Decent wide open facility with a number of party rooms. Lotsa kids on a cold, wet Saturday. Glad to see them getting along and making friends quickly. Lotsa bedding machines for snacks and drinks, free cubbies and paid lockers. Even found a few pay for massage chairs for parents to relax in, lol. Employees were friendly and not around the trampolines much. I may be guilty of joining in on the fun without paying or the special socks, lol. Also, didn't have wristbands or a system for timing, so we probably were there longer than the paid hour XP Nothing special here, nothing bad. I'm surprised by so much negativity in these comments, as I just logged on to leave a positive review. We've now been to one birthday party here and back several times with our OnePass, including this morning for "Toddler Time" for kids 46" and under, which feels like a safe haven for the littlest adventurers. After attending a birthday party at Defy, I have to say I much prefer GetAir, especially if your kiddos are younger. Music isn't so loud and it isn't as crowded. Curtis is super helpful and proactive with the space and cleans between groups. The jump & climb options were perfect for our daughter. Terrible management by Curtis- and can't get ahold of corporate to file complaints. Filthy facility and staff treat customers as they please with no disregard of any penalty because no action has or will be taken. Impossible to get anyone on the phone. My child fell into the foam pit and couldn't get out cause he was in the middle of it and I was screaming for help and the manager said that if he really needed to get out he would be out. So my daughter was supposed to have her 6th birthday here while we were visiting family. Due to COVID she won't be able to have her party there and we don't even live there but I have been flat out refused a refund. I even have a letter from her doctor stating she cannot have a party there and they do not care. The email I got blatantly said that I either use my money there or they get to keep it. I have never felt so disrespected in my life by a business. I've also contacted the BBB and they're going to help me able this from here. read more

Every time we go, there's something negative to be said about the experience. Last time, it was sitting in the toddler area and having some weird fluid drip from the ceiling onto myself and my infant. Lovely. We thought this problem was fixed because the bucket that the water was dripping in the week prior was gone; turns out they've decided to just let the water drip on the carpet and unsuspecting customers. Initially, we were bringing our toddler to the park during regular park hours. She was fine with running around with the other kids in the small 46" and under section of the place. But, as a parent, we were annoyed that kids bigger than the 46" were playing in the toddler section when the toddlers were strictly regulated to theirs. We're fine with rules, just be consistent when enforcing them. We solved this problem by bringing her on toddler Tuesday/Thursday, which we bring her to every week. This week, however, is apparently Spring Break and instead of informing us last week that there would be no toddler Time this week, we showed up to find the park filled with people of all ages. When we brought it up to the front counter, the young man replied, "because it's spring break, we're hoping for the best." Translation: we can make more money by keeping the park open during Spring Break, but we'll at least remove the 46" and under rule since it's supposed to be Toddler Time. It's not enough to make us never come back again, but it's enough of an irritation that I'm sitting here leaving a two-star review. Management: please communicate to your patrons. I love that the big kids are there having fun; if they're at Big Air, they're not out doing things they shouldn't be doing. At the same time, little kids should have their time to run and be free too. Better communication solves that problem for everyone. Edit (in response): We paid $7.99 for the single hour, same as it always is for a child under 46". However, if Get Air removed the Little Air pricing we would stop coming altogether until she was actually old enough to justify the expense. At two, she doesn't use 80% of the establishment; presumably, that's the difference between the 50% cost increase ($7.99 for 46" and under vs. $11.99 for 46" and up). Unfortunately, from what I've seen, neither your website, nor the front of the store, nor your Twitter feed lists a change in schedule for Toddler Time for that week. I've been here in the past and it's been fine. Today on Sunday January 19th I went with my son at 11am to get some energy out, both of us! We drove from delta ponds area and once we got inside there was a sign saying closed for private party.. uhh say what? I was just on the website checking pricing before we came and there was no mention of this event on the home page. It was really frustrating, but thankfully my four year old son was incredibly mature about it and asked if we could go to the science museum instead.. we went back across town and went there where had a great time.. just really annoyed we had to spend so much time driving because of this unprofessional management on display at get air. We will try defy next time.. where we have not visited yet because we liked get air! The manager is really strange too.. my wife doesn't feel comfortable coming here with the kids unless I'm present because manager gives off creepy vibes.. might be time for the owner to get a new manager here! read more

There are many things to consider about a place like Get Air. The target audience is kids around ages 6-14 or so. When they get much older they pretty much want to hang out in the urgent care-by-way-of-the-skate park. So you take your 6-14 year olds to the trampoline park and you think "this will be relaxing..." and you would be right if you could fall asleep in a night club or at a concert. The music is loud, but it has to be in order to drown out the noise of kids being loud and aping the latest tik tok trend or whatever. Id rather listen to CeCe Peniston sing about finally finding love than to hear my kid or your kid or all the kids yelling "yeet!" as they bounce around. Bring your air pods. This is not the problem. Some parents do a drop and run operation, and invariably their kids misbehave and teach other kids the latest swear words and dance moves they have harvested from being online. Other parents stay to supervise their kids and all sit like hawks on a fence waiting one of the few cushion seats to open up and descend upon it immediately. This is also fine. This is not the problem. So here is what the problem is: your kids, my kids, and someone who is at Target's kids are all bouncing around and working up a sweat. Naturally they should go hit up the drinking fountain, right? NOPE. The drinking fountain has been out of order for something like a year now (as of September 2022). They did at least to their credit position vending machines in front of it so it is completely inaccessible. So all of our kids are a captive audience with a "no outside beverages" policy experiencing a high physical exertion activity and if they want water (as is the custom among kids who don't die of dehydration) their options are to go drink out of the hand washing sink in the bathroom or paying $2.50 or more for a bottle of water from the vending machine. Really nice. A 6-14 year old over the course of 2 hours of moderate to high physical exertion should drink around 2-3 16.9-20 oz bottles of water. So in this case that will cost you an additional $5-7.50 per child. Make sure to add this cost to your estimate of entertainment cost. The staff will tell you that they guess this is all fine because they were told this was fine. Bottom line: the kids will have fun, and wear themselves out, but if you factor in the cost of water it's basically the same cost as Defy, which is something in the order of 3x the size, and has a lot more stuff for the kids to do. I'm pretty sure Defy has at least one water fountain. read more

I see lots of safety equipment. Attendants patrolling making sure people are safe. This place does NOT smell funky like other bounce gymnasium type places. This is an inviting atmosphere that makes me wish I had paid to play as well. There are, after all, plenty of adults playing as well. Prices range from $6-$11 per hour, but it is good excercise and fun. Brought the kid and he's off making friends and having a good time. The only real downside here is that they don't have much seating available and there is no food court or snackbar of any kind. They do have a few cans of soda for sale and there is a public waterfountain..... You are not allowed to bring any food or drink. We came here for a birthday party several months ago and they allowed the mom to bring a cake, but she was only allowed to have pizza delivered from one pizza joint of their choosing, sounds fishy, but the lack of food and drinks is a downer, they should look at skateworld's setup. read more

My grandson could not even sleep last night because he was so excited to start summer camp at get air today. Imagin his disappointment that when we arrived at the facility, we were told that there would be no camp that day but he could choose another week. (No, I did not receive a text, email or phone call before taking off work to find out this information.) I asked what the other weeks options where, from the very young lady just doing her job, I was told last week in July or 1st week in August. I stepped aside to figure out what weeks would work while watching my grandson tear up. I had leaned down to tell him it was ok and that we would figure out a week. I wanted for about 15 minutes before I was able to then ask for the last week in July. Nope, that week isn't available, now they are only having it the 1st week of August. But hey, here's your money back. I waited another 8 minutes for her to figure out how to do a refund, all while watching my grandson cry. Once the refund was processed, I addressed the general manager who had been sitting there this whole time but never once offering an apology or acknowledging us. I let him know that this was wrong, they advertised certain weeks (and are still advertising certain weeks) and at no time had we been informed that they could not accommodate what they sold us. I had missed worked; my grandson now had no camp but whatever. I explained that I too was in customer service, and this was wrong, how easy it would have been to apologize and offer for him to jump free that day or give a pass for him to come back. Would it have fixed everything, no, but could it have shown that they cared, yes. At that time all of a sudden, he had passes for my grandson, I told him no, it was the point. I really hope this does not continue to happen to the rest of the kids who have signed up for the camp. Hopefully at least now, they may be given a free pass. read more

My entire family is ill after my Daughter's Birthday Party last weekend. The bathrooms were filthy, out of soap and paper towels, when reported nothing was done. Fantastic way to bring in a kiddos Birthday and a great thank you gift to give everyone. We have requested a refund, loss of work and now Day 2 no school. Reply: Way to dodge responsibility, your restrooms were filthy this weekend and dozens of people are vomiting. The only thing we all had in common was your facility and I don't appreciate you passing the blame on to a "food illness". This place is amazing! My kids just love it. We have been there at least 4 times since it has opened. The workers are friendly and helpful. I do have to say that the Dodgeball area could be manned a little bit better. The refs need to explain the rules and ask that the little kids leave during a game. If everyone follows the rules it is so much fun. The could have designated times in the Dodgeball area too for just playing around and times to actually play Dodgeball. I love that the place is very clean, and doesn't smell like stinky feet. I hope that they keep up keeping it well cleaned, so it doesn't get stinky. The prices are a little high. I would think that an hour for $5 is more of what Eugene area could afford rather than $11 dollars per hour. It is priced at $9 an hour on the less popular days, but that still is expensive. Over all I love it. I am giving it 4 out of 5 stars. I would have given it 5 stars if it was more inexpensive. read more

Lately I've been pretty annoyed with get air .. they changed the rules with a height restriction and it's really hard for the kids that are barely an inch away and have to jump with all the toddlers.. we miss the old get air. We pay a lot of money for the kids to have fun there but they can't even use the main jumping area to play. I understand it's for their safety but even when theirs barely any kids there they won't let them jump on the big kid side I'd say it's not worth the money until your kid is over the height restriction. read more

Went here for my nieces birthday. They have a bunch of side rooms for birthday parties and the setup works really well. The kids and some adults really had a blast on the trampolines, the side form pits that they could jump into, walk the tight rope, climb the rope ladder, basketball hoops so they could try out their jump shot and the area set up for dodgeball. The bathrooms and overall area was clean. There were chairs setup on the side for parents to watch, also some awesome massage chairs where for a couple bucks you could get a massage while you wait for your kids. There were cubbies for the kids things and they were given special socks to jump that came clean and fresh in the packaging. Afterward the room was set up for the party, the pizza my sister in law had ordered was delivered right to the room and party plates were set up for the kids. She brought her own drinks and a cake but otherwise these guys were on it. Everyone seemed to have a great time and since the weather up in Oregon is often bad, this is a perfect place for a fun indoor party. read more

It was a fun place for everyone who came with us. The only downside is it seems to be very dangerous with all the little kids not staying in the little kids area, and not following the rules. I saw lots of little kids get hurt, because they were not following the rules, and being reckless. Nobody was enforcing the rules. I saw one boy leave with a bloody nose, others leave with other small injurys. I did not see any staff offer aid when someone got hurt. They make you sign a wavier, so if you or your child get hurt there, it is not their fault. It is a bit expensive too. It is $11 an hour, plus $2 for goofy ankle socks with traction on them, that are required. $13 times 100 kids that got there within that hour, that is $1300 they are making enough profit they could make the prices a little more affordable. read more

Get Air Eugene WAS a fantastic place when it was independently owned. Now that it's been sold to a corporate entity and the main floor has prohibited short 6 year olds jumping there due to the new 46" height rule it has no use for my business. They do let toddlers jump on the main trampolines every Tuesday and Thursday between 10 AM and noon except now when it's Christmas vacation so that's totally useless even if it was safe for my six-year-old to jump around helicopter parents and their can't even walk yet children. Way to ruin a great local business. read more

It is expensive, but they often run specials and it's cheaper if you go on a week day. My kids love this place and I love that I can just sit back in a comfortable couch and chat (great place for a play date!) or read or whatever while my kids are totally occupied with getting their energy out! My son loves this place... He has been five times in three weeks. I went the first time and got plowed into by a teenager and sprained my ankle. But what did I expect. Thinking I was eleven again. Bah! Staff was on top of it provided an ice pack immediately. They're also friendly and seem to be excited about working there. Wow, HORRID. They close for 1/2 hour between 8:30-9:00 and don't say this ANYWHERE on website or on phone. After we drive 25 minutes one-way, that's when we find out. Then they think they're being nice giving us $2 off the $11/hour jump price for a 35-minute jump. It's Friday and we called this morning to check out how things work; said we were coming 7-9pm with 4 girls. They told us to do the waiver, call again in the evening before we drive over to see if too crowded, etc. Called again to tell them we're coming and they said it looks fine. BOTH times they could have told the TRUTH and been forthcoming that we were about to make almost an hour round trip from SE Eugene so the girls and their friends could jump for 35min.
