I just paid $5 on Fiverr to have 1 of the plugins added and tomorrow I will pay $50 on Fiverr to have the 2 other added PLUS my sites backed up, transferred to a new host, migrated to Cpanel and an SSL certificate fully implemented...all guaranteed to be completed within 24 hours by a verified, certified tech with a decade of experience and hundreds of 5 star reviews. But it took Storm Brain a week to tell me they are too busy to add 3 plugins (without site migration etc) for the rest of the year?? This review isn't about a competitive company...Fiverr has people you must find, vet and contract, so nothing like Storm Brain marketing etc. It's about time management and KNOWING your project schedule EVERY DAY like a company should, so you're not wasting people's time. As a small business owner, a week, matters. Especially when you should have known the day I called that your project calendar is full for the rest of the year. Thanks for wasting my time.

I found Kyle on Yelp and his reviews were stellar. My experience with him was the same, he was extremely responsive and timely in his dealings with me. He quickly emailed me quotes (which were very reasonably priced) and interpretations of the design idea that I brought to him. He called to chat with me about my ideas, although I later found out that he was in Peru doing charity work. Kyle is a fantastically creative graphic artist and an exemplary human being. Followed up with an email detailing the situation per their request. No response to the email. Gave them two days. Left another voicemail. No response to the second voicemail. I have no idea why, as they have yet to return either contact. Perhaps if you ooze money when you call they will respond. If they didn't want to do the work, they should at least have called or emailed (they had both contacts) to say that they had no interest. One of the driving factors for my initial contact was all the rave reviews about customer service. This one has to be a review about significantly less than stellar customer service, even if they wish to turn down a job.

It's almost impossible to interface with Facebook, let alone get them to make a change, but I suspected that if anyone could, it would be CJ, whom I met through a networking group. Through research and cleverness, he found a way three times to reach a live chat person and, on the third try, POOF! My website was no longer banned and Facebook acknowledged it was a flaw in their algorithm that misidentified my site. All this to say, CJ is far more than a site developer. He knows the ins-and-outs of internet workings that make him a valuable resource for whatever ails you in the cyber-jungle. And customer service? Such a great guy with a can-do attitude!
