My favorite Chuck E. Cheese! Good amount of parking, it's off Sports Arena blvd. Nearby other businesses. Weekends are super busy here. I really like their salad bar; pizza is decent. Good price packages for kid events. Limited dining tables with chairs. Good amount of games for kids to play. Customer service is good. read more

Chuck E. Cheese - Pizza Near Me - San Diego, California

This Chuck E. Cheese in Point Loma is an OG location for me. I came here as a kid, and now I'm bringing my kids full circle moment unlocked. We come here from time to time, and this location always delivers. One thing I really appreciate is that they seem to have better prize options compared to other locations. You don't grind tickets just to walk away with disappointment parents know what I'm talking about. Customer service is consistently solid. The workers here are always friendly, patient, and genuinely good with kids, which honestly makes a huge difference. Compared to some other locations, this one definitely stands out in that department. If you're in the neighborhood and you have a pass, this spot is worth it for a family outing. Only downside: parking. Between Chuck E. Cheese and the EOS gym, it can get a little wild with people coming in and out. You might have to channel some patience before the pizza does its job All in all, I really like this Chuck E. Cheese. Nostalgia for me, chaos for the kids, and everyone leaves happy which is kind of the whole point. read more

Dear Jeff, You should probably not treat women who drove half an hour to make sure her daughter was having fun while our family just passed away. Instead you ask me for help when she wants to turn in her tickets then as she makes a selection you walk away. I stand in line to ask a question about her food and you disregard me and ask the person behind me if she needed help, that is so disrespectful. I hope you have a meeting with your team to go over how to handle customers. Edit: Now that I have drove safely home I would also like to add, I live about 10 minutes from another location who I gladly had my daughter's 2nd birthday with. I purposely drove further here to check it out in hopes to plan her 6th birthday hearing that it was better. But because I was met with your completely incompetent, rude, disrespectful Manager JEFF I will no longer schedule any future events or step foot back in this location. Thanks Jeff read more

The SportsArena Chuckee Cheese may always have several video games broken but the personnel and manager are always friendly and quick to respond to requests. On Friday, June 26th, we paid for Adventure Zone at the Mira Mesa location but ended up leaving due to a negative experience. That same day we came to the SportsArena Chuckee cheese and asked if they could accommodate us especially using the adventure zone. The personnel apologized for the experience even though it was not their fault. My son had a fun and memorable time. Thank you ! read more

One of the best Chuck E. Cheese I've been to in a long time. I have a five year-old so it's been a couple years going in multiple cities and states. Lol. This one still has quite a few rides and a trampoline park and obstacle course in place of the ball pit. Lots of games to play for all ages, including adults. What was new is everything is electronic now, including the tickets. I kinda miss the nostalgia of the tickets printing out. Also, there is no more old-school Chucky or the cool creepy robots and band/dancers. Chucky has a new younger vibe and walks around a greet the kids. No other characters. And now there's a big huge TV screen with kids singing instead of the characters. I miss the characters at least it was more entertaining to listen to as adults. Lol. This one had a really great seating, really good food. I was impressed with their pizza and wings, and salad, and they had beer for adults. The staff was friendly, not too attentive, but it was a random day. I'm not from here, but if you're looking for a kid friendly place in San Diego good for groups and last minute spot to hang for adult with kids too this is it. read more

We had my daughter's sixth birthday party here today and had a wonderful experience! They have had a makeover and it looks really nice inside. I think they need more staff, but we were lucky enough to have Ernieliz as our host and she was excellent. Everyone at the party was super impressed with how good their pizza was as well! I had very low expectations to be honest but everybody raved about it! I would highly recommend having a birthday party here and would do it again for my kiddos. read more

We went yesterday with 3 year old and 4 month old. It was clean, there were not too many people. The pizza and cheese bread were good. We paid $79 for 1 large pizza, 2 cups, cheese bread, 45 points, and trampoline access. We really had a good time and I'm overall impressed with the upkeep. Only giving 4 stars because the staff didn't go above and beyond, and the price. But there honestly, take your little ones to this location. read more

It's ridiculous this is like consumer robbery Buy the gold plan for $360.a year. And it doesn't even cover all of the events they have.So then you end up paying another fee to use the jumper. And then your food or whatever it's a rip off and you cannot cancel which they're holding your hostage. I live right next to a Chuck E. Cheese but will drive 20 minutes out of my way to visit this Chuck E. Cheese instead because they have my favorite game and because of the staff. Jeff, the manager, cares about his store and tries to make it the best experience. Meanwhile, many of the employees and managers at other stores frankly don't really care. I've visited every Chuck E Cheese and San Diego and this location is my favorite! read more

Super clean and all of the games worked! Love the color instant photo machine ( great pics). They had some cool games I haven't seen in my town and most importantly it didn't have the funky cheesy and dirty smell that most C & C's usually wreak of. 5 stars just for that alone not to mention the friendly and cordial staff members! read more

My 4 yr-old grandson had his birthday party here and I was very impressed with the arrangements! My daughter is a very busy mom, and all she did was go online to pay the $50 reservation for the party, choose her package and show up on the day of the party. I was quite worried that she never got in touch with the Chuck E Cheese organizers prior to the event - but I was pleasantly surprised on the actual day that the party was smoothly organized! We arrived and saw that the table and the birthday greeting were already there! The package included unlimited arcade game play for all guests, 2-hr reserved table with party set-up and a live show with the mascot. We ordered the food when we arrived (happy that they don't even charge a minimum), brought our own cake and candies, and the kids had a great time! This location, the moms said, is one of the cleanest and well organized they've seen. read more

I don't what people are complaining about but when I came over yesterday to celebrate my nieces birthday with our family. Everyone one was very nice to us especially Jeff. We were treated with care and love. The kids had a lot of fun and I had a lot of nostalgic moments. I do miss the animatronics, mascot, and the ice cream vending with the vacuum tube that would suck up the ice cream bar from the freezer. I guess time changes rapidly when you are turning 30. But I was excited that they have trampoline park for a fraction of the price of other trampoline park. $12 per a child that's not bad at all cheaper than a movie ticket. We will be coming back soon. read more

I didn't get his name. But I should have. The guy who works there had an orange shirt and he had a gap in his teeth he was THE BEST. HE made my son's birthday awesome and he was so cool and funny such a good heart and amazing customer service he is the only reason I will ever come to this location. The outside is sketchy there's a lot of homeless people loitering but the employees are great at watching the doors and keeping the place safe. But that guy was amazing I hope he gets recognized by his boss for being great. If I could I'd promote him to the highest pay. He truly gave me hope for humanity and made my year and my sons. Such a great guy. And he was so funny and he knows a lot of movies!! He runs shit right. I wish I could have hugged him but I didn't want to be weird. But he needs to get a raise or something. This is the place to go for a good time with you kids. They do a great job here. read more

First off the manager today, 7/21/25, was active all over from the cashier area, to the prize area, and the game area. If there is more than one manager, he's a shorter guy. The Chuck E's I've been to, the managers are in the back and not as helpful. This guy was useful and has a super upbeat laid back personality. Also, he helped my friends kids with the prizes while they were deciding and was not even rushing us at all. Like total chill guy. Thanks man! The next awesome part are the games and rides! I haven't seen so many different games. This must be the largest variety one. Some of the ski balls didn't work. Forgot to notify the front. Oops now you know. I do however miss the carousel. The sponge bob ball train is a favorite I haven't seen at other Chuck E's. Great way to use up points and time card. Chuck e came out twice the few hours we were there. Gave total attention to our kids since the other kids didn't go up to him the second go. Despite the broken ski ball and jammed coin game, 12pm late opening, this place is a five stars thanks to the manager positive experience and the "new" games. read more

Since this is a place made specifically for kids, and because kids love it here, I have to kind of give a review from their perspective as well. Asking some of the kiddos in the family, they enjoy the games, play area, and the pizza. They have a ton of fun games that kids seem to enjoy. They also have a play area so when kids run out of credits, they can play. They love the pizza, but some of the kiddos in the family like Papa John's or Bronx Pizza a little more. It's probably most kids dream come true to have a birthday party here. They pretty much rate everything 5 across the board. 5 / 5 - Games 5 / 5 - Play area 4 / 5 - Pizza 4.6 / 5 - Overall (based on the feedback I got from kids in the family). From an adult's perspective, I'm glad they created a place that kids love and can have fun at. It can get pricey, the pizza is not the greatest, and this place is sometimes messy. More recently a lot of businesses are short staffed. So it is understandable that the place might not be as clean as it could be. The lady that was in charge of the birthday party did a great job. I was very impressed. She knew the names of all the kids and made sure they got everything they needed. Service was good as well. Parking isn't bad here, and this location isn't difficult to find. I prefer this location over the Mira Mesa location. 3 / 5 - Pizza 4.5 / 5 - Service 4 / 5 - Cleanliness 3.8 / 5 - Overall 4.4 / 5 - Overall combined rating read more

My family and I had a great time at Chuck E. Cheese . I hadn't been here in many years but in the years past i've always enjoyed it and even had birthday parties for the kids here . Yes , it's changed a bit like the play climbing zone is no longer free which was a tad disappointing , but it's been updated and that was cool . The games are colorful & vibrant with many options . Food, drinks and snacks were good and fairly priced. Most of all the reason we visited here was a day of wholesome family fun and entertainment for my family & something that would hold the attention of my grandchild . Glad this business is still open and a safe place to play . I must add that the entire place looked very clean and neat even the games & screens looked clean that seemed important to me . read more

As someone who's worked with kids I can say; the hosts here were not friendly, helpful or welcoming. They even just shut the power off rather than announce they were closing so parents awkwardly had to calm their kids down. My child was literally mid air on the bike ride grinning when she got stuck up there because these empolles have no decorum & no interest in making the ambiance a friendly place because they wanted a to close fast. Besides the mouse mascot. It was not a fun experience. read more

This place is pure robbery. Not like it used to be. Food take more than 40 minutes to be ready. The so called "deals" are not deals. The place is nice, but service and pricing is unbelievable read more

We went there today for my daughter's birthday party and she had such a great time. The thing that made this amazing for us was that we went on a weeknight! There weren't a lot of people there and my daughter's party was the only one they were hosting at the time. This gave us a sense of relief because of Covid related concerns and access to the games for the kids. Let me just say - the claw game with the balls in the middle was a crowd favorite. The balls were easy for the kids to get, so all of our kids were there and we went home with 20 or more of those rubber spikey balls that kids love to play in. Lupe was our party host and she was terrific. All of our food came out in a timely manner and the kids enjoyed all of it. We went on a Tuesday, which meant we could take advantage of the 2 for $22 deal on pizzas to add a couple to our party package. Chuck E. continues to be a funny part of every kids party. He greets the kids and is kinda awkward, but most of the kids either steer clear of him or run up to get pics with him. All in all, my daughter had an amazing time and that is all that matters. This location is very clean and the games were all functional and a lot of fun. The attention to detail was incredible. I will happily be back at this location for our next party! read more

This place has been remodeled. Huge screen no more moving characters. New games and new look. Going in they stamp us (kid and I) then we order food. Pizza, Boneless wings and drinks. We also have a coupon for 2 cards 1 hour unlimited play $53.99. Total is $102. Pizza is great however the 8 nugget of buffalo wings/4 sticks of celery are dry and still cold in the middle. it looks like they just pushed them through the oven no temp control. Pizza was tasty. Some of the games were out of order and ski ball wasn't working like it should. I really don't know what it is gonna take to turn this place around. Customer service was ok. AWESOME KID'S BIRTHDAY PARTY 8/25/2024 We held a birthday party for our kids... perhaps 50 people showed up to our party on a crowded Sunday. I think there were 2-3 other kids parties being held at the same time. Everyone had a great time! I wanted to personally thank the entire Team working that day: Manager Stephanie, our Personal Party Host Ernalyse (Ernie), Chloe, Victoria, Jeff, whoever cooked our food (= kid culinary god), and whoever was that tall teen quiet guy that was Chuck E. Cheese. Food was great! Plenty of games for the kids! (I think only one of them was broken). Attentive staff (even for a crowded day). Fun atmosphere for kids. Clean- even the bathrooms! Upbeat kids' music playing at a good volume. Plenty of seating. Ample parking. User friendly website. REASONABLE PRICING for a party of FIFTY (50). Cons: Cherry Pepsi was down- my favorite/waaah. If you or your child are sensitive to noise, I think many CECs have sound sensitive hours (I'm not sure what the times are- see their website). This place is loud and proud. Ironically, the volume for the kid's birthday show music was a bit low (The staff had a show for all the kids having a birthday party at that time.) Thank you, Chuck E. Cheese Team! P.S.: They have a SUMMER MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM that ROCKS... and actually saved my sanity over the summer. read more

Couldn't have been happier with the cleanliness of the place and the great customer service. Reggie really went out of his way to help us and we were so great full :) I would rate the pizza a 7/10 it had lots of flavor and they cooked it well done just the way we asked, it was just a little greasy for me. read more

I saw this Chuck E. Cheese location only has 2.5 stars but I have to say, it deserves more stars than that. For the people who said it's expensive, they always have coupons and specials online. You get lots of perks if you download their app. Right now they have the "all you can play" for an hour for only $17.99. That's a great deal for a weekday price. And their food isn't that bad. The stuffed crust pizza is much better than the regular crusted pizza. Some of the arcades weren't working but overall, we had a great experience and we will definitely be back. read more

This location is always empty during the weekdays. We usually go once a week and the pizza is always fresh! They make an amazing stuffed crust; it's always best when they put garlic seasoning on the crust. They always have someone out front stamping and checking hands so we never have to worry. The staff and managers are friendly. Chuck e always comes out every 30 min or an hour can't remember but he is always out and about interacting with the kids.
