect pedicure even after putting back on my boots and walking around town all day. I also felt that $30 for a regular pedi was a good price point considering competitors and the nice ambiance of the place. Would love to come back again! read more
