We had visited this establishment today, prior to our visit we made had made an order with plenty of days in advance due to it being a large order. Had confirmation with said "manager" about the order and what time it would need picked up. Upon arrival there was no food made claiming they had no knowledge of the order. Then was told they might not even have all of the ingredients. Instead of being polite and taking accountability, was pretty hateful even tried to turn it saying it was our fault, but we had proof of the conversation. The worst customer service!!! A so called General Manager doesn't know what pizza they make for personal pizzas. I ordered a supreme personal pizza and he said they don't make peronal pizzas that are on the pizza bar, so I asked for the Olè pizza and got the same answer. He tried to be smart to show me a list of pizzas for the bar and neither were on the list. I asked what pizzas could be made for a personal pizza, he famously rolled his eyes and said I am not doing this. Very unprofessional and his attire was slobish. Nobody wants to see his privates with his over tight pants. I just got my money back and will never return to Cici's. read more

Yes I got your advertisement for adult buffets for 4.99 on Mondays and Tuesdays, and we stopped to take advantage of it since me and my wife are both teachers and live on very limited income and with school starting this offer looked like a great offer. Well since the offer said Monday and Tuesday buffets are 4.99 I thought it was just going to be the normal price on Mondays and Tuesdays because it didn't say it was a coupon on the email. Well I get the receipt and they charged me 8.99 for both me and my wife and I showed her the email and she went and talked to a manager for acouple minutes and the manager came to the front and was very confrontational, she said "it's a coupon and the transactions already went through your suppose to tel us when you come in that you got a coupon BUDDY" I showed her the email which she abruptly said "that's a coupon BUDDY" I said it doesn't say it's a coupon, she again said "yeah it's a coupon and you suppose to tell us when you come in BUDDY" to which I said stop calling me BUDDY I'll just contact corporate and do a yelp and google review. They never tried to make it right or apologize was just rude and confrontational like it was my fault I was there. In the end they did not honor the coupon. read more

I went in on a Sunday around 2:00. When I went the place was full and barely anywhere to sit. When me and my friend I started to get our pizza I noticed the pots of Alfredo sauce and Marinara sauce were old and were brown and crusty on the edges. Whenever I go to cicis I like to get Alfredo sauce to dip my pizza in, when I tried to scoop some out it was all congealed. I tried to stir it but there was no fixing the sauce. Towards the end of our time their a lady said something about the sauces and all they did was pour the old sauces into new pots. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience at this Cicis. Immediately noticed a urine smell when I walked in the front door. I later determined the smell to be coming from the nasty men's restroom all the way in the back. My first cup had a big chunk of wet bread stuck inside of it, despite the girl at the register looking into our cups because she said she gets a lot of people coming back because their cups are gross. We were there this evening and there was a very nice female employee who was cleaning the tables, etc. She was very nice to me and my family. Helped us clean up a spill without us asking and was just very friendly and helpful and had a great attitude. The food is what it is, cheapish pizza. The Pizza is always good. I usually only go to buffets when they open. Every time I have gone here everything is fresh and the staff are awesome and friendly. I have tried other pizza places and had to fight to get a slice because they were only putting one pizza up at a time. If I don't see the pizza, I want I ask, and they will make it fresh. The salad bar is pretty basic, but if you want cheese, they will get it for you. What I like about Cici's is that if you want a crustless pizza they will make what you want. Cici's has never had very good pizza. This one is no different, as the pizza is rarely hot and usualyl flimsy and greasy. The salad bar is WAY too limited and the pizza choices are very limited as well. Let's just say that - for a buffet - Mazzio's blows Cici's away. However, For the cost, Cici's is a great value. If you don't mind below average pizza (and if you have kids with you, they never mind), it is nice for the cost. So, why three stars instead of two? The management at the time we went in (which was this afternoon). The manager (a male) was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic and his attitude allowed his staff to feed off him. I read another review on here from last month about a female manager who was extremely rude. I might have been lucky, because the guy who was running the show today made me and my son smile and enjoy our below average pizza. read more

Cheap pizza buffet and their salad bar is lacking ingredients. But for the value it isn't terrible. Is like more of a variety for salad but all in all you get what you pay for. The staff however receives 5 stars for their attitudes and welcoming smiles. read more

You'll be seeing more pizza reviews from me soon enough. This is my first. For several months, I went on a religious pizza crusade. I was seeking righteous pizza made by tomato sauce zealots. The sole criterium was: menu size. This place of pizza worship had to have the smallest menu in town. Cici's almost flunked, because it is a great big menu on the wall in big letters big enough for your great granddad to see. Well, the former favorite pizza palace right down the road lost in this one as their menu had smaller letters but spanned from one end if the counter clear across to the wall. that other place cannot possible be expert in all those dishes and make that food high quality. Cici's was a little misunderstood surprise. The menu has 2 items on it: Pizza and Salad. Pizza is what they make, all day long. For the price, CiCis is a good place to go for cheap pizza that will not sour my stomach. Mazzios cannot and has not done better. Iam surprised to say this, because cicis in general has a bad reputation, but good job guys. read more

As a manager of a business, I was completely and utterly appalled by the horrible service from the manager. She harrassed my table until she kicked us out one by one for "stealing" food and sprite, and "trashing" her buffet line which we did not do. As I was the last one to be kicked out (I really dont know why I wasted my time trying to reason with this woman), I walked by the buffet to see the damage she said I had personally done....When I put ranch on my salad, some dripped off my plate and onto the bar.
