From far away it is okay but when I look in the mirror the eyebrows look like fish ones. She also gave me a black color when I kept telling her I wanted a dark brown because I know from drawing in my eyebrows that black looks unnatural on my skin. The eyebrows are also too thick even though she reassured me that they would look thinner than the actual outline. My eyebrows look nothing like the photos she has online. The eyebrow lines are much thinker than what you see in her photos. The worst part is that there are spaces that she did not even fill in. I hate to leave a bad review but this is just not good work. So unflattering and did not take into account my face and eye shape.

I have always been afraid of someone waxing too much of my brows off and I am happy to report Dana has great brow mapping skills and this has never happened. I am also extremely picky with my lashes. I do fill-ins religiously and love them to look fluffy, long and NOT FAKE. Yes, ladies you can have beautiful long lashes and not have them look clumpy and fake - imagine that! Being a make-up artist is a difficult job especially now during a pandemic. Doing making on my face is even harder since its hard to find make up products that doesn't make me break up or eyeliner that doesn't give me "panda eyes." Dana is the only artist that can make thar happen! She's the fairy godmother for lashes and makeup!!

My lashes are perfect every single time, they last 4+ weeks & she is FAST. I used to dread sitting in the lash chair for 2+ hrs, but Lina is so incredibly efficient. Competitive pricing, amazing & lasting results with such a calming atmosphere - I selfishly want to gatekeep her! I recently got a 60 min massage by her prior to lashes & as someone who's very picky with massages (as I feel most people don't apply enough/proper pressure) & have gone to various spas - Lina is the best massage I've ever received. She was so attentive to my problem areas & was so thorough. The massage area is clean, private, comfortable & peaceful. I've recently moved out of the city & will drive in monthly for my massage + lash combo. The most talented & so sweet - I cannot recommend her enough.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience…read more I recently had a brow lamination and tint done here, and the results were extremely disappointing. Within 24 hours, there was visible regrowth that clearly had not been removed from the root, which contradicts what I was told about the shaping process. I was informed the brows were primarily tweezed, but the amount of regrowth suggests otherwise, and it appears a razor was used more than communicated. In addition, the tint came out uneven, with a noticeable color mismatch between both brows. The overall result looked unbalanced and not what I would expect from a professional service, especially for the price point. I also had a special event the following day and felt very uncomfortable with how my brows looked, which made the experience even more frustrating. To their credit, the business did respond and offered a complimentary fix, and later a 50% partial refund when I explained I couldn't return due to my schedule and caring for an infant. While I appreciate the response, I do not feel the outcome reflects the quality that is advertised. Overall, this experience did not meet my expectations, and I would not return based on the results I received.
