We had the Buffalo Dip and it was quite tasty with Buffalo Sauce, Creamy Cheese Blend, Ranch, Green Onions, and Shredded Chicken served with House Made Kettle Chips. It was very good with a little kick to the flavor. We ordered the Chipotle Chicken bowl to split and it was nice that they put it in separate bowls for us. It had Grilled Chicken, Rice, Corn, Black Beans, Mixed Cheese, Tortilla Strips, Sour Cream, Chipotle Ranch and Cilantro. All that sounds amazing together so I was disappointed that it was incredibly bland. I had to put hot sauce on it to have some flavor. I've been to this Woodson's multiple times and it's always been good so I'll be back but I wouldn't recommend that dish.

After being seated, it seemed the waitstaff forgot about us. We went to the bar and politely brought it to their attention. What impressed me most was how the situation was handled. The staff took full accountability, apologized, and even brought us complimentary garlic knots. That's how you run a business. Since it was our first visit, our waiter took the time to recommend some of the restaurant's favorites. The manager also stopped by our table to check on our experience. When we told her how kind and attentive our waiter had been, she surprised us with a complimentary Parry's beer cup and bottle opener. The food was fresh, delicious, and exceeded our expectations. The garlic knots were incredibly soft, buttery, and packed with garlic flavor. The atmosphere was perfect for watching the game, and the customer service turned what could have been a negative first impression into a memorable experience. We'll definitely be back!
