Sometimes quantity is a quality all it's own and with pizza buffets going extinct, Cicis remains a rare place you can pig out and go back for thirds if you want. Honestly the pizza isn't bad, it's a little basic but especially for kids it's decent on occasion. I wouldn't go here weekly, but sometimes you just want pizza, you want multiple types of pizza, and you want it now. For that kind of thing, you can't beat the buffet. Plus the cinnamon roles are pretty tasty. Service here is not great but they didn't seem rude or anything, just detached and busy going about their business. That's fine, it's a buffet, I wouldn't recommend ordering take out even though it is an option - there are better places to get pizza at similar prices. read more

Fed all five of us for under $60. It's really clean inside. In fact the employees were all scrubbing and cleaning. All in the way! Service was nonexistent but the pizza was cool. I ordered wings and they were decent and affordable. The kids had a great time so that's all that matters. read more

Cicis is a great place to bring your kids and families. The quality of food is what you would expect. Its not going to be the best pizza you've ever had but they are constantly putting out different kinds so there is an excellent variety and its a buffet so you can eat as much as you want. The later in the day you go the clientele can get a little shifty so I would try to be done there before 7:00. Its not a super clean dining area and the bathrooms are really bad but like I said if you have kids its hard to beat all you can eat pizza. read more

I regularly eat at Cicis. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Any pizza you want they will make it and either bring it to you or put it on the buffet. Bathrooms used to be a concern, but they are fine now. read more

We attended our sons football outing there a few nights ago. We called prior to our arrival so they had the tables reserved. Now...for the buffet. Take a look at the pictures. It was a little skimpy. I would expect knowing a big crowd was coming to have the pizza out and more on the way.... I had to request for certain pizzas which they did with no problem. Also the pasta was very Dry!!!!! The change/coin machine was broken. Awww Man. We had to go to the front cashier to get change. Not too fond of the machine that gives candy. It mysteriously gave my daughter 2 pieces of candy. It had been several months since I had dinner at the Burlington Cicis. The first thing I noticed at 12:30pm Friday on a clear sunny Fall Day that there were very few vehicles in the parking lot. We went inside and I presented my credit card for payment. The cashier stated you will see the screen light up which will give you an opportunity to place a tip for the employees. I noticed I had several choices. Not realizing this before and being starred down by the cashier I pushed the 10% button. I received my receipt and moved on to the salad bar. When I sat down and looked at the receipt, I saw the machine added a $1.88 tip. Does Cicis not pay there employees enough hourly rate that I must subsides this self-service restaurant? Who or What determines how much each employee receives and is management included in this procedure? Restaurant was clean and the food was just okay. read more

Be careful of who checks you out. I just got charged double of what it normally is. Checked online menu and it backed me up.

Food is adequate for a cicis but the whole restaurant smells horrible! The bathrooms actually smelt the least like a sewer of any place in the restaurant. read more

This is the best Cici's in this Greensboro, High Point, and Burlington, NC Area!! ------- I have come to this Cici's for years. I love this place. The environment is not fancy at all. But the manager and workers are very friendly. Compare to the other Cici's, this place is clean enough for most of the time. When they are busy, sometimes the tables get cleaned a little slow.l. The pizzas usually are HOT.. It is not easy to have HOT pizza at the pizza buffet place. Of course, same as the other pizza places, you also can order your own version of Pizza and Chicken Wing (5 wings costs about $5). Overall, I love this place. I would not give a star if possible. The buffet was dried out. We were left standing quite a while waiting to order something hot , or actually to get anything period. The managers(Jeff) only concern was the carry outs as he specifically told us several times. I was told we were not the only ones in the dining area. There was only one other family our entire time . Our one order was made wrong. No apologies. Was told we would have to wait as he had other customers.Still only one other table. When it did finally come out he just dropped it and left ,not a word. Then he proceeded to tell us we didn't have to eat there after hearing us discuss their behavior . The girl just stared at us as if she didn't understand a word of English. Not a good experience. I arrived there at around 2:15 PM, and everything on the buffet appeared to be old. The salad bar had no lettuce as well. Plates seemed slightly dirty. To top it off, only 3 people were working and only one was making food. Most of the pizza was never changed out, and only 2 pizzas came out fresh. No fresh cinnamon rolls were made either. Wow, what a great experience! We didn't realize the buffet closed earlier than the take out so we arrived 15 min to closing. The manager was more than happy to help us out and seemed genuinely concerned with us taking our time and enjoying our meal. He even asked our request of what we would like and cooked a fresh pizza of our choice. Everything was well stocked and fresh. I enjoy the variety of pizzas offered. Its a great pizza buffet place. The staff members are wonderful as is the management team.

Cici's is one of my favorite restuarant and I enjoy their food. They have over 15 pizzas to choose from plus they have salads and other kinds of pastas and I love it because you can't any other pizza that haves better deal than Cici's Pizza. I think they need to improve on keeping their men's bathroom clean. This place has really great service; It is $5.00 to eat there, but I remember when one time it was $8.00 to eat there. One thing I like that they do is they will ask you what kind of pizza you like and you tell them and they give you a sign; when the pizza is done they will bring it to your table. read more

This is the best buffet value I've found in town. The pizza is pretty good. I actually like Papa John's a bit better, but CiCi's isn't far behind. The Buffalo chicken pizza is great when I want spicy. There are also a few desert pizzas that are very good. And the hot cinnamon rolls are awesome. I have been to other CiCi's that I didn't think really did a good job on sanitation, but the Burlington CiCi's as always been clean when I was there. The staff is friendly and helpful. We go there when we want a LOT of food for as little as possible, and it has served us well so far. read more

Managers are complete sweet hearts. Customer service is amazing. Food is great. Can't beat the prices. They are constantly putting fresh pizza out. You can't beat the brownies.
