I recently had my eyelashes done here. Overall I would recommend but only if you're looking for extremely natural looking lashes. Pros: Clean and relaxing space, very knowledgeable and friendly staff, and much more professional vibes than some of the other places I've went to. My lashes were done really well and they looked nice and natural. Cons: If you're looking for a more dramatic look, I'm not sure if this is the place for you. I got one of the more intense sets they offer, but my lashes still looked less intense than when I would use mascara on my natural lashes. For me, that kind of defeats the purpose of getting extensions. Overall it is a nice, legit place. I'd come back in the future if I ever want the more natural look. read more

It was my first time getting lash extensions so I really looked into the best ones around me. This place had such great 5 star reviews that I felt it would be perfect for me. Upon arrival, we discussed what was best for me. I ended up having 90 premium, C curl, dramatic lashes. The total came out to be 85 plus tip. I have to say the moment I saw them when we were done, I was smiling from ear to ear! I don't even feel them on my eyes. Katie did such a fantastic job. Amazing place and I'm obsessed with my lashes !! It was my second time getting lash extensions but first time going to this place and I couldn't be any happier! They look so natural and even, as if they were my own lashes, you can't even feel them they're super lightweight! I went to Cilium because of the great reviews. It is a little far from me but because there is parking across the street at the mall I didn't mind so much. I went to Katie and she did an amazing job. I got my lashes done before vacation and two weeks later they were still perfect. I went back for a 2 week touch up only because I was paranoid they would start falling out and look bad. The place is extremely clean and Katie and the guy at the front desk are both super nice. I love that there is an online reservation system also. Note this is in a building that isn't fully open so don't be fooled and think you are in the wrong place. It is a huge building. 5 stars. read more

This was my first time getting eyelash extensions. I already have fairly long eyelashes but I wanted to get extensions so I would not have to wear mascara for the holidays. I had lashes done by Katie and it looked amazing and natural. For first time customers they also give a 50% off discount which is amazing. However by the third day my eyelashes started to fall off. I called them on Christmas day (which they did return my call the same day, great customer service) and said I could go in the following day to get it fixed. When I returned I got my eyelashes fixed as well as added more on for a more dramatic look. I love my lashes now hopefully they last a little longer. I'm the type to pick off all my lash extensions/rip off gel manicure/wash off the perm immediately if I am not 100% satisfied. But Cilium never ceases to disappoint! Last month my sister was getting married and I went to get my lashes done at Clilum, I received the 50% promotion so a new set was cheaper than anywhere else. I told them what I wanted and they showed me images to make sure we were on the same page. After my hour nap, in an amazingly clean and relaxing setting I woke up with the best pair of lashes of my life! I came there after a house call tech destroyed my natural lashes and the owner did a removal for me. I took several days off (as per his recommendation) and went back for a very simple 70pc set. My lashes have lasted phenomenally, no burning/stinging my eyes and my natural lashes don't feel damaged or destroyed. He even gave me a sample of the new revitalash to help my lashes grow faster.
