I was very impressed at how clean this Chuck E Cheese is, the floors, the tables, and the salad bar. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza, 3 drinks, and one salad bar. I think the total was around $44ish dollars. The price of the salad bar is way overpriced, I think $11 or $12, and it's pretty basic stuff nothing special. The give you a paper plate and a plastic fork to use, broke the fork trying to eat a carrot. I think that's pretty ridiculous, surely they can afford some plastic plates and metal forks. When I went to get my pizza, I had to ask for plates and the guy said they only gave them out when asked and had to find them ...That was kind of bizarre. The pizza is ok, not worth the price. I visited Chuck E. Cheese January 11 of 2025 taking my littlest child up three to experience those special moments. The new renovated building was beautiful very clean and it brought back so many memories for our oldest and our middle child. I wanna give a huge shout out to his name was Miguel, he was not patient and he explained everything helped me pick out the best packages for our son along with the best food. I would recommend this nine out of 10. The only reason I'm not a 10 out of 10 was one of the things that I loved and appreciated about Chuck E. Cheese is the stamp going in the stamp going out just that piece of mind for a mother, and unfortunately, this location did stamp us however, on our way out when I went to show them, my stamp, they just allow us to pass through. My kids always have fun here, but the food can be expensive. I don't think the salad bar is worth the price, but the pizza and wings taste good. Finding coupons or using the app can help you get rewards and discounts. Our first time to this location for a school fundraiser and it is very spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and come around often checking in with us. They are quick to clean after people leave the tables and booths. read more

My daughter turned 8 yesterday. She's only been in her new school for a week and we only have my Mom here in Oregon. We recently moved so my daughter is used to big parties with our big family and her friends from the last 3 years of school. So we had to do something we have never done before, which is go to Chuck E. Cheese. So we surprised her and went after she got out of school, my 3 year old daughter was excited too. We ordered the Cali Alfredo pizza which has a creamy Alfredo sauce base that's topped with spinach, sausage, mushrooms and roasted chicken breast. The girls shared chicken nuggets and unicorn churros. Everything was really good except the mandarine oranges, they had no flavor. Took my three year old son here, not sure if they didn't like him or white people in general. The only way they can troll you here is at the register. There were 4 workers helping one person in front of us, When it was my sons turn to pick a prize every one of them scurried off. My son waited over 15 minutes for someone to come help him. They checked if we were still there waiting twice. They only came out to help my three year old when a line started to form. This is the smallest Chuck E. Cheese I've been in, but we had a lot of fun for 3 hours with our 3 year old and 2 year old. I think it's cool how they separate the smaller kid stuff from the bigger kid stuff. Only a few machines out of service. Everything felt/looked clean. Cinnamon sticks are ammmaazingg. Pizza and salad bar okay. All staff was pretty nice. I like how they do the cards for the tokens, but think it would also be beneficial for everyone to have the tickets saved on the cards as well as I've seen other arcades do. Spent a 6 year old's birthday party here on 3/23. Cost was $12.99 per kid. We bought an extra large pizza for 6 adults and drinks for all. We had a coupon for $10 off on the large pizza and an extra 100 tokens. We had leftover pizza, AND tokens! The pizza was delicious, though not on par with higher-end restaurants....but who in their right minds go here for the pizza...?!? Without a doubt, we got our money's worth outta this place! Very attentive staff, and a GREAT birthday program made for a wonderful day. We spent 3 hours there and enjoyed every minute of it! Not all national franchises like Chuck E Cheese are created equal, but thankfully this Salem version still upholds on what Mr. Cheese probably intended for children. The staff was super friendly (but also super young themselves) and very helpful. They have a good assortment of rides, and the price to show a younger one a lovely day was affordable. Their pizza was the lone item that was a bit on the pricey side ($15 for large). They could do much more with the place, but then again, it wasn't intended for adults like me. read more

In all honesty, I am thoroughly impressed with this place. Given that it's in the Lancaster area (which is a notably run down and sketchy area of Salem) we were expecting it to be an unmaintained dump. I was expecting nasty food, unclean environment, and ridiculous prices. To our surprise it was the opposite. The food looked fresh (especially the salad bar), the pizzas were nothing out of this world, but they were far better than I had expected them to be (and fresh too), and the prices were more than reasonable. So, why not 5 stars? My only complaints are the following: - A large amount of games were broken - The prizes are complete junk (then again, they are at any kids place, so this is pretty common) - The sign says they clean the machines down once every hour. We were there for over 2 hours and I never once saw them being cleaned. Aside from those issues, it's a great place to take the kids (especially with all the rain) and it was much better than I expected it to be. I was here tonight for a birthday party. I'm at the salad bar and my husband is right beside me getting soda. In the corner of my eye I see something moving. I set back and look down what do I see? A fucking cockroach. A living cockroach. I grab a lid kill it then take it over to the manager. I show it to her and tell her where it was and she did nothing but thank me. This location is MUCH smaller than the locations in Vancouver and Portland so I was a little surprised when I walked in and did not see much. I do know they are in the middle of remodling so hopefully they will be better after the remodle. The other thing I really missed was a play structure for the kids to crawl up in like the other 2 locations have and Mc Donalds or BK have. The pizza didn't have the "garlicy" flavoring that the other locations have either so overall I wasn't that impressed... HOWEVER...my kids seemed to of had a blast and face it that's why we go to these places. One thing that bothered me with the kids stuff though is that a lot of kids were cheating...walking up to the holes in the skiball and putting the balls in, standing up at the hoop to shoot the balls in and I could get it if it were little kids maybe, but they were not... My kids were getting frustrated because they were playing the games the way they were supposed to, but other kids were cheating and getting lots of tickets. Not Going Back, Not Family Friendly Anymore Went there yesterday and now instead of the delightful tokens, they have a credit card. That might work for one kid . We had five kids. Now, an adult has to follow them around so they all get to play instead of giving each child some tokens. I also noticed there were only about half as many people there and it was a Saturday. Has small and big kid section which is awesome, but I have 2 kids 5 years apart, and don't allow my kids to run off even though they have the security. But not a big enough deal to lower my rating. Clean, good game selection, good feel about it. Feels fresh and new. We don't eat the food, just go for games. Lots of fun and good memories for my kids. read more

Just came back from taking my kiddo to Chuck E Cheese's for his birthday. We didn't have the party here, just a fun outing to end our day. The play areas are pretty small, but there's a fair amount of games. We overestimated this place and bought 100 tokens. We ended up giving some away to another family because my five year old got bored with the selection. I was impressed with how quickly games would be repaired though. I told them about a game that wasn't working and they immediately announced for service on it and then it was fixed and I was given my token back! We didn't sample the food this time so I can't speak for it, but it looked pretty good for Chuck E Cheese pizza. The crew were quick to clean tables and the place overall was very clean. All in all, not bad for the size of it. Next time we'll know not to expect too much from the game selection. read more
