I think the corporate honchos place an emphasis on customer service and friendly demeanor. Little known fact: If you answer their online survey, you can get free cheesy bread on your next visit. I always do this so I can get a free order of cheesy bread. I only remove one star because Marco's is a bit expensive to have on a regular basis. Marco's is more of a treat than something to get often. Nevertheless, they have never failed me!
