I have been to many Chuck E. Cheese's and let me tell you, a lot of them have went down hill! But the one here in maple grove, yeah they have it lit from the time they open, until they close! They had 3 parties going at once and I couldn't even tell! The employees were all so sweet and honestly looked like they loved their jobs! I haven't been to a Chuck E. Cheese that had all their ticket machines and picture booths working! All pictures came out clear which is a must when here! I have never in my life, seen such fast moving table flipping! They ain't playing here! Every worker seemed very focused on the job at hand, yet the how place had a soft feel to it! This an Amazing team y'all got here! I had a personal pizza and tea, and let me tell u....they put other pizza joints to shame! I thought pizza luces was my favorite pizza stop up north until today! Total time from order to table was less than 12 min! Now that's fast service! I also Saw a little kid come up to the manager on duty and tell her that something was wrong! The manager-Destiny without hesitation told him to follow her so she could fix the problem! That little Kid was geeked! This is a very clean, safe, fun and energetic place to come with your little for a lot of big fun! Thank u for the great experience! I will be coming back and booking a future party here! this was by far the easiest 5 stars place to review! It truly brought me back to my childhood, ya know when Chuck E. Cheese's where the best place for kids besides toy r us!

We recently went to Chuck E Cheese (CEC), the world famous pizza place founded by famous French chef, Charlie E Fromage. ;-) Serious about the first part, joking about the second, of course. I like other locations, but not this one. Lots of things were broken on our one (and probably only) visit: at least two of the ticket redemption machines, at least two of the skee ball machines (but likely many more), and the Price is Right coin dozer. Waste of time and money. Cherry Pepsi was out the whole time we were there as well. There were no 'out of order' signs on any of these things. Food: I didn't grab any of the group pizza and maybe it was for the best. Or maybe I would've been less of a grumpy cat. Unknown. Drink: soda machines. Delicious Pepsi and Mug Root Beer. This was sadly the highlight of my visit. Noise: it's a noisy place, noisier than any other CEC. It seems like there were too many people for the space to be able to enjoy it, but the kids seemed to like it, almost as happy as the phony kids in the canned photos by the owner, so what do I know! Smells: lots of skunky pot smokers around. Not cool. On the one hand, I get it. CEC can be a stressful and loud place. On the other hand, you're around kids, most likely including your own: get a grip on reality. Staff: outnumbered and overwhelmed. I would be too! Location: I hate Maple Grove. I hate the concentration of restaurants and shops in small areas, as well as the layout of the roads. What's good: bumper cars. 4 bumper cars in a ring for the young ones. I haven't seen this at any other CEC. The cars had a soft ring around them (air-filled) for very soft collisions. What's not good: this review, so I'll end it here. -------- Update (11/10/19), in response to the owner: No, I'm not filling out a generic "contact us" form on your website. If you have received a bad review and have read it, please feel free to make some decisions to resolve it yourself, or please feel free to contact your own corporate office if you can't resolve your long-standing issues. I've already put in plenty of detail of what I didn't like about this place and I'm not about to repeat myself. Please feel free to copy and paste my review, if you'd like. Otherwise, please stop pretending to care. Some of the issues that I mentioned have been repeated in several other reviews on Yelp already.

It's starting to become a family tradition for my SIL and us to bring our kids to Chuck E Cheese for their birthdays since they are so close together (within two days of each other). It's a cool place where they can let loose and we don't have to worry about them getting lost or running off somewhere. The games are pretty fun and the pizza has gotten A LOT better tasting. The endless salad bar itself is worth the trip....pretty good selection of items to choose from. When Chuck E Cheese came out to say hello to the kids, he was super interactive and fun to dance with! I hated the bumper cars at this location were down but we still had a good time hanging out as a family...and even though it was a school night, we were able to have a birthday party, dinner and fun all within a couple of hours! One and done...

We went here to celebrate my daughters 7th birthday. My daughter (7) and son (4) enjoyed running around and playing games. The stuffed crust pizza was yummy and the kids loved watching their piles of tickets grow. Very clean and the staff was great. We will go back in the future.

Staff is pleasant. They keep things clean. No complaints. I used to bring my girls here for their birthday parties. We stop by on rainy days. It's way more affordable than other game spots. They've added new games and taken down walls that used to block the view.

Brought our 3 yr old grandson here and it was better than I remember it from 20+ years ago. This location is super clean, has hot delicious pizza and very friendly staff! So many games to play and I don't mind spending money in a place that is so well kept up! We will be back and tell our friends and family!

They will run up debt (through a combination of incompetent management and doing a big update/remodel) then hold on for dear life for a year or two then file for bankruptcy protection, get the debt discharged, change names and repeat. So going back 28 years it was AMF who merged with Brunswick and then did a big remodel to Brunswick and BAM bankruptcy in 2001. So after that bankruptcy they rebranded everything to Brunswick and were going good for about a decade then BAM once again they went bankrupt in 2013. After that they rebranded as Brunswick Zone which went on for a few years and then changed it to Bowlero and it feels like the cycle is about to repeat and expect bankruptcy around the corner. So this particular location USED to have a nice bar with eight pool tables, darts, a cozy fireplace, plenty of seating, and was busy on weekends. I mean they needed two bartenders for all the customers and was going just fine. Yeah Covid happened, yeah economy took a downturn, so what did they do....? They tore out the bar and now it's just a big empty room with three pool tables in the middle. Half the cues have no tips, there is no bar, no food, no employees just one room with three pool tables (and one broken table in the corner covered with a tarp) and a sign that says "See front desk for pool balls". The room was DEAD EMPTY....it's like they're trying to lose money. Another funny thing is the bowling alley. One side is all remodeled with nice high back chairs and leather seating and all modern while the other side of the bowling area is the old tables and hard plastic chairs. Like they remodeled half the bowling area....? Who does that?? I would expect the corporate company to be in bankruptcy court in a year or two. Also it's perplexing to me why this business would shut down a profitable bar and pool league and just have an empty room now????

If you have a Ninja in your family, this is a fantastic spot for a birthday party…read more We hosted a Birthday party here and were genuinely impressed by the level of care and communication from the staff, both leading up to the event and on the day itself. Everything went well throughout and their staff were easy to work with, which goes a long way when you're planning a kids' party. We rented the space for two hours. The first portion included a choice between an instructor-led ninja class or a Nerf party -- we chose the Nerf option, and it was a hit with both the birthday Ninja and our guests. After that, the kids had freestyle time to explore and play throughout the gym. One thing I really appreciated was that the gym was closed to the public during our party, so it was just our group and the instructors. Safety was the top priority, and the instructors were patient, attentive, and great at keeping everyone engaged. No one felt left out, overwhelmed, or bored. After the gym time, we moved into a private party room that we were free to decorate. The space was spotless when we arrived and already equipped with picnic tables, a food and cake table, a full-size fridge, and even backup supplies like paper towels and disposable cutlery. We didn't need the extras, but it was reassuring to know they were there. There were also no restrictions on outside food, which made planning much easier. We ate, sang happy birthday, and relaxed while the kids continued having fun. Once we wrapped up, the kids were welcome to hang out in the arcade area or head back into the gym while waiting for pickup. Cleanup was our responsibility, which felt completely reasonable and in line with most party venues. Overall, I'm so glad we chose to celebrate here. The staff was welcoming, organized, and attentive, and the experience felt like a solid value for the price. I wouldn't hesitate to come back -- either for open gym time or another celebration!

I feel overall the drinks won't bring me back as I do prefer places I can enjoy the drink, food and ambience as a whole experience regardless of prices.

Shame, since I did have menu favorites I'd looked forward to having again. It seems that their brand affiliation with Jack Daniel's has ended as well, for an idea of how many years it's been since I last visited. The food was unfortunately not as great as before. Additionally, I'd asked for bell pepper to pair with the spinach artichoke dip... and got a little sauce container of chopped pepper rather than strips of pepper to dip as was the norm previously. Both our server and the other servers at this location were delightfully warm and welcoming, and often dropped by to check on us and engage in light conversation - my friends at the table have been regulars at this location. TGI's still won't be on regular rotation for me personally, but of the ones in the TC, the Maple Grove location is certainly among the best ones to visit if you don't mind a slightly darker interior.
