Getting answers and having the problems taken care of was far more difficult and frustrating than it ever should have been. When you hire a company to install a new pool liner, you expect quality workmanship, professional communication, and accountability when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with ASAP Pools and Spas. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience that took far too much time and effort to resolve. I would strongly recommend that anyone looking to have a pool liner installed do their research and consider other companies before choosing ASAP Pools and Spas. Based on my personal experience, I would not use them again.

I wish we had had the experience the other reviewers had, unfortunately ours was much the opposite…read more We had a stamped concrete patio put in in 2015, and I'm truly not even sure where to start on describing the experience. - Was condescended to and berated (literally yelled at) multiple times by Frank Zeibel, once because we wanted to be home when the crew was working- a normal request by any standard, another time when questioning the FOOTPRINTS that were gathering water when it rained - Was told by the crew that the footprints in the stamped concrete were "part of the design" and only after threatening legal action through a certified letter and daily calls did they come out and redo the concrete. There are still imprints from the workers shoes in the part of the patio that was not jacked up and redone (see photos) - Concrete slurry was left all over the brick after multiple promises to clean it up - Our fire pit was supposed to be 3' x 5', they made it 4' x 6' and we now have a comically large fire pit I would warn anyone to think twice before giving ACR your hard earned money.

Pro tip: know in advance what direction you want your spa cover lift to go and which direction you want your service panel to go. Go through the manual's installation manual to make sure all steps have been done including closing a drain port in the motor. You're gonna have a bad time if someone decides for you or forgot a step.

I just looked to see where he lives/runs his business out of and it's very close to us, but I guess it would be after 5:00 when he got here and apparently he doesn't work after 5:00, regardless if he has a commitment or not. They will make you drool! I asked Brian, who was helping me, about classes and he was tremendously useful and knowledgeable. Not only did he give me a schedule, but he showed me display pieces of what can be made via instruction. Look at my photos - you will be astounded at what can be made at a beginner level. I'm thinking of making both the bandsaw box and end table in the pics. Aren't they cool looking? I kept thinking "I am going to be able to make this wonderful wood piece??" and was assured that yes, I could. This place carries all kinds of tools, equipment, kits, stains, veneers and wood. If you listened to the assistant manager proudly describe all that his store has to offer and looked at some of the pieces that he has made himself, you would be hooked! Not only did he tour me around the huge classroom, but he excitedly talked about all that they are doing to spread the woodworking passion. You will be as impressed as I am about this place and will be planning what project you will be doing in the near future. I brought my daughter in there once and even she remarked how this store has a really good feel to it. We thought that it would be a great place to work even though we don't have the skill set to back it up and that says something. Had them remove and install new kitchen granite countertops. Communication is their biggest issue…read more There's a few quality issues as well, which Include in the following: 1) They left a huge gap between the New granite top and backsplash. They said they would come to seal it but after a few weeks they still have not come. All I was asking was to have them (professionally) caulk/seal/grout the gap. Nothing more. After multiple text messages to various people and emails, they decide to no show and ignore my calls. See pics. Once they receive your full payment, they are done with you. 2) we smelled a continuous gas leak after they reconnected the stove lines. Had to call Duke Energy to have them come out and fix this. Again, they act as if they're too busy to fix your problems. 3) i was initially told it would take four hours from start to finish on one day only but ended up being two days, essentially all day both days. On the first initial day they ended up being three hours late before I received a phone call, stating that they actually were not coming that day. 4) One piece was mis-measured and there is some mismatch in the granite grain. See pic The rest of the job looks OK though. Price was fair. But considering all the problems I thought I would get a higher level of customer service to fix issues or some Credit or refund for my troubles. I would not use these folks again. Nor would I recommend them.
