I placed an order online via the Marco's Pizza app. My order was switched to be delivered by Doordash. The driver that delivered my order gave me the wrong order it was for 3 cauliflower pizza's. The ticket even said Kevin. I tried to catch the dasher but they drove off. I immediately called Marco's and they said they would resend my order. Fast forward an hour goes by and I have not received my order. I call back and spoke with Dontrell and he said they would not be remaking my order at which point I got mad asf, because I did not request my order through Doordash I put my order in on Marco's app. I will not buy from this store location ever again. Hello people, We are BIG fans of Marco Pizza..my hunny Willie James Dancy III patronize this establishment several times a month and speaks highly of how good the Pizza is. He gets the same thing every time, and he gets the same price for a large Pizza in the amount of $17 plus some change. Today again, ole faithful Willie calls and gets a new manager, "D"...she was charging him 21.00 for his usual. He stated " D" look at my name, I am a frequent flyer with the same cost. Her response was " well you don't have to get it"....,hold up wait a minute...Where is the customer service. The professionalism fell in the Pizza doe...District managers educate your managers...You never turn down a dollar to a scholar customer to prove " it's my way, or noway " it wasn't the cost people. Beware of Marcos, if you make an online order and pay for it online and then pick it up on your own, they will try to charge you a big fee to be crooked and keep a big tip for their ghetto, illegal selves for nothing because you chose to pick it up yourself instead of them delivering!!! Tried to order last night online and kept getting errors. I then called in the order for delivery. Order arrived early but wrong. Our well done pizza wasn't well done and they forgot all of our sauces. I called in and they said they would send the sauces back out (no apology or anything). We waited for over an hour for all of the sauces and they never showed. Ended up eating cold soggy pizza. I regret paying in cash. Stayed at a hotel near by, ordered delivery of sausage pizza and wings. Our order was here quickly. The delivery driver with a really friendly young man. Hubby said the wings were real good, and the pizza was so delicious! Wow! They also remembered to bring Parmesan packs, napkins and plates. I definitely recommend this Marco's! Would order from them again when back in town. As always, don't forget to tip your delivery driver! They are usually high school kids, and I'm sure they need the money. read more

This is our favorite pizza place. We always order the thin deluxe which is always point on with plenty of fresh ingredients. The crust is of perfect consistency. I highly recommend this establishment. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. We have never been disappointed after ordering from Marcos pizza for years. Some pizza places we have been to put minimal ingredients on top making for a bland taste. Marcos cares about their customers and don't scrimp on toppings. Last time I was in Marcos, I expected good food and I got it. However, I was especially pleased at the friendliness of the staff.

I tried to order a pizza a week ago online. Had a coupon for $4 off. The order would not submit. I spent 20 minutes or more reordering, could not get it to submit and pay. I finally called and asked for help. The person I spoke to knew nothing about the website. So I gave my order. Took forever, since I was custom ordering. When I gave the coupon number, he said it was only for online. I said I tried, website wasn't working, asked him to give me the discount anyway. Couldn't. I asked to speak to the manager. He didn't know anything about the website either, couldn't help. He rudely refused to honor my coupon...because it was only for online orders! He raised his voice the second time he told me that. It's too bad, they have good pizza. But there's no customer service there. Go elsewhere. read more

Delivery is slow even when you place an order to be delivered at a certain time which they offer. I did that and got it 45 minutes later. Iam pregnant and was craving Marcos for me and my family since we have been going to them since they opened in Burlington nc. I Ordered a xl pizza and wings(well done) and got 8 slices of pizza when the website say a xl is 12 slices. The wings were gooey under the skin & weren't well done so everything was taken back and they said the large and xl is both 16inches(which makes no sense if there is a difference in price but the same size) they said the wings skin was gooey because of the sauce even tho they were to be well done. They were rushing and blasting rap music and did nothing but rewarmed the food back up. This was a disappointment & I will not be back. I do not support a restaurant that provides false advertising and robs their customers of their money advertising two different sizes and selling them as the same. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Paying more for the same size when advertised as different on their site. That's like putting the same amount of meat that comes on a 6in on to a 12inch and charging more for it. This math isn't mathing!!! Food is always cold, and something always messed up. Who ever they have cutting these pizzas needs to go back to high school geometry class because they're just cutting these pizzas any type of way they feel like. I'd give them a zero out of five if I could. Once they never even delivered my food, then after calling back they ignored my calls until they closed. Employees had obviously cut the phones off and ran the clock out. I actually had to go there the next day to get my money back from the manager. Today they never gave me my green tea that I paid for, the driver said "I'll be back with your tea". I waited 2 hours to call back, they said "it's on the way". GUESS WHAT? They're closed now, and I never got my tea. they're literally stealing money from us. Here's a lesson if you're ordering online: don't tip in advance, because they wont put in the work to earn it. read more

We love Marco's, it is by far the best pizza in town. Having said that, there are some issues. We were loyal customers who ordered nearly every week. Of our last 3 orders 2 of them were wrong. The 1st time we had ordered sausage on half and extra old world pepperoni, what we got was half sausage and half pepperoni, and no meat on the other half. My husband called about it and they sent us a new one. The 2nd time we ordered double old world pepperoni but didn't get it and I called. The girl I spoke to said that was because we'd ordered a specialty pizza (their Big Cheese) and it's sold by weight and if they'd put on extra pepperoni it would weigh too much. I asked why we were able to order extra if we weren't able to it, she had no answer other than the weight. I said to her "So I can order extra pepperoni, pay for extra pepperoni, but can't have extra pepperoni. And you can take my money, keep my money, but not give me what I have paid for." She said yes, it doesn't make much sense, but that's how we have to do it. BTW, we had ordered this many times before and had always gotten it. I complained to the local manager but never heard back. For me that was strike 3 and they're out. We've gone from 3-4 orders (usually wings and salad along with the pizza) per month to 0 orders in 3 months. We've yet to find another pizza we like but I refuse to give more money to a business that cheats customers and won't even respond to a complaint. read more

Love the pizza and have been ordering weekly. However, website never takes online specials and when call the store the manager says it is a website problem. So, ask if I can order it and get the same deal. His response, "No. It is an online deal." I explain this has happened every single time we have tried to order and other times they take off the amount. He says, "NO!" I asked how I could place this order. He said either pay full price ( it is a BOGO) or just don't order!" A co-worker told me that this was the best pizza he had ever had and he was absolutely right! We got the large supreme with a few extra toppings. Everything was fresh and great tasting. Plentiful toppings that were large chunks instead of the skimpy, particles you get at other chain pizza places. I love italian subs, so after reading Lisa M.'s review I got that too. OMG, she was right. The bread was awesome and toasted just right. The meats had a very good taste, a good meat to bread ratio, some places the meats are bland and almost non-existant. They also put the lettuce in a separate container so it didn't get all wilted before I got home...I didn't have to ask, they just did it! Nice touch! Oh, and they also gave me free cheesy bread, which was wonderful! Would definitely recommend this place. read more

Let's start off by saying I had never heard about Marcos before or the name until I saw it was moving into town. Fliers immediately filled my mail box with coupons and specials from them .After they opened we decided to try this newcomer to the pizza scene in Greensboro and we are glad we did. From the toppings, to the crust,the pizza has a spot on flavor that elevates it over your standard Dominos, Papa johns commercial pies. We ordered a half mushroom and onion pizza with the other half being chicken and bacon. The toppings on both sides came in good amounts and actually covered each side that they were supposed to be on. Note: "we all have had a pizza that looked like a 5 year old assembled at one time another. Am I right?" All of the veggie toppings tasted fresh except the mushrooms being canned but still they were good. The chicken was really tasty with a roasted flavor and the bacon was chunky cut with a savory hint of hickory and sugar. That bacon was tasty lol. As for the crust we went with the original pan. It was perfectly cooked and the texture was spot on. The tomato sauce was not to sweet and not to salty, with a happy medium in between on oregano and spice. With other chains the sauce to me is what makes or breaks it, and Marcos got it right in that area. There is also crust toppers to choose from. We chose the "Romason" , which was basically garlic butter and Parmesan brushed crust. It was rather tasty. There menu has sandwiches, wings and other sides that we haven't delved into yet. If I could give 10 stars I would, however this is strictly based on their Italian sub. I have literally ate one every day for a week. This is honest to goodness the best sub I have ever eaten. A guy at work said they have a place in raleigh named marcos and they have killer food so when I saw the signs going up I asked if it was same place. It was and he ordered the sub from there and said it was definitely the same. I didnt order that day but stopped on my way home one day and it's been on ever since. I ordered a pizza at 6:16 on Thursday, October 17 and they said 35 minute delivery time. I called back at seven wondering where my delivery was and they were very uncooperative said they had gotten behind it would be there. At about 715 I called back and asked to speak to the manager Billy was his name and he was not cooperative and to be very honest very much uncooperative when I asked for the phone number for the Corporate headquarters he got really really really stupid.
