My daughter and I come to this location once a week/every other week for our "Daddy Daughter Dates". The people working here and the management are always nice and the dining area and games are always fairly clean. We have never really had any issues with service, food quality, or bad experiences. The people nitpicking this store or Chuck E Cheese in general have not visited the repulsive, rundown, and unclean Mr. Gatti's a couple of miles down the road. read more

I had a birthday party for my 4 year old and was the worst. I've had parties here before and maybe because it was later in the day, that may be why it was so bad. Still no excuse. Unorganized, and the workers were not helpful. I received a text from a supervisor and advised them of this they apologized and told me they would send a gift card for the inconvenience. Never received it. I wrote to corporate and the district manager reached out to me. Exact same thing.. Apologized and said would send something, nothing. I don't expect anything for free I just wanted a good birthday for my kid. Then them promising to try to make it better by sending me something and not doing it makes it worse..Don't promise anything and not send it. Just fix the issue. Haven't been back since. read more

Worst experience ever if there was a zero star option I would've used it! I went on a Thursday night with my daughter and siblings not expecting the service I received by a young man named Devin,he was exceptionally rude to my younger sister. My sister said that she and this employee had personal issues in the past but there is no excuses to why this should interfere with his job. Personal issues should be kept at home and not in the workplace. He wouldn't assist her and even made false accusations when trying to leave. This place is a tremendous rip off. You will be raped by the token system. The sheer speed at which the kids can spend the tokens is insane. We've been going to this CeC since 2011 and it was always awesome. We hadn't been since the renovations, but not too happy with the results. Looks like they removed over half their games and the ones that remained were ticket-play games (I.e., no more Wave Rider and Guitar Hero). In addition, they decided a while back to gradually get away from their "Every Game Only Token" model and replaced with credits based where some games take more credits than others. I understand they have to move with the times, but I can go to Main Event and get better food, cleaner environment, and a bigger selection of games using the same credit based system! Sad to see this happened to a place where we've had such fond memories. read more

Pretty terrible went on a Saturday around one the line to order was ridiculous. Then all the tables were dirty asked some one if the could send a person to clean off the table after about ten minutes of waiting we cleared it off ourselves. Had a birthday party here for my niece. Couldnt find our reservation, then later found it. it was stressful. However it made up because the young girl who was our tabel host was very good and helpful. Restroom was a mess. Not very many games and ticket machines were out, couldnt redeem any tickets. Very disappointed. The lady that stamped us entering was not happy to be at work. We were more like a burden to her, the staff was not helpful. We told them that the ice machine was out of ice and the told us to use the other one (as if we hadn't tried that already). The games were either broken or out of tickets (probably about 50% of all games). There was also about 10-12 empty tables that had trash all over them and none clean. These tables were filthy the whole time I was in the store. Pretty disappointed. Most likely won't be coming back to this location. read more

I really like the food here , and the fact that they serve alcohol. It is very pricey, even their so-called deals when you combine a game pass for a limited time and pizza n drinks. A buffet is offered for lunch which I unfortunately missed but a salad bar is served for like 8or 9 bucks. I was a little grossed when the worker with the trendy haircut replied to a guest asking for another buffet plate, "We got some in the back you can reuse your old one if you want". As a person in the food and people business I know this is not sanitary because the serving utensils are touching the person's already used and contaminated plate surface and returning them to the stockpile. IT IS FLU SEASON PEOPLE! I don't want my family getting sick because of carelessness when it could be prevented. So I ordered a pepperoni stuffed crust. It came out fresh but with no pepperoni, the gentleman who served it is the same as who took the order , I asked "Is this pepperoni?" He asked"did you order pepperoni?" I said"yes". He said"okay I'll make you another one, here you go!" I was ecstatic, he sent out a smaller pepperoni but we were delighted. The games are great, workers are cool. I will definitely return, but I would like for the workers to get educated on food handlers certification. When Chucky comes out the kids light up, so this is a very great kids spot. read more

This Chuck E. Cheese is filthy!!! We went on Saturday evening as an impromptu visit with our almost 2 year old. We tried to find a table to sit at but every table that wasn't occupied was not bussed. We proceeded to just walk around. We bought cups for soda and the soda fountain area was disgusting. The straw holders were so sticky and the counter was super wet and sticky with spills. Then, you see staff taking pizzas out to guests wandering the whole gaming area over and over again cause they can't find the guests. I'm sure their pizzas were cold by the time they made it to them. Also, a few "games" we tried were not working. One had no paper for the photo feature, another had a ball stuck or something causing an error, and another the air hockey was missing the hand piece. I did give 2 stars cause my child loved Chuck E., who was very entertaining! read more

We frequent other CEC locations often and stopped at this one for the first time because we were in the area. It's clean but that's pretty much the only positive thing I can say. We got the "buffet" but it's a complete joke. There were 2 pizzas to choose from, pepperoni and sausage. Both were cold and hard like they had been sitting there for hours. The "salad" was a bucket of warm, blackening lettuce, a bowl of croutons and dressing... that's it! The manager was walking by so we stopped her asking "is this the whole buffet?" She replied annoyed with a simple "yes." We asked for fresh pizzas and if they had more salad options like all the other locations and she replied "not for the buffet." We had a couple slices then set off for the games. We have twin 1-year-olds and they always have a blast on the rides and little games at the other locations, this one had nothing for little kids. The game choices in general were very slim. We ran to the party area for the hourly visit from Chuck E but of course that didn't happen. The announcement and videos were played but no character came out. We walked around completely disappointed before just deciding to leave. By far the worst pizza place experience I've ever had. I called the number listed for this location and then through an automated system was given another number to actually speak with someone at the Selma location. So I then called the number and since 3 p.m. it has been busy. Ridiculous . I needed to possibly see if someone picked up my daughter's bracelet. Which I know is a long shot. We were here this weekend for a nephew's 7th birthday. I was actually quite impressed. First of all, it is clean! Much cleaner than you would expect seeing as though there are literally hundreds of children eating and drinking and playing. Also, it was not a crazy noisy as a remember it being when my kid was little. The party helper was great. The part where Chuck came out was a little disorganized, but fun. I did not eat, but I heard that the pizza was mediocre - more on par with frozen pizza than a pizzeria. But, you really don't go for the food when you go here. They set up everything and clean up everything for you, even the wrapping paper from the opened gifts - which is great. The most important part was that the kids had an absolute ball. The tokens lasted just the right amount of time (the games only take 1 each). Everyone was happy and had a good time which is what you want in a birthday party. read more

The Kid Check program at this Chuck E Cheese at The Forum is very very different than their tv commercials show. It is hardly ever manned properly and people are just walking past the entrance willy nilly with their kids (everyone is supposed to be checked to match up their stamps so kids aren't stolen)- they were exposed on the news a few years ago for not doing the Kid Check properly, you would think they would keep up on that. It is clean enough (not always though) which is the only saving grace, the staff and management is very slow for customer service and keeping machines stocked and working, and the Kid Check program is false advertising compared to their commercials. read more

I just left here and I'm not coming back to this location. The restrooms were filthy. It took awhile to get our pizza and when we asked about it the reply was " pizzas are in the oven but they don't know how long it'd be." The games were out of tickets. They only had 2 working ticket munchers. We left our to go box with a medium pizza on the table to play games and a staff member threw it away. The manager on duty seemed put off when we told him what happened. He was not manager material. We were told they'd make us another and we got the equivalent of a personal pizza. Came with my kids today (8/28/16) to kill some time and let them run around and this is by far the worst most disorganized place! They are clearly under staffed. The staff leaves the counter unattended to eat and snack. Several games are out of order. The ticket counting machines were all busted except 2. Several of the game machines ate my kids coins and the staff refused to assist. I had to wipe down our table with my own antibacterial wipes. Bottom line if you feel like being ripped off come here otherwise just stay clear of this horrific place. read more

Today my daughter and I took my granddaughter to Chuck E Cheese for her 4th birthday. We were there around 12:30 pm and there were dirty tables everywhere, yes I understand it was around lunch time and its a self bus business but there were employees standing close to the tables talking to each other. We were there almost 4 1/2 hrs and finally the tables were cleaned off. My granddaughter fell and skinned her knee real good, my daughter asked an employee about a bandaid she was informed they didn't have any. So I asked what I would assume was a manager he went in the back and informed me sometime later there was no first aid kit in the entire place. Now when I was younger and living in Houston I worked many years in the restaurant business and it was against health department rules not to have a first aid kit in a restaurant. My question is if an employee was injured on the job what would happen? read more

Wow, what a disappointment. My parents decided to take the family to this joint. Them, my wife and I and our 4 year old granddaughter. The gentleman at the register was fine, he did his job. The manager wouldn't make my wife a fresh dessert pizza. I don't know why. Maybe CEC won't allow it. He kept insisting the couple of slices of dessert pizza that were there were fine. The establishment was reasonably clean no complaints there. We all got the all you can eat buffet which the sign said included a salad bar. The salad bar ended up being a bowl of lettuce with a tube of what I assume was Ranch dressing. No other vegetables. No bigs to me but my mother and wife enjoy there salad. This so called all you can eat pizza buffet hadn't been stocked since opening. There was 1 partial pizza and a couple slices of what they must of thought was a dessert pizza. I didn't touch it. But my wife tried it and would have liked it if it haven't been sitting around for awhile. The arcade was probably the biggest let down. The arcade games were fine, a little old, but playable in most cases. I appreciate the fact that they had games a 4 year old cold play without a lot of help from an adult. The hole ticket system there is absolutely terrible. The games were way over priced. The toys were way to expensive. My four year old granddaughter isn't gonna get 2000 tickets for a toy. The smaller toys cost less but she doesn't need another pair of vampire teeth. Overall the food sucked the manager sucked and the games didn't make up for that. read more

I'm giving 2 stars only because the manager, Brian, was extremely nice and offered to fix the issue without having to be prompted. He even offered to be our hostess as they were understaffed and above capacity. I scheduled an online birthday party for my son but when we arrived our reservation wasn't listed. The lady at the door pretty much just put us aside and we waited with a baby and the older kids about 10 minutes. I have an autistic 2 year old and he doesn't do well waiting. Nobody stamped their hands as advertised on TV either. The manager tried squeezing us in a birthday table but I decided just to take a booth since they were overbooked. He gave us about 400 tokens, medium pizza and free drinks. The bathrooms are very dirty, many machines are broken, certain areas smell strongly of moth balls and the staff seems a bit slow and confused. My group had fun but I will try a different location next time if I ever go back. Anyway this place needs a good restructuring starting at the door. read more
