The worst Cici Pizza chain in all of the restaurant franchise and corporate stores. We eat at our local CiCi's in Fairfield Ohio monthly, this restaurant does not rotate their pizzas, the management are rude to us & the food was not fresh and they charge extra for chicken wings that were already on the buffet. We will never go to this CC's chain store ever again and we will let our friends and neighbors know about our poor experience at this particular location,; one positive thing I will say is that the restaurant was constantly cleaned by the employees especially their floors and restrooms. Last time we were in the area we stopped and this Cici's and loved it so we decided to give it another try. Once you walk in you purchase your buffets and collect your cups. The dining room is a nice size with plenty of seating. The workers were nice and working onion making pizzas. All the pizzas looked good, fresh, and were hot. For it being a buffet it was quite clean. The salad area was the only messy area, they barely had any lettuce. The food tasted average for being Cici's. The only issue I had was that no one picked up our plates while eating, so our table was a little crowded. Overall, a good experience and would comeback. read more

After reading all the bad reviews we decided to try this anyway instead of waiting in long wait lines at other places close to 8 pm. Pizza was fresh and tasty for what you pay for not luxurious but definitely tasty and fresh and hot not sitting at all. Salad bar was crisp and cold as it should be. The cashiers are VERY rude. We went in my husband said 4 people, 2 adults, 2 children, she asked how old the kids was, we told her she said, our oldest was an adult and we said okay. So she rang us up for 5 adults and 1 child for a party of 4. When I saw the mistake , we went up and asked them to please fix the mistake. She was extremely rude and said he should have been more careful about he said that it wasn't her fault that she wrung us up wrong. And she didn't want to fix the mistake until they manager came out. And then she told the manager, I don't know how to fix this mistake, you can fix it. She was even rude to her manager. And unfortunately, the manager couldn't fix it. Every time we visit the Pigeon Forge area, we go to this Cici's Pizza location. It's always great! Today, was no different. Sandy and Clint, the staff that work there, were exceptional. Clint welcomed us and checked on us to make sure we were good. Sandy called out every time a new pizza came out so we all know which new pizza is at the buffet. Like Clint, she also walked around to check with everyone. We ordered a special request for a pizza we wanted and it was done so quick. Of course, the food was delicious!! Poor service. They charged my card but would not let us eat because the receipt did not print. I provided proof they charged my account but the manager did not care. Made me feel like I was trying to steal food when they literally took my money and told me to leave. Corporate was no help so don't be surprised if you see this review a few places. read more

Never tried this location but it didn't disappoint! We love Cici's and love to eat it when we visit. The desert pizza is always good and the pepperoni was the best I had in a while. Always a good stop. My preferred Cicis location in the area. Management is speedy and will make certain pizzas upon request. Try to go during the slow parts of the day when less people are there. It can be unpleasant to be in there when the place is packed. read more

Without a doubt, this is my favorite Cicis pizza ever! Whenever we vacation in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg, we always come here to eat with our kids. The service is friendly and fast. The restaurant is clean as a whistle. The pizza is delicious and the salad bar is one of the freshest I've ever had. My kids also love the breadsticks and the pasta. We are vegetarian, and they will always make a fresh veggie pizza for me at my request (which everyone else always wants to eat as well!) This is literally the best Cici's I've been to. Please take this with a grain of salt, as i am comparing it to other Cici's. This is not a 5 star review compared to say, a really clean Waffle House in Atlanta, or a French Laundry. It was clean. They kept shoveling the pizza so I should shovel it into my gullet. Minimal screaming kids. Large gaming area available. We went for a 5:00-ish PM dinner on a Saturday, it wasn't super crowded and the line kept moving without issue. We originally wanted to go to one of the "Old Mill" restaurants, but they had a 2+ hour wait and I don't know about you, but that's not a wait, that's just showing up 2 hours later to try and eat. So go, enjoy the kids throwing pizza and pasta all over each other and the slimy floor by the beverage refill station. My family loves Cici's pizza, the one near us (Johnson City) closed several years ago. We stopped in at this location and was greeted with a smile and friendly service, food is always great and at great prices. Workers also keeping tables and plates return nice and clean. This is the worse place to visit in Pigeon forge the whole place was dirty an the place wasnt busy at all . Theres No excuse for a restaurant to be this dirty . There was water on the floors also ice was piled up on the coke machine you could see mold on the side of coke machine . There was dirty plates on tables food on floor . The Manager Norma couldnt speak English good enough I asked her the same thing 4 times an she still couldnt give me a correct answer . Had a large group we needed to feed. I contacted the group sales in August to make reservations. It took them a few weeks to finally get back to me and then it was a hassle and took 2-3 months to complete the reservations. We get to cicis with our group at 11am (30 minutes early) and there was a line out the door so we wait in line. The line does not move. By 11:40am (10 minutes past our reservation) we walk up to the counter to ask about the reservation. They tell us there is no reservation and we have to continue to wait in line. There is only 1 person on the register/front counter and 2-3 people in the kitchen, very understaffed and unprepared. We get up to the register and they have no idea about the group rate we had talked about when we made reservations. The food was good, but service not so good. read more

This location was given horrible reviews. I almost didn't go because of them actually, however the kids were insistent that they REALLY wanted Cicis while we were on their vacation. In the door my kid always ask for Mac&Cheese pizza. I asked at the buffet and the manager was SUPER quick to get a pizza out. I had explained to the manager that they had really bad reviews and he told me he was a new manager there hoping to change that. Why did I put 5 stars? Because the manager was non stop busting his butt to ensure people had hot/fresh food. There were times the buffet seemed empty, but it was not due to the manager and team there not trying. No matter how quick they put hot and fresh pizza up there, it seemed it would disappear faster! Kids said they'd of given 3.5 stars. I don't write many reviews but Don't eat here. The first night on our vacation here we opted for pizza because that's what the kids wanted. You could tell they were short handed and had issues due to COVID but I'm not going to down them on that part due to that not being their fault I will say though that our food we ate all 8 of us went back to the hotel that night and got sick to our stomachs and had diarrhea. I know that's a lot of information that you might not want to know but don't want someone else to go through what we did. Don't know if someone didn't wash their hands or if it was just something that didn't get cooked right or what but it was not a coincidence that we all got sick not just one of us. Cicis a pizza chain that can not compete with the others. The ccis in my hometown closed there are 3 in the pigeon forge area. The buffet is 7.99 more that you would pay in a non resort town, usually 5.55 or 4.95 for lunch. We had a coupon buy 2 large drinks for 2.50 each get 1 buffet free. So I payed $5 to save $3, not a deal. The bar includes soup, which was salty and greasy, i couldnt eat it. The salad items were hot,had no taste, and not chilled and looks like items had been there several days, no cheese on the salad bar (cost cutinng) i could not eat the salad. There were 10-12 pizzas on the bar but their cost cutting has greatly impacted the piazza. The toppings on the pizzas were minimal, (buffalo chicken pizza had few small squares of chicken and a faint drizzle of buffalo sauce for example). Desserts were no better, a chocolate brownie, and cinnamon rolls, - which were very light on the cinnamon and even lighter on the icing. Then sign on table says i should bus my own plate and scrape it into the garbage. Yes they did not clear dirty dishes. No value to eat here, too many other places in the area. read more

I eat at this Cici's at least 2 times a week, usually 3 times. The employees are awesome, the food is awesome and I couldn't ask for a better experience every time I go.
