It's 2024 and I've gone back for another tattoo beauty mark enhancement. This time it was done very light, I waited a little over a week to see how it would heal. I had my eyeliner done by Daisy and all I can say she's awesome. I love it. I'm not a makeup person so when I do try to put eyeliner well let's just say they never come out right. She did it cat eyed and the liner is the perfect thickness. Just the way I like it. Did it hurt only when she put the anethesia and that was only a pinched. Never felt anything else. I had swelling for about 3 days. They do give you ointment to put on and includes a free touch up after 45 days. I really recommend this place and Daisy. read more

After debating permanent eyeliner for many years, I finally did it. I only wish that I would've done it sooner. I have alot of tattoos but my fear was always how painful would permanent eyeliner be. Honestly it didn't hurt at all. However the catch is that I didn't do it with the numbing gel. I requested the lidocaine injection. My artist was Daisy and she was very delicate and easy with her hands. Daisy took her time with everything. She used a tiny needle which I barely felt and gave me sufficient time for the lidocaine to kick in. As for the permanent eyeliner , Daisy did an amazing job. She was very professional, polite and sweet. She made me feel so comfortable. She spoke to me the entire time and kept me calm. I really overall had a positive and great experience. Daisy really was a delight. I would definitely recommend Daisy. I am coming back to do more permanent makeup. read more

Unfortunately, while the service and work done by all the professionals in this place is superb, I have to be sure to stress the lack of consideration for their clients. I am someone who drives from over an hour away to come here to get my eyebrows done, based off of a recommendation from a friend and then became a returning client because I loved the work they do. While the long travel has never been an issue to stress about, seeing as I always plan my days accordingly, today I was treated with nothing but disrespect and lack of empathy. While this appointment of mine was made sometime ago, I actually came in early just to see if maybe Daisy was running ahead of schedule. If not, I had no problem waiting in my vehicle since it was I who arrived before my scheduled appointment. When I walked in 45 early, I was told that the appointments all have to be on time today as it is so busy. No problem, I was beyond understanding because again, I was the early one. Other than being told I would have to wait for my scheduled time, nothing else was said to me. I go outside, catch up with emails and wait forty minutes. I then (five minutes before my scheduled appointment) walk into the business and am told that Daisy is backed up and won't be able to see me today, and the other women that work though are very nonchalant about exposing to me that the scheduled 10 am appointment ran over a half hour late, so without a choice everyone else has now been pushed back. What?!? This makes no sense whatsoever! How can someone else's lack of sense of time affect me? Why would that be an issue that I would have to suffer? How is that fair? And please tell me in what other places of business is this acceptable?!? I think the dismissiveness of the employees, along with the fact that no one chose to say anything the first time I walked in, leads to an experience which is beyond unprofessional. Do not get me wrong, I know things happen (traffic, work, kids, etc.) and by no means am I saying this to be unsympathetic, but at the same time, it's communication with your clients. If you truly value our business, than a simple text message or phone call explaining the delay is not too much to ask of someone who has been a client for years. On top of that, I had ALREADY given them the opportunity to be upfront and tell me about the delay the first time I walked into the business, 45 MINUTES EARLY! And to top it off, each employee just brushed off my frustration, which believe me is the icing on the cake. It's one thing to make a mistake, it's another to show a lack of remorse, which is something very small to show you value your clients. For that reason, I felt the need to share this unprofessionalism which I was not only subjected to today, but anyone else standing in the waiting room who will either have to wait or leave due to one client's lateness, which then trickled down to affect several other clients. I know when I have been late to appointments, I have had to reschedule, without option. And to be honest, I've had no choice but to be understanding because what makes my time more valuable than anyone else's?!? Unfortunately though, here at Beverly Hills Aesthetics they don't feel the same way about valuing each and EVERY client! read more

This place is great honestly. I truly recommend Carmen. Note: there is a 2 month wait for her because she is that professional. She is the owner of the business and is truly sweet. I had to wait a bit for her for my permanent eyeliner due to a busy Saturday, but I didn't mind knowing it was Carmen doing it. We got into the room she was sweet and made small talk. She explained to me it was clean equipment used and everything was sanitary. She used novacaine on the eyes so I didn't feel the pain as much. I was bleeding a bit but it was worth it and Carmen was very reassuring and cool. She took an hour and was patient. I was bleeding because I used to sleep with my eyeliner a lot and never take it off until the morning because I had an addiction, so my skin was sensitive and peeling. But she still did a great job. my mom went here, and she left with one eye blood shot red we thought oh ok maybe a little ink got in her eye nothing serious.. when we got home we called and they gave us a bit of a run around.. and of course no manager to be found.. but after one day my mom was like this isnt right, she was in sever pain... mind you she can handle pain and had to be off from work due to not being able to open that one eye.. i took her to the hospital and she had to get a tetanus vaccine because doctors found that her eye was cut under the pupil.. I LOVE the work that Carmen does!! I have been coming here for four years for eyebrows permanent make up and love the perfection Carmen does. I just got my first eyeliner permanent make up done and LOVED that too. My experience on the eyeliner was great I got exactly what I asked for, I wanted the upper eyeliner and very natural just to have my lashes look full. I felt safe and secure in Carmen's gifted hands. I have really thin and few lashes and now they look full. I am very please of the work done and recommended my bridal party for services. I am a hug germ a-phobe and neat freak and I gotta say everything was done by health code clean and very hygienic. My next visit will be for a facial. I am very excited. I first came to Beverly Hills Aesthetics (BHA) as a last resort; after having my eyebrows plucked and waxed for so many years they began to become thinner and in some places they did not grow at all. After this, I started to draw/fill-in my eyebrows using pencils and other applications, which started to become very costly. BHA was recommended to me by a friend who had her eyebrows permanently tattooed and looked totally natural. So, about a little over a year ago, I decided to take the plunge. I brought a photograph with me of a pair of eyebrows that I thought would look the best on me. The staff at BHA were extremely friendly and professional. The results were amazing; it was honestly one of the best decisions I've ever made. I now save time in the morning, being that I no longer have to draw in my eyebrows and save money on the pencils and applications that I normally would have purchased.
