I would be remiss if I didn't leave a shining review. It's been quite some time since I've frequented a Cicis pizza. This particular location reminded me why I still go. The staff was friendly, I was greeted when I entered and left the establishment. The pizza was hot, fresh, and plentiful (as a buffet should be). The salad ingredients were fresh, the busser was very attentive and definitely on it. All line areas were constantly kept clean. The staff were interactive and genuinely looked like they were happy to be there. Although, the cinnamon roles are smaller than I remember, still worth the visit. Walked in and paid, no one else in line. Only three tables of customers. No plates or forks. I asked for some, stood there waiting. Finally started bringing plates out, but instead of putting any out at the beginning of the line, where I was, they started stacking them in other areas. Finally received plates, still no forks. They walked right by without a word and started waiting on new customers coming in. I complained and I was finally told we just had a run of about 40 people. Then the buffet was almost empty, finally started putting new pizzas out after 15 minutes. The whole buffet was pretty much empty. What salad was out was all core and was brown & wilted. The sodas were flat. No ice. I was told they hadn't had time to refill the machine. But there was a bucket with some in it next to the straws. No ice, just water. They acted like it was too much trouble for ice when asked again. This is not ok. A little communication goes a long way, and don't ignore customers or make snide remarks! It had been almost a year since I visited CiCi's because of the bad experience I had last time, but the place has been remodeled and looks very improved. The only complaints that I have are the size of the pizzas. I'm not sure if it's a corporate thing or a local cicis thing to where all of the pizza's on the buffet are very small. For this reason if you go when it's busy there will literally be no pizza on the buffet. I've gone twice during busy hours and there were multiple times where there was a line waiting for pizza to be put out. read more

After they FINALLY got the ice taken care of we caught them all up front talking crap about the lady and just being snarky, not very discreet about it either. This is the ultimate "you get what you pay for" restaurant. The pizza may not be top quality, but when ~$8 gets you a drink and all-you-can-eat pizza, salad, and desserts, you can't really complain much. They were super upbeat and very engaged with the customers!! They were hopping behind the counter to accommodate their many guests! Most Cici's are pretty low on the totam pole when it comes to quality. But I have to admit that this location is one of the best I have visited to date. Their salad bar alone is quite impressive. I think it's great here. The staff is friendly. I was greater immediately by probably 2 or 3 workers. They also checked in us through out out whole visit. I mean its cheap, its not a gourmet restaurant, its a cheap pizza buffet. First there's a salad bar, then a pasta bar, the the pizza bar, then the desert part. There's also this little table in the back you go fill out on a piece of paper what kind of pizza you want if its not out on the buffet and they cook it and bring it to you! I've been here a couple times, and they have been okay except for recently. Me and my dad went on Father's Day, because I wanted to treat my dad to dinner. First, we get here and we grab salads and went for pizza. There was like no pizza.. There was 2 out, pepperoni and plain cheese. Neither of which me or my dad like. We've always come here for their hamburger or Canadian bacon pizzas. So we figure not a big deal.. They are probably making some. While we are eating salads, I notice that literally nobody in the kitchen is wearing hats or hairnets. On top of that, I didn't see the guy making pizzas wash his hands once while I was there. Next we go back up to try to get pizza and they had made some weird tobassco sauce tasting pizza? We wait longer and they probably put out 2-3 weird pizzas In a span of 45 minutes. There wasn't much cheese bread and they didn't even have any dessert pizza. (one of the main reasons I love Ci-Cis) We get fed up and start to head out. My dad decides to complain to the cashier, which then the cashier proceeds to shrug her shoulders, roll her eyes and state "I don't make the pizza." We were pissed and just left. I have not been this upset with this location before but I definitely will not be back.
