As boba has expanded, so too has the variety of drinks and Chun Yang has a huge selection to match. I'm getting too old for the heavy milk-based drinks of yore. Light and refreshing fruit teas are here to stay! The honey osmanthus is like nothing I've ever had at other boba tea shops (in a good way) and stood out the most. I would totally get it again, except it is a little on the pricy end so maybe not too often. The shop itself is on a side street and quite lovely inside with lots of seating and huge windows. It was a huge reprieve to be in here away from the snow storms this year and it's a cute place to hang out while sipping on some yummy drinks.

I saw that they were having mango drinks and mango mochi. I was excited to try it. I ordered their Mango Coconut with Sago and the mango mochi. The drink did not have a lot of mango flavor,I tasted more of the coconut milk. The mochi had no mango flavor to it. I was dissapointed with these 2 items.

Tried this Coconut Mango Mochi Bubble Tea, refreshing & OK! Service was ok! Girl said sago was out & she couldn't make it without the sago! Mochi balls are sold out too! So basically, there's nothing more that I wanted! Ambiance is nice & peaceful as none really wants to walk down to that area where the store is.

Came to try out the new items. Mango coconut mochi slushy and mango mochi. Drink was slushy with coconut and fresh mango base. I really enjoy the glutinous mochi balls. Small enough to sip through the straw. Right amount of sweetness. Didn't need to adjust at all. I enjoyed the mochi mango lo mai Chee. Every bite has big chunks of mango in it. Amazing!!

Small little bubble tea shop that is a little more hidden in flushing. The person at the counter was very patient with me while I was ordering as I wasn't sure what exactly I was craving. I ended up with the Coconut Mango Sago which I believe was in smoothie form. The drink in itself was good and nicely sweet however I felt like there was a lot of sago. I felt myself chewing more than I am use to when having one of these drinks. I will definitely be back to try more of their teas when I get the chance to see if there is another that I like better.

I stopped by Chun Yang Tea while in the area, hearing how they were serving a great selection of drinks. I ordered: +the Honey Osmanthus Tea - this was watered down, and there was no taste of the honey; the tea didn't seem to have been steeped properly, which really doesn't make any sense for a tea-centric place +and, the Smoke Plum Lemonade - this literally tasted like BBQ sauce, but in a gross way; such an awful drink! It's not even a taste that you could adjust to - this drink was tossed The drinks were just disappointing - not sure what people are on, but this place ain't it. In addition, the drinks do take a while to be prepared. Staff were friendly, and there's limited seating inside. +awful drinks +limited seating +friendly staff

Honestly I think the price for these small mochi is not that good Mochi was mid and disappointing. They prob just had it sitting in the fridge for days. The only coconut taste came from the coconut shreds on the outside, and they were not even enough to pack a punch. Mochi itself did not taste particularly strong for mango. It felt more like just regular sweet mochi made from flour and orange food coloring. There was one tiny piece of mango in each mochi, but it was really really tiny compared to size of mochi and also tasteless, idk if it's because it was too small for me to taste the mango flavor or because it was too old or some other thing.

One of my top 5 favorite boba/tea spots of all time Had their Honey Osmanthus Oolong Tea and it was spectacular. Very authentic flavors and had a rich tea flavor. The staff was also friendly. It was a bit difficult to find at first since it's in sort of a mall. It's also not too sweet which is great as they recommend 0% sugar and only honey for the sweetness.

The Lychee Oolong Tea with Ayu Jelly is the drink to get. When all your friends agree that you got the best drink, you know you hit the jackpot. With a plethora of bubble tea options in Flushing, we decided on Chun Yang because it was close by and we wanted fruit tea. While located in one of those buildings with multiple shops, Chun Yang wasn't hard to find. Lucky for me and my friends, we didn't have to wait to order. We did see a line form after we got our drinks though. My friends ordered the Raspberry Oolong and the Kiwi Yakult Drink with Ayu Jelly while I ordered the Lychee Oolong with Ayu Jelly. It didn't take long for our drinks to come out and we got one of the tables in Chun Yang's sitting area to enjoy our drinks. The sitting area had several tables and was pretty spacious considering most bubble tea spots I go to are grab and go. Taste-wise, the fan favorite was the Lychee Oolong with Ayu Jelly because it was not too sweet but still fragrant and fruity with a clear taste of the oolong. The ayu jelly worked well with the oolong and was the perfect jelly texture. The Raspberry Oolong tasted pretty average and the Kiwi Yakult was interesting but not something I would get regularly. While our drinks were a mixed bag, I'm willing to come back and try other flavors since I really liked the Lychee Oolong. It's also nice that there are several tables so you're likely to get a table where you can sit in the AC on a hot day while enjoying your ice cold drink. Just wish they had a bathroom.

Mango coconut sago 9/10 but honestly 10/10 will come back for it!! Sooo good We tried a bunch of different places around NYC for mango sago and I will say this by far is the best. The other places layer it so that the sago gets so cold it's crunchy but the way this place layers it, the sago is still nice and soft

It's hard for boba shops to impress me these days but Chun Yang really knocked it out of the park! The quality of their tea leaves is amazing. I could instantly recognize the floral osmanthus notes in my tea, while still tasting that classic oolong flavor. The honey rounded out the drink wonderfully. Also loved the grass jelly here... I made sure to get every last piece!

The Bubble tea here is phenomenal. My favorite was the winter melon tea. Not too sweet just the right amount. The place was clean and they offer a wide array of flavors to choose from.

Chun Yang has some great tea- it's not super cheap but it is good quality for what it's worth. I had a pomelo oolong iced tea drink which was very refreshing and thankfully not 90% ice. If I'm in the area, I'll be back to try more, maybe something with boba next time around.

The service was amazing, very attentive, and everything was clean. The food was pretty good, but there were some dishes I liked more than others. Ordering the boiled chicken slices as an app was the wrong move. It tasted okay, as good as it sounds, but I don't think it was the best app option. The pork belly in mashed garlic was good, but I wish the cucumbers had been more chilled and fresh. I liked Uluh's version of this dish more. Next time I would try the boiled chicken in chili sauce or the crispy fish. The flavor and texture of the braised pork belly were amazing. The pork was tender and fatty. The prawns were fantastic and very garlicky, just how we like it! The rice was pretty good and actually had a decent amount of seafood, but I found the shrimp to be the same quality you would get from a takeout Chinese restaurant. The rice was also on the more steamed side, less on the dry side. All in all, I thought the food was decent, but the service was amazing and the vibes were also a plus.

Nuan Xin Rice Roll 暖心饭团 is a small spot focused on Taiwanese fan tuan, a type of stuffed sticky…read morerice roll that feels like a cross between a rice ball, onigiri, and kimbap. We walked into a compact, no frills space with a casual grab and go feel that fits the type of food being served. The shop keeps things simple, but the concept works well for a quick and filling meal, especially when you want something affordable that still has plenty of flavor packed into a portable format. The rice rolls are the main reason to come here. The purple sticky rice gives each roll a slightly chewy texture and makes it feel more substantial than a typical grab and go snack. Inside, the fillings create a good mix of textures with savory ingredients, vegetables, and sauces packed into each bite. We tried the eel rice roll, which stood out as one of the stronger options. The eel added a richer flavor that paired well with the rice and seaweed, and adding spicy mayo gave it an extra layer of flavor without overpowering the rest of the roll. The combination of the soft, chewy rice and the variety of fillings made each bite feel balanced and satisfying. What makes fan tuan enjoyable is how balanced it feels as a meal. It is compact, easy to eat, and surprisingly filling for the size. There are plenty of filling combinations to choose from, including meat, seafood, and more traditional options, so it is easy to find something depending on what you are craving. The portions are generous enough that a single roll can serve as a full meal, and the pricing makes it an easy choice for a quick lunch or dinner. Service is straightforward and the focus is really on getting the rice rolls prepared quickly. The staff moves efficiently, and the order turnaround is fast, which fits the grab and go format well. There is limited seating, so the experience is best suited for takeout or a quick stop rather than a long sit down meal. Nuan Xin Rice Roll is a great option for a simple but satisfying meal. The purple rice, generous fillings, and variety of combinations make it stand out from typical quick bites, and it is worth checking out if you enjoy onigiri, kimbap, or Taiwanese street food. It delivers exactly what the format promises: a compact, flavorful, and filling meal that feels more thoughtful than your average grab and go option.
