Unfortunately, I do not know her name (possibly "Samoan"), but I want to be sure her outstanding work does not go unnoticed. She is consistently professional, efficient, and welcoming. She manages to keep the line moving quickly while still providing every customer with excellent service and attention. Her helpfulness, positive attitude, and ability to stay on top of the store's operations truly set her apart. I have had experiences with other staff at this location, and while they are capable, the level of service she provides is unmatched. In fact, I often turn around & leave if other employees are working because the experience is so much smoother when she is there. She is without question one of the strongest assets to this store, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves.

He said if i am scanning the Amazon provided QR code, their system is down and cannot accept them unless i printed out their 2$ printing label per box. When asked if they could waive that charge since their system is not working, they replied with a sharp no. Thats it. Idk if a tactic to squeeze extra money from customers or if their management are sticklers but either way, very poor experience. As this is the closest shipping center to my house, i do a lot of business at that establishment. I will be taking my business elsewhere next time.

Other than this, coming to this location can be challenging due long wait lines. Also, not a big fan of the shopping center that this Postal Annex is located in. However, this location is has been the closest to my home for all my mail and package drop off needs. There's the same three staff that usually work at this location (1 male and 2 female). They're proficient, communicative and knowledgeable. They're good. The store has two entrances. Thank goodness. The place is small and can be congested inside when there are too many customers waiting in line. Sometimes, the line will end up extending itself outside the door way. Still not the best area due to delivery driver(s) utilizing same door space to enter and exit. More congestion. Nonetheless, staff make it work. There's been times I've left due to long lines and I end up going elsewhere.
