I rated this a 3 star because I ordered the boneless wing sampler and the wings were somewhat cold for $17 I expected them to at least be warm. But as we sat there the place got realy stuffy im not sure why so we left im not a fan of stuffy rooms. As the previous Yelper said, it is what it is. The giant mouse singing (80's music I might add), over-priced pizza and games galore. That being said, we actually had a nice time. The pizza, though not gourmet, has definitely improved in quality. The salad bar was super fresh and delish, totally shocked me. The kicker had to be that their customer service was EXCELLENT! I almost feel odd writing that in this review. From the ordering to the cleaning to the offering to store our cake and ice cream, just great service. It was a Wednesday, which I would recommend to beat the crowds. My only gripe, the price. I dropped a hundo easily on two pizzas, a couple of salads and some drinks. I guess your paying for the experience... and the peace of mind knowing your kids are safe running around. Kudos to the hand stamp system, so great to let the kids wander and waste their tokens. My sister booked a party at this specific location. Her party started at 1:30. So let's just say she arrive right on time for her kids birthday party. I didn't show up until 2:45, being that I live almost two hours away. That's besides the point... Chuck E Cheese decided to do this awesome hand stamp deal when you walk in, so no one could kidnap your kid, or anyone else's. That was a great idea and all, but if the people they hire don't care if the numbers match when walking out, then the whole idea is pointless. Back to my sister showing up at say 1:30. I know you guys don't use the same number on a different family an hour and 15 mins after. My sister and her family walked out the door with my son. When I confronted the employee standing at the door checking stamps that he let my son walk out with someone else, he simply stated that his number matched my sisters. Yet he told me my number was different from my sons. He even gave us attitude saying that he did check numbers. I hope people think twice about the safety of their children before booking a party here. Your child is NOT SAFE. It looks great with their hand stamps, but don't count on them to enforce it. Alright, we all know how Chuck E. Cheese's works. There's the big loud animatronic talking animals (and Grimace ripoff) who sing songs, tell jokes, do skits, and otherwise entertain the kids while they eat their pizza. Then there's the arcade with all the video games and ticket-dispensing games and the prize counter where you trade it all in for some stuff. If you've been to Funworks or Boomers, then its like that but with a bigger emphasis on the pizza and more people walking around in costumes. And I say that with all the love and respect I have. I grew up going to this place, and though I may have outgrown it a little, I know that I'd go back in an instant if I was invited. Lets face it, you're not going to Chuck E. We had my daughters 5th birthday party here and I was concerned about how chaotic and busy it would be on a weekend day. However, it was great! It was definitely busy but their party packages and the host and the birthday show was honestly worth it. She had so much fun and they did an awesome job of making her feel special on her big day. She did the ticket blaster and ended up being freaked out by it so grabbed maybe one ticket, when her time was up the host started grabbing handfuls and handfuls of tickets and filled her bag up. It was so sweet and incredibly special to her. Will be back for more parties for sure! read more

Pretty much looks exactly the same. I was there back in 1989. We all know their pizza sucks and is nothing more than ketchup on cardboard topped with government cheese, but I have to hand it to them for making a place where it's normal to be running around, screaming and crying. Everytime I go here its always good times and the beer is always nice and cold. Chuck e cheese is the place to be where the pizza sucks but the games and play area are excellent. They couldn't honor the discount but they offered me a better deal, The same I had said before but with 10 more coins and only for $19.99. I had to except their offer. I noticed one thing that was very disapointing. This location doesn't have a large play area and especially a game room. This needs to change which I think they are because from the external side of the building it looks like there remodeling-extending it. I only give chuck e cheese 2 stars because it was clean and had variety of games for children. My children had a great time but unfortunately we were disappointed due to he lunch buffet not meeting our expectations. I dont consider it to be a buffet if there are only two options for pizza (cheese and pepperoni) one dessert (cinammon pizza) and for salad there was iceburg lettuce and breadcrumbs with 4 dressing to choose from. You have to be kidding me!!!! I do not eat pizza so I was hoping for a great salad bar and fruits. Also, we had to pay extra for ice cream!!! I don't recommend the buffet at all!!! Had an awful experience with the manager at this location Daniel. (I'll give a condensed version of the entire incident ) I had an incident where another guest there decided to put his hands on my daughter to get her away from the fountain. Clearly upset about the situation with said guest I told the manager about it to which he responded there was not much he could do but call the police if I wanted him to. I called my husband and went back to the manager and told him I did want him to call the police. When my husband arrived and talked to the manager he says he did call and didn't know how long they'd be. My husband approached the guest who put his hands on my daughter and immediately the manager came over and told my husband to step to the side to talk to him. (In the meantime guest who touched my daughter left). My husband did and he right away started off asking my husband to step back some and my husband did& then asked for his information to contact corporate. He tried to write his info on a paper and we wanted a card instead to insure we had accurate info. When he came back out with his card he said now we would have to leave. Not once during this incident did my husband get violent or make a crazy scene! We were asked to leave but not the guest who decided it was ok to touch someone else's child in a place full of children. Manager tried to twist the story and say we had all stated the guest only gently touched my daughter, which couldn't be farther from the truth! He never offered to review the cameras to assure that's what had occurred, never even talked to the guy but we were the ones asked to leave! I was appalled that that was his response to the incident! What a great feeling for a parent to know that a manager will stick up for someone who puts their hands on another guests child! Chuck E. Cheese is suppose to be a fun filled place for children not somewhere for another guest to try and physically reprimand a child! If you were to take TJ, East Oakland, "deep modesto" and a trailer park you would find the kind of people that were in this establishment this Saturday night. Crowded, dirty, ghetto people arguing cursing everywhere, chicken wing bones on the floor. Food was salty and nasty.
