You can't go wrong with Chuck E Cheese! This location is big and great for parties. There are riding games for the younger kids and arcade like games for the older kids. There is one staff at the register and a few in the kitchen. This location wasn't too busy on the weekday.

I wish your employees had a little more enthusiasm to explain what the difference of prices mean for my kid. The place was really well decorated which I and my daughter really appreciated. Im really glad my daughter enjoyed her time here, she really deserved it. There are so many mini games for kids 3 feet and under to really be able to play and enjoy. The food here was absolutely delicious and I like how they gave us an option to have a specialty pumpkin pizza. My daughter was ecstatic to see this!

New games look amazing, the remodel was well worth it

We love the remodel! Was here on Juneteenth and the entire place had only two staff members taking care of everyone at noon on a public holiday, but they were on top of things and doing their best to make sure it all got done. The lady who met us at the entrance was patient with me as she walked me through the summer pass options and her recommendations for what to get for me and my two young boys, and saved me $40 from what I probably would have gotten if I had to do it in my own. I watched the gentleman take care of the pizza orders, do the ticket exchange, fix the fruit ninja game, and then security check me and my kids out at the exit with a kind smile, it was actually amazing to see all of what a staff member at Chuck E. Cheese needs to know how to do . Definitely one of those imaginary situations where if I were rich I'd tip them a thousand bucks each for going above and beyond, but all I could do was thank them for all their effort. A fun day for my family, thank you so much.

We love this location! It is the cleanest and the staff is amazing. Tyrill, the GM, introduced himself and made sure our experience was amazing. Chucky actually sat down and interacted with our children and made their day! Noelle was so sweet to our children when they were picking out their prizes. Hands down best Chuck E. Cheese experience in San Antonio.

Not much in the way of points to get a worthwhile gift. My grandson was disappointed but enjoyed playing there. Food is pricey.

HOW. I've ordered 2 different cheese pizzas and they don't even look like they are from the same restaurant. All slices look entirely uneven it doesn't even make sense how they are put together. Which a regular cheese pizza is $15!!!!! And the fries are $4.09, for what??? Insane.

The only reason I have for going here is "it's a kid's birthday party." Chuck E. Cheese & friends put on a mini show for the birthday kids. They even have a chance to go into the ticket machine and try to catch as many tickets as possible while air is blowing all around them. Pizza isn't the best, but I heard it has improved. Chuck E. Cheese is younger and shorter? HA. The team could have been a little more enthusiastic cuz it looks like a bunch of human robots moving to a practiced, boring routine. The videos that come on are pretty corny, but I guess it's not for the adults. Party planners can buy little cups of coins for their guests to play. I heard stories of how parents would get drunk (cuz they serve beer?) and get into fights here. Didn't see it this time, but I did see a lot of kids crying, screaming, wrestling, pushing, shoving, and temper tantrums. Ahhh, entertainment. Personally, I rather go to Dave and Buster's for the more adult "playground", but if you're stuck here for a kid birthday party...why not enjoy yourself and join in on the games too?

The bar selection is quite full as well, with all types of wine, beer, and cocktails. We ended up doing axe throwing (a great stress reliever) and playing a lot of the games. This place has the system where your winning points are stored to a card, like Dave and Busters, and one guy in our group had a good 10,000 points on it. Some of the points were from an awesome victory of knocking over a coin tower on that game that takes more patience than I have to get all the coins at the edge. Sadly, he left his card behind on accident, which ended up getting stolen. The great news is the staff handled it quickly. They were able to transfer his points to another card before it was used and gave him free movie and food vouchers. What outstanding customer service! I will have to return for some bowling, and it looks like they have virtual reality activities as well. The prices seem pretty reasonable compared to several of the competitors. I can't wait to come back for great food and customer service!

They have food stands in the back of the room where you have different options like pizza and ramen. The lady that served us was very nice and we had a nice conversation. Even made sure we had everything we needed before moving to the next person. The food itself was alright. I had pizza and fries which were alright. You can also go to the side to order a beer or drink if you like. They do ID you and put a wristband around you to verify you are of age to purchase. The bar was clean and guy was decent. Overall it was a fun experience but somewhat far from me. If you like games and just hanging out, this is a place worth trying
