This facility has a lot of fun stuff for kids to do. Kids need to be able to be wild and shouldn't be on screens all day. My kids, and their friends, love coming here. We've been members for YEARS. It must be under new management because, in the last year or so, they've descended on the children with draconian rules that have nothing to do with preventing injuries. I appreciate the importance of safety, but these rules exist purely for the purpose of micro-control, and its purpose is to suppress the spirit that we come here to foster and nurture. They see a kid smiling and they start to hover, and pace, like vultures or hyenas, desperate to find some ridiculous rule to throw at them. Then they swoop in and deliver the blow. The new staff seems to get off on it. It's a shame because it's unnecessary, and this place is really awesome otherwise! If Admin spent half as much time upping their game on food and beverages, customer service, and cleaning/disinfecting, this place, they could do incredible things with their profits and customer loyalty, and make the world a better place in the process by promoting happiness and mental health in our children. This place gives the term 'organized chaos' new meaning. It's epic, overwhelming and impressive all at once. As soon as you walk in, you're required to sign a waiver before you can enter. You're also required to have or purchase a special pair of their trampoline socks. These will come in handy when you're looking to jazz up your Halloween attire since they are bright orange. When you enter, which involves giving a high five to the attendant, it is astounding to look at the multitude of options that are available in this giant warehouse of fun. Trampolines are just the beginning. You could easily spend an entire day here and delight yourself adequately. I have some concerns about cleanliness and I wish there were more hand sanitizer stations dispersed throughout the play areas. There is a snack bar available, but it's mostly junk food items. They don't serve alcohol. There are a plethora of party areas upstairs and downstairs if you want to host an event here. The cost of an annual membership is actually pretty decent. Especially considering that you get 20% off at the snack bar and as well as other perks. If I lived closer, I would definitely consider it. Excellent play place | Chaotic, busy It was our first time coming here. We came on a weekday, so I can imagine it's pure mayhem on weekends. This place is overwhelming, but in a good way for kids that need to get their energy out. Be prepared for your kids to want to have their bday parties here, though. The guy helping us out, checking us in for a birthday, was not very helpful/informative. We didn't know we had to have our kid wear their orange socks. We found this out after seeing everyone else in the play area wearing these specific socks and then went back to ask for them. No elevator to go upstairs and celebrate a birthday party/other events. We parked our stroller near the lockers. Bathrooms are disgusting and so unclean. LOTS of area for kids of all ages to play: obstacle course, mega slides, basketball, aerial silks, exercise-looking bikes, and more! Wow, this place is like a Kids Castle on steroids! There is so much to do. This is a great place to let your kids loose when it's storming outside. I saw lots of employees walking the play area to enforce safety and other rules, which is great, especially when you have bigger kids mixed in with little kids in one area. I witnessed a dispute between parents when one young boy pushed a young girl in the face! The boy needed to apologize for sure, but since both parents were not there to see what happened, an employee had to mediate the whole thing. After seeing this interaction, I highly recommend keeping an eye on your kids if they are young. My daughter had one hour of play during this two hour bday event. They wear colored bracelets so the place cycles kids in/out. read more

The workers here are so kind and my kiddo loves seeing them. Can be super busy on weekends but some noise canceling AirPods a good book and we come 3 days a week. Food is a bit over priced even with the membership discount, so we eat before or after. read more

This location was taken over from another company so it's got some wonderfully weird features other locations don't have. Like the wall boxing and zip lines. It is a larger open floor plan with seating only near the entrance. I would recommend this place as a place geared for older children and teens my 5 year old was done with the place after 20 minutes ( not much interesting to him) and we usually have to pry him out when his 90 minutes are over :( read more

We got a membership for my 4 year old about 1.5 years ago when this place was Defy. Skyzone took over and I noticed it was a bit cleaner and some new features but then it quickly went downhill! Most features weren't open during the week days. No slides, no swings, etc. One day a few weeks ago we went in and at check out they said my membership wasn't correct and they needed to charge me $29 more a month! I was confused so a manager came over and said I had only been paying for an ad on? I asked for an explanation and he went into talking about their memberships as if I worked there. I told him I had been a member for almost 2 years and never been told anything about my membership. I said that I would call to cancel at the end of the month since I had already paid for that month. Today I got an email that my membership had been cancelled. I didn't cancel it! They did! No attempt to keep a customer, no loyalty to members, complete lack of professionalism by management. read more

We had a birthday party today. While it was hectic and I am not the best at pulling together all the details, Nina was incredible to help. She communicated so well with me, made sure we had enough food, and helped me with our party package even though she could have pushed us to go with a more expensive option. I was really impressed with her and our experience. Today the park was packed and yet the kids had a great time and everything went smoothly. Wasted a couple hundred dollars sending texts to a chatbot and calling/emailing corporate w/ no response to try and cancel. Finally I got a super helpful employee on the phone who told me exactly what to type to the chatbot. Do NOT recommend the membership. Buyer beware. read more

We hadn't come to this location in about two years. Back then it was Defy, and if I had known it changed to Skyzone I would have politely declined the birthday celebration. Several of the activities that had been close two years ago were still closed! Broken and dangerous equipment everywhere. Holes in savagery netting, kids hiding and crawling underneath equipment and zero supervision. They have you sign a waiver for a reason. I wonder if the waver stands if you get injured on broken, unkept, or filthy equipment? Horrible. read more

This place SUCKS. Ever since SkyZone bought it, it's gone way downhill. It's incredibly overpriced and run by teenagers who don't care about anything but their phones and friends. We used to go often because it's a great place for getting the energy out. Today was our last day. When Im done writing this review I'll be canceling our membership. On top of the outrageous entrance fee they also require you buy their socks at a huge markup. We don't buy socks every time because we've saved the ones we've bought before. Today we were told we could no longer use the older socks because they're from when this place was called Defy. That is the dumbest thing I've heard in a long time. Grippy socks are grippy socks. It doesn't matter where they're from. It's especially interesting that Decy socks are no good but there is still a trampoline inside with Defy in big print on it. As a mother of three I have hosted a lot of parties at these types of places. This was by far the worst birthday set up and least safe place. Nobody told kids of safety rules. There is no supervision, watched kids bullying, fighting, punching each other, kicking a smaller kid in the face to get them off a structure, large teens bouncing next to a toddler in a small 1foot square which is how kids break their bones..... I saw my party host at checkin, was told I didn't need to set up and that everything would be ready. Even asked how I wanted things and said pizza would be there when we got up there... Then I never saw the host again. Nobody checked in my guests the host gave me a sheet to write everyone's names and make sure they did the waiver. For pizza and cake time someone else filled in, didn't know what was ours, didn't know what to do, nothing was set up. Pizza was late so kids just sat there spilling drinks and smashing cups. Self the things went missing. New helper did not help with much just found the missing items that the first host had put in the fridge for us. Lots of areas closed. All in all do not go here. Two kids got skin ripped off after sliding onto a bouncy even though they used the pad under them. One kid injured his knee. It may be fun but it is high risk for kids to get hurt and your kid may get kicked in the face by a bully. I don't blame the staff. I think there were probably 1/10th the staff needed for the huge number of parties (10+) and the large number of jumpers. Super unsafe ! read more

For 30.00 some kids will enjoy the activities. But many won't. March 25, 2024 it was bonkers. It was filthy. Garbage cans overflowing. Snack bar completely out of everything (but a full fridge behind main counter of drinks they just couldn't manage to access ) The insanely crowded play area was being regulated or supervised by one young staffer. Parents- I recommend you stay near your kid. The staff will not see injuries or conflict with other guests or organize turn taking at all. Check in was so sad. The young girl working the counter was maybe new. She was overwhelmed and alone. We were In line 30 min and maybe only 10-15 people ahead of us? Some people who prepaid were in line for 20 min. Inexplicably understaffed. I guess rainy days in portland leave Portlanders with really low expectations for play indoors. Our 9 year old nephew had fun. The 7 year old did not feel safe so she opted for only a couple areas. read more

Absolutely the worst place ever. I don't even know where to start!! Starting with the staffs, I mean what are they even doing?? Walking around the building like it's a kids playground meanwhile there's violence going on in the dodgeball area! I even saw staff space out! HELLO??? and idk this my mom told me they tried to scam her because she bought a drink (she has a membership) and they tried to price her with the standard price. I'm a teen and get judged by other people which yes, it's a people thing but like if u get bullied, they're not gonna do anything at all. Also at the Fuel Zone (food cafeteria), there's literally empty tables and all dirty with leftovers and boxes. I stayed there for 2 HOURS and that one table wasn't cleaned at all. Not sure what the employees here do but they are either nowhere to be found or yelling at you that can't do something every second. Very expensive, not worth the money. Don't suggest bringing your kids here unless they are at least over the age of 7 as they can't do anything there if you're small. Pure chaos and unorganized. We did our son's 18th birthday here - they had so much fun with all of the different activities. The party room was perfect and the staff especially our guide Millione was right on it - they set up the entire space for us decorating using our decorations. Helped with making sure we had everything we needed. Loved too that we could do a mix of their food and our own. read more

Do not go there, i spent $36 just for me. Half the things to do we're broken and the other half is not regulated by staff so unfortunately you can't do any of the activities without running into people, I maybe saw on person of staff on the floor who either didn't know the rules or didn't care about the rules. This place has the WORST customer service and clearly management does not care! After 7 months of refusing to go to this place after the last experience, my 5 year old begged me to take her. I called the morning of to make sure no special event was going to be happening. Surprise surprise nobody answered the phone. I warned her that we could go there but they might not be open like last time. She agreed that we should drive over and see if they were open. And surprise surprise they were CLOSED with a sign that said no power... funny because all the other businesses in the complex had power. I am SO over this place. How are they still in business? I have been to Sky Zone locations in other states and had lovely experiences but this Beaverton OR location is awful! Oh my goodness.... Where do I even start... my family and I decided to go to Sky Zone for my fiance's birthday and once we got there, we weren't attended until 20 minutes later, not to even mention how cold the place was. Felt like a ghost town. We ordered a pizza and we did not receive it until 45 minutes later.. How long does it take to bake a pizza??? I was starting to think I must've accidentally ordered the whole dang menu. The pizza was absolutely horrendous. To think I could never in my life have worse pizza than Chicago Pizza. All tables were also SUPER dirty and even the park was dirty. My fiance decided to leave early and decided to take our money over to K1 speed and get our moneys worth.. other than that, the lemonade was good! read more

This place will deceptively scam you into signing a recurring membership, which coincidentally is the EXACT SAME PRICE as a one time jump. The difference being, if you don't notice them sneaking the monthly recurring charge "terms and conditions" in small print at you, you'll think you're just signing a regular injury waiver for the day. Then they got you paying every month, and good luck cancelling as they absolutely hide behind firewalls. They also hide behind their terms and conditions when challenged for wrong-doing. Worst kids party venue ever! I had a mega party booked for 15 kids that was about an $800 party. The check in process was fine but the "host" who was supposed to help with the party was apparently never notified. When it was time for pizza and drinks, I couldn't get any help from multiple employees. I found a girl who seemed to be a manager and once I stopped her asking for help, she explained my "host" didn't know he had a party and that she was sorry and she'd give me a discount. The entire rest of the party we were without a host, the parents had to help carry presents and shoes upstairs to our party room. The kids waited 35 minutes for the drinks and another 10 for pizza. The person I tracked down to get the cake from the fridge there took 10 minutes to bring it and couldn't find the cupcakes I had brought. I took care of the cake and served everyone. By this time parents were arriving to pick up their kids and I still didn't have the water bottles, stickers and t-shirt I paid for. Again after chasing multiple employees, I was able to get some to fetch them for me. Some kids had already left so they didn't get one. Since our party room was upstairs, I had 18 unruly, hungry kids alone there while I chased employees trying to get what we needed. I left without paying and then realized it and went back to pay. Manager only came when I asked and he didn't even apologize! What a horrible experience! My kids had a great time playing but even though we have ample free passes now (with all the extra water bottles), we will NOT be going back! read more

Great place for kids to run around and spend all of their energy in an hour and a half. For the price per month it's fantastic. Other places charge that much per visit and are nowhere close to worth it. My only struggle is that the entire place is typically ran by teenagers, and thus the music Choices are not very clean however, the noise in general typically drowns out the majority of it. Wonderful structures for the kids to figure their bodies out. Highly recommend. read more
