I haven't been here for a long time, but we took the kids here tonight for a friends birthday. I was pleasantly surprised how clean everything was. Being a Sunday the crowd was lite. The new unlimited play cards were awesome for our family. The pizza was excellent just like I remembered from 30 years ago. The prizes were nothing special, but the kids seem to like them.

Terrible! Understaffed, half the games have the ticket dispenser broken and apparently the buffet ends at 1:20 instead of the advertised 2pm. This deserves a call to corporate. Waited for a manager who is Katie for almost 20 minutes!

My wife and I decided since we were both home and our son was not going to school to take him to Chuck E Cheese's. The place was not very crowded at 12 noon and started to fill up shortly after we got there. The food came out quickly and was very good pizza for the price. We had a coupon which saved us a few dollars so we added some wings to our meal. The coupon included tokens, pizza and a drink for around 20 dollars. We were having so much fun we bought more tokens and were there for about 2 1/4 hours and decided to leave when we heard of flooding, but it is a place to we will be sure to come back to.

Fun place. We had our 1 year old's birthday party there. Their pizza has improved. Staff was really nice. I'd definitely return.

So much fun! Everyone in here is having a good time. If you have to wait for the game you want,…read morejust go play something else. Tons of pinball. There is also a neat section with 80s couches, console TVs, Nintendo, Atari, and other consoles with tons of game cartridges. It's clean enough considering all of the people, including kids, touching everything. There were a handful of games that were broken. It's hot. Leave your coat in the car. Absolutely recommend. I'll see you there.

There's a great set of old sofas and chairs in the back, with retro consoles hooked up to those huge televisions like your grandparents had... I could have played those if they had any games that had appealed, but my first console was a n64 and they didn't have one of those. No nostalgia for me. Jeremy found the place overly loud so we left before our time ran out. There was a saint Patrick's Day parade going on right out front, since the arcade is on Yorks main Street. I suppose our other friends enjoyed themselves, but I didn't see them play any game for longer than 5 minutes. I think we're officially too old.

I have dealt with other refurbished machines and this was the best one that I have received when it comes to operation and aesthetic of the machine. Also, it did not go unnoticed of how helpful and friendly Gene and Jay were. I forget the other mechanics name ***SORRY*** but they were all fantastic. We had a slight bump in the road with the card reader but they did not allow me to leave the facility until it was fixed and in less than 20 minutes they figured it out and was good to go. Emailed them a couple days later about installation of additional parts on the machine that I wanted installed and promptly responded with DETAILED explanation of how to install myself. Will be coming back to do business for any and probably all my further needs in the gaming industry and I am from NYC. That should speak volumes on its own. Thanks fellas! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

But it's their service that really shines. They kept my game safe in storage for over 8 months until I was ready to take delivery. When I said go, they personally trucked in my game from Pennsylvania to the Chicagoland area with friendly TLC set-up. I had a flipper bumper band snap over the weekend so I called them, spoke with Jay, and he hooked me up with a pair of new ones ASAP. He dropped them in the mail within an hour free of charge. Now that's rock star customer service!!
