Afterward, I was taken to a private room to sign a consent form outlining the procedure. Katie then applied numbing cream to my face, and after it took effect, she removed it and began using the laser to treat my skin. Despite the numbing cream, the treatment was still painful, and my face burned a lot afterward, which is a normal part of the process. Following the laser session, I was brought to a separate room where I used cold air and an iced face roller to cool my skin for about 20 minutes before leaving. The treatment is on the pricier side, but the results are truly fantastic--Although the procedure was painful and the healing process took about seven days, it was absolutely worth it in the end.

For a business that relies so heavily on customer relationships, the way customers are treated at the front desk is just as important as the quality of the services being provided. It's unfortunate that such a positive experience with the estheticians is overshadowed by poor management. The final straw came when my services were canceled because of a private conversation I had with a former employee. That conversation was never made public, yet it was shared with management and used as the basis for ending my services. I found it deeply unprofessional to act on secondhand information from a private conversation rather than address any concerns with me directly. Rather than reaching out to discuss my concerns or taking any accountability for my repeated negative experiences, I simply received a message informing me that my private conversation had been shared and that I was no longer welcome at that location. There was no phone call, no conversation, and no effort to understand or address the issues I had experienced. If you're considering this location, I encourage you to read the reviews for yourself.
