Do the jumpers have to wear a mask while jumping during current covid times?

Hi Shawna, we simply follow local mandates. The lates information I have shows masks are required for 5 years and up.

We've been members for YEARS. It must be under new management because, in the last year or so, they've descended on the children with draconian rules that have nothing to do with preventing injuries. I appreciate the importance of safety, but these rules exist purely for the purpose of micro-control, and its purpose is to suppress the spirit that we come here to foster and nurture. They see a kid smiling and they start to hover, and pace, like vultures or hyenas, desperate to find some ridiculous rule to throw at them. Then they swoop in and deliver the blow. The new staff seems to get off on it. It's a shame because it's unnecessary, and this place is really awesome otherwise! If Admin spent half as much time upping their game on food and beverages, customer service, and cleaning/disinfecting, this place, they could do incredible things with their profits and customer loyalty, and make the world a better place in the process by promoting happiness and mental health in our children. Instead, they force customers to buy their branded socks and sell sub-par food at a big mark-up. That's the limit of their business acumen...

As soon as you walk in, you're required to sign a waiver before you can enter. You're also required to have or purchase a special pair of their trampoline socks. These will come in handy when you're looking to jazz up your Halloween attire since they are bright orange. When you enter, which involves giving a high five to the attendant, it is astounding to look at the multitude of options that are available in this giant warehouse of fun. Trampolines are just the beginning. You could easily spend an entire day here and delight yourself adequately. I have some concerns about cleanliness and I wish there were more hand sanitizer stations dispersed throughout the play areas. There is a snack bar available, but it's mostly junk food items. They don't serve alcohol. There are a plethora of party areas upstairs and downstairs if you want to host an event here. The cost of an annual membership is actually pretty decent. Especially considering that you get 20% off at the snack bar and as well as other perks. If I lived closer, I would definitely consider it. Otherwise, for a first time visitor, I was pleasantly surprised.

I wanted to give my son as much normalcy as possible, so I thought we should start by checking out this sky zone since he's always at one back home . Thank goodness we did because it's been a blessing. The staff is incredible. They pay attention to everything and take action when needed. They have helped when I ask about places to go or not knowing the area tips about anything . Great bunch of people working and never seen any of them slack off or be rude to customers or kids . Tonight , they set up extra games for St. Patrick's day to interact with the kids . I thought that was awesome because they definitely don't have to do this. Just wanted to give a shot out and give you genuine appreciation for all your hard work and great staff here . You guys rock !!

Much over what I am sure they are allowed to have with only two workers. They were patient and kind with everyone even though so many people were grumpy and snappy with them as we had to wait in line for a long time for everything we did. They had nobody to get the food while someone was checking in because somebody had to be supervising the jumpers. I feel as if there should have been better management during this situation. But they did the best with what they could and I want to give them a huge shout out! Their names were Brianna and Aidan. Great employees! They did it with a smile, even though it was very challenging I am sure! As someone who runs a company it made my heart go out to them and think what great employees to have! I hope you two are acknowledged in some sort of way!

It rains so rarely where I live, it'd be a shame to be indoors all day. It'd be rad if they could open the roof on sunny warm days. Do I ask for too much? Imagine a really good indoor play structure. Like 3+ levels high! A small play area for tiny kids. Some video arcades and such. Some adult games like corn hole, shuffleboard table, darts, and such. A full restaurant and bar! A few cabana-type small rooms for parties or whatever. And it's not too loud!!! I was worried an indoor play area would be excruciatingly noisy, and not well ventilated. It seems like the space is big enough to suppress the kids' yelling, but not so big that the echoes impose. I guess the large space also helps keep the air from feeling stale, maybe they have added ventilation. The bathrooms are kinda small and I had to walk outside the main play area through the small lobby. The food is good, and they have a wide selection of beverages--including adult beverages! Free parking lot. The price is about what I'd expect for an indoor play structure, when we need to get out from the rain. PLUS there's all the other stuff. I guess the money I spend on food and beverage helps keep it open. I had fun cruising through the play structure with my 7yo and my 1-1/2yo. Some adults were conversing in groups, or alone engulfed in a book. If you have kids, go. If you choose to give a thumbs-up or not, I hope you found my review helpful!

They offer "toddler time" but a lot needs to change for it to be "toddler ready."…read more Half of the play structures are not suitable for toddlers (5+ only) which isn't a deal breaker, but the stairs to these features are not blocked off or closed in any way during toddler time. A toddler could easily hurt themselves on the metal stairs or if they fall off the extremely high platforms (up to the ceiling). This location also has arcade games everywhere and I do not understand why they aren't turned off during toddler time. No toddler would be able to do any them and they are either a danger or a distraction. They also add to noise, which is already a problem. Unlike other trampoline parks, half the features or more rely on air bags and air floors so there are very loud air blowers going the entire time, on top of music, on top of arcade sounds, on top of other kids. This, plus all the blinking lights and bright overhead lights is asking for overstimulation. I observed at least one child desperately trying to cover his ears and begging for headphones. It also makes it incredibly difficult to talk to your child or call out to them if they've run off (often the case if you have more than 1 child). It is very easy to lose track of any child in this place so not being able to call to each other is scary. They also did not close/lock the doors to utility storage areas which are dangerous and contain chemicals. There aren't any steps in the bathroom for hand washing either or at the fountain. The staff is young-ish, Early 20s? Nice enough but also not present or there to help. They seem to walk around and mop and are otherwise aloof or disinterested or quick to tell you they aren't a babysitter (I observed this being said to another patron, I think they asked if they would watch her one child while she changed another in the toilets). To be fair, I was the same type of hourly employee when I was 17. To end on a few positives, there is a designated area for toddlers that is always open, but the gate to it does not lock closed, and while my toddlers did like this area, they also grew bored after 10-15 minutes. The floor was very, very dirty. I wasn't required to use sky zone socks; I could use socks from another trampoline park. If outside food isn't allowed (I couldn't tell from any signs) no one cared that I gave my kids snacks and drinks from home. It was relatively easy to signup for my membership and then request a cancelation online. I appreciate this place offers a monthly unlimited pass ($29.99 per child, no discount for added siblings) that is "affordable" by comparison, but after two visits I can't see us coming back.
