Even when showed that he is well below that, they never once apologized and it felt like I was causing an inconvenience for them. They automatically added 20% service charge to the bill and I'm typically used to that for parties of 6 or more. Not a huge deal since it would've been tipped anyway as I feel that's standard for eating out but it feels different if it was 'demanded' vs customer had a choice. Overall their service is poor and selection of what you can get is getting smaller while the price is increasing. With so many competitors around and with pricing of $40/adults for lunch here, it may be wise to check out other places.
