Friday night dinner time! What a nice find. I was so surprised when my order came, because the onion rings were huge! The five pieces of fish were also huge! It is plenty for two people! Overall, the food was really good. However, my orders were all missing the coleslaw. The orders were fresh. It's a casual environment. I ordered the fried fish and shrimp w/ red beans and rice through uber eats and must say in all my 52 years of living that was the WORST fish and shrimp i ever had!! Fish: batter falling off, seemed old & slightly mushy Shrimp: butterflied! Flat like paper and hard to bite or pull apart! Hush puppies: tiny dry and hard Red beans and rice: watery with zero flavor!!!!! And i mean not a grain of salt was added! It was so bad i just had to throw it away and still be hungry! I was better off just eating a cup of noodles!! The quality of the food needs to be checked and with them serving so many different varieties of food now wonder why the food quality is poor! We have been here quite a few times and it has never disappointed us. We typically order the regular breaded wings with a side of chicken fried rice enough for two people. The food is always cooked fresh (I suggest you call in if you dont plan to eat there) however they have updated their dining area which includes booths and tables now. They also share space with Church's Fried Chicken which is a little awkward, They are reasonably priced and always a quick go to when you need some good food. read more

My go to on a Friday night , good ol fried chicken. Chicken is better than a lot of places. Reasonable prices and good food.

The food was mediocre. The service was horrible. All the cooks, except the man, were not wearing gloves while handling the food. None had on hairnets! Then they were talking about the customers in their language. little did they know, I speak multiple languages! Then the one young girl comes out cleaning tables with foamy glass cleaner, goes right back behind the table and started handling food without washing hands, nor did she put gloves on. Very unsanitary and unsafe food handling procedures! And there inlies the ambiance! I give this place two star and that's only because they stayed open until 10p. And to the owner, hopefully this review will cause you to sit down with staff and correct these issues asap!!! before higher officials get involved.. thanks read more

Food is delicious. Not your typical restaurant it's part of a corner store. Not recommend for a sit down restaurant. They have a mixed menu, so it's just really what you're in the mood for. I have always done pick up, my favorite is the spicy rice. read more

Pleasantly surprised by the whole catfish! Crispy and seasoned but not salty! This is even with UBER EATS delivery!

The fish and shrimp plates are always excellent. And the staff/cooks are very professional and always prepare my order correctly.

Lastnight I bought a 3pc wing with fries and a catfish and shrimp combo with red beans and rice. My food was hot, fresh, plentiful and the staff was friendly. I had a little bit of a wait even though I called my order in so the manager gave me an extra free soda. Also, to my surprise I had an extra wing in my container when I got home! The food was also flavorful and I LOVE their tartar sauce! I just discovered this place last week and this is already my 2nd trip! If you're big on ambiance then there's much to be desired because they are located in a gas station and share space with Church's chicken. HOWEVER, if you're like me and the taste of the food, value for your money, and staff attitudes are really what matters then this spot is it! I initially was going to Church's next door, but it was closed. I decided to give it a try and realized I had been there before in the past. I soon learned why I never came back. As I was ordering, the guy acted as if he was impatient and kept looking at me grimacing. He acted like he couldn't understand what I was saying. I don't know how he doesn't know what rice sounds like. I kept saying I want rice for the side, and he kept barking at me, "what, what, what are you saying?" That alone rubbed me the wrong way. After I paid him, he told me it would be 10 minutes. Twenty minutes later, my order was finally ready, and this was after seeing about four other people picking up orders ahead of me. I definitely didn't like that. Once I arrived home and tasted the food, there was too much batter on the fish and some type of slimy substance that was attached to it. The menu says catfish, but at this point, I'm not sure what that was. There are too many other options than to settle for something like this. read more

Call and report missing to fish place ... am told I can come pick it up or call next time I order and they will add food to order. I tell them no I'm not coming to pick up , they tell me they have no driver .... I said I will never order from here again and hang up. The customer should have a choice of spicy and non spicy. I don't like spicy food. I paid $ 9.00 and some change for something that I'm unable to enjoy. It doesn't look fancy, sandwiched between a Church's Chicken & a convenience store but I came to the Church's, smelled the fresh cooking & changed my mind. It's looks a bit run down but the food is what I come for. Their Poboys are incredibly good! Fried fish is tasty. They have side items from the South! Soul food like fried okra! Fish was fresh, fries were seasoned, and the bread was wonderful. Everything was hot and good overall.

Food is terrible! Don't waste your time or money. Chicken bland. And you could smell the burnt grease as they were frying food.

I'm usually not a big fan of fast food but I stopped to get gas and saw this place. I'm a seafood fan so I decided to give it a go. Absolutely loved their catfish and poboys! Definitely will be back soon read more
