You know, I like doing business within the local community as much as possible…read more One afternoon I was walking down University Ave. and noticed A7D. I was greeted with a warm welcome from the owner David. We talked briefly about what I needed and he shot me a quote that made sense. I walked out with a great feeling that I had found a business that I would want to work with for years to come. They have always gone the extra mile for me and I always feel like they've got my back. If you're looking for a great group of people to help with your next project, give David, Anna, and the entire A7D team a chance to make you a customer for life. I think you'll be glad you did!

I rarely write reviews, but the way I was treated here deserves to be documented…read more I brought in handwritten correspondence and a golf scorecard that former President Barack Obama had personally sent me. Because I needed to ship the originals before 4 p.m., a friend suggested that Ego might be able to scan them so I could return later and discuss creating high-quality reproductions for my personal collection. I openly admitted that I wasn't familiar with their process. I simply showed the items to an employee and asked whether they could scan them that day, with the understanding that I would return later to discuss exactly how I wanted the reproductions to look. Instead of calmly explaining their process or workload, the employee walked back to his desk, sat down, and began raising his voice at me. He said, "We have other things to do," and, "You can't just strut in here thinking you can get it done immediately." I never demanded immediate service. I asked a question because I did not understand how their business worked. When I realized that my request had upset him, I apologized and remained polite. His response was still aggressive, condescending, and completely unnecessary. Customers should not be humiliated for asking questions. If someone misunderstands your services, show a little patience and explain the process. Some of us simply don't know what we don't know. I left feeling shocked and disrespected. No matter how skilled this company may be, I would never return or recommend it after being spoken to that way.

What I love most about them, is that they care about my entire business and not just the piece they are hired to work on. They took a genuine interest in our services and created a fantastic end user site! We presented Experia Creative with a business challenge that we were experiencing not just on the website but through the challenges of simply being a new company and developing an easy workflow, and through their work on the website - they were able to create clarity and simplicity that we didn't even know we were looking for. Sean repeatedly gave advice and tips on how to ensure our user experience was seamless from start to finish, showing us that they care about our success and made us feel like they are invested in growing with us. Through the COVID crises-they regularly checked in, were very responsive, and easy to speak with on a human level. We look forward to having these guys as part of our company and our expansion, not just a vendor we hire when we need copy changes! Thank you Experia, Greg and Sean!
