Wow, HORRID. They close for 1/2 hour between 8:30-9:00 and don't say this ANYWHERE on website or on phone. After we drive 25 minutes one-way, that's when we find out. Then they think they're being nice giving us $2 off the $11/hour jump price for a 35-minute jump. It's Friday and we called this morning to check out how things work; said we were coming 7-9pm with 4 girls. They told us to do the waiver, call again in the evening before we drive over to see if too crowded, etc. Called again to tell them we're coming and they said it looks fine. BOTH times they could have told the TRUTH and been forthcoming that we were about to make almost an hour round trip from SE Eugene so the girls and their friends could jump for 35min. INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED. WHAT OTHER INFORMATION WILL BE LEFT OFF NEXT TIME. read more

Get Air is a cool place for kids and adults to have some fun and get some exercise, especially on a rainy day. When you come in, you have to sign a waiver on the computer for each person which is then good for a year. After you pay for your entrance they give you socks that you can reuse so you don't get charged the $3 fee every time. There are sections for the "little jumpers" and "big jumpers" which means anyone under 46 inches is a little jumper. The main floor with all of the floor trampolines is only for big jumpers and there is a section for only the little jumpers. The rest is for everyone to use but that can be hard for the people with little kids who want to jump in the same area as the older kids and teenagers. Kids can get rowdy so you just have to keep an eye on the little ones when they aren't in the little kid area. There is a dodgeball section, a couple basketball hoops with foam balls and a ninja course which is actually pretty challenging! There is also foam block pits you can jump into and a few arcade games on the normal floor. You have have birthday parties here too. You can pay to jump for one hour or two hours and they have little cubbies to put shoes and jackets. The parking lot is big so no problem parking! read more

Great fun over the holidays! Very clean, lot's off room, basketball, pits to jump in dodge ball, and massage chairs for the parents. We had a great time, and after attending other trampoline places, i realize how clean and great this place really is! Staff also very friendly. read more

Really fun! Only thing I don't like is how you have to wear socks now (I understand why though) and I don't like when they turn off the lights and do the disco thing. But besides that it's really fun and an awesome workout ! read more

This will be the 3rd time we have driven from Noti to take our kids to jump and they were CLOSED even though online says they should be open. On top of the immature staff, and the total lack of customer service we will take our money and business somewhere else. read more

The facility is great and would be a lot of fun if it weren't for some issues pertaining to rules that aren't being upheld by the staff. While I was there I watched at least three different families taking there toddlers (less than 3 or 4 yrs old) out onto the main trampolines and either letting them wander or bouncing with them. The rules of the place clearly state that children 46" and under (which these kids were) must stay in the "Little Air" area, that is specifically for little kids. The staff did nothing about this. There were also people just sitting on the trampolines and one or two kids who were just laying on them for long periods of time. This too is against the rules and nothing was done about it. When you have to watch out for toddlers or people laying around it takes away the fun, not to mention making it a potentially dangerous situation. read more

Had my son's birthday here. The kids had a great time. They just opened this month so they are crowded and they seem to still be working out a few kinks. I felt like the staff are not quite trained well enough but I also understand that they are all brand new. The party was just a bit more expensive than a lot of other venues we have been to but totally worth it. My son would probably give it a five :) read more

This place is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I saw a little girl get a dodgeball to the face and immediately one of the staff members came over with an ice pack. My son had a ball and we will be returning. The only thing I noticed that as it got busier the little kids still had access to the big kid areas. That's how accidents happen. Great place for kids to wear there energy off. Do not like how they take advantage of raising the price because it's MLk day. With no notice about the pricing. The board states $10 but they charged $12 when ask about the difference the employee states management said to up the price because it's MLK day!! That's a crap reason just out of the blue up the price for one day with no notice. read more

Visited here last week with my granddaughter. She had a great time. The staff is very friendly and the price is reasonable. It is a large venue and the trampolines are at floor level. Safe and clean. read more

This place is a lot of fun but I only give it 3 stars because the two or three times I've been there the staff has been disinterested and not at all welcoming or helpful. I've been to Rogue Air in Medford and all the staff are pleasant and eager to help. In addition, at Get Air I have not seen any staff members actually monitoring the jumping areas, whereas at Rogue Air there was someone at the dodgeball area, and 1-2 others observing the trampolines. I do like the fact that Get Air has not only trampolines but a slackline and two pits filled with foam blocks that you can jump into. read more

Wow! Over priced for sure! My child almost got trampled on every time we went to jump. Because its new its clean but I'm sure that a change in a year and be like the other trampoline parks. What happened to this place? I swear, when I was in just a couple of months ago it smelled good, and was much cleaner. Now, I wouldn't even use the bathrooms. It's dirty and very stinky. One trampoline looked and smelled like it had crusty vomit on it. Plus, apparently the watcher people don't have to be up by the trampolines anymore - they just hang around the front counter - which is annoying. There were little kids doing all kinds of inappropriate things, and you had to go down to the counter and get someone to have them help. There were like 5 of them there - no line, and they acted like they were put out to have to come up to the trampolines. read more

We used to come here a lot and our 4 year old could jump everywhere. Now they have a rule that you must be at least 46" to jump on the floor. Under 46" must be in the kids zone or they can use the ninja pit (which is very hard for a child under 46"). I understand the rule but that seemed to be the ONLY rule they enforced. My child is pretty calm and he always jumps with consideration of other kids but he's not allowed to jump in the main part anymore and they made sure that he wouldn't. However, in the kids zone you are supposed to be under 46" and there were plenty of kids well over the 46" mark and they were crowding the area making it impossible for my child to jump and have a good time. Did the employees stop this and enforce the "under 46 inches" rule? No. The bigger kids were throwing foam everywhere and causing a huge mess and the main floor was empty. My child still couldn't jump on the main floor even though all the bigger kids were in the small kids area. The employees (who seem rather careless) wouldn't stop anything and do their job. You guys need better employees. It's not a hard job. Tell ALL kids what they can and can't do. It's not fair to single out a 4 year old and let all the bigger kids do whatever they want. Especially when it makes it difficult for the smaller kids to enjoy their time in their own designated area. read more
