I don't know of anyone who doesn't like coming to this place or something similar. It's so therapeutic to pick out something you like, paint it how you want while listening to music and sipping on coffee, chatting or just focusing. The to pick it up your finished project a week later like it's a surprise is super fun. I just wish it was so expensive!!! It cost my son and I almost $100 just to do two medium sized items. I would have given them 5 stars but the daytime staff were not helpful and acted annoyed when I'd get up and ask them for more paint which is what they told me to do. Half the time they sat at a table gossiping. The evening crew that came in was great. They immediately checked in with us and were super helpful and kind. Good customer service goes a long ways. Especially when you're dropping that much $$$. read more

Absolutely awful experience. We arrived at 4:40 PM and were told it would be a 1-2 hour wait and that they would call us. Totally fine -- we understand places get busy. We came back at 5:30 to check in and were told to return at 6:30. Again, no mention of any cutoff time. They even said, "Yeah, perfect, go grab dinner." So we came back at 6:28 -- and suddenly we're told they stop letting people in at SIX. They're open until 8, but apparently that doesn't matter. Not once -- not at 4:40, not at 5:30 -- did anyone mention a 6:00 cutoff. And no one ever called us. When we tried to explain that no one told us this policy, a staff member came up with an unbelievable amount of attitude and sass instead of trying to resolve it. It was dismissive and rude. Also -- your policy page online is completely blank. If you have a strict 6:00 PM entry cutoff while being "open" until 8:00 PM, maybe make that clear somewhere. Or, better yet, tell customers when they're standing right in front of you. We were patient. We followed directions. We did exactly what we were told. Really disappointing experience. read more

I've been here multiple times and it's consistently great every time! Super friendly staff, they are happy to help and offer advice especially for first timers. Directions are clear. Last time I went it was pretty busy but staff consistently checked in with us. I would recommend calling beforehand to see if there's a wait. Would be a fun place to host a party for kids or adults! read more

Holiday Project at home Everyone needs a creative outlet. This is a great family activity and the outcome is just terrific. You can go and pick out your piece or order online. You will get all of the supplies needed to paint your project. I have several bowls and a bunch of ornaments. Once you have things painted you drop it off and it will be finished with glaze and firing in the kiln. It's fun to have projects that we've completed to serve food and enjoy on the tree. The place itself is great, it's a nice way to pass the time. The employees check in frequently to make sure progress is going well and to answer any questions you have, refill paints, etc. It's nice to come alone or with friends and family. Although they are usually pretty busy, I've been able to walk in and get a table every time I have come. I know this place is recommended for kids but if you don't like the sound of screaming and crying children, I don't recommend coming. There are many irresponsible parents that do not take accountability for their kids and that heavily ruins the experience. If you're able to drown out the sound or find a way to get past that, the painting can be fun. Depending on your piece, you could be here for hours, so keep that in mind. read more

Had a lovely afternoon date with my husband, we both found something cute to paint and had a lot of fun. Went on a weekday afternoon and it was pretty quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful with explaining the painting process. They had a lot of cute Christmas things to paint, I painted a planter that looked like a llama. This is a nice studio kind of small with limited pieces. When I checked the price on the pieces to paint (price shock). They are very expensive for their unfinished pieces to paint, plus there is a studio fee of $8 which is suppose to cover the cost of using the paints, glaze, and firing of the piece, so I'm not quite sure how they justify the very expensive price of the unfinished pieces. Most of the pieces to paint are geared more for kids or teenagers (cartoonish). Not much for adult pieces or wildlife pieces. Nice shop for family and kids if the high price doesn't affect you. read more

Love this place. Took my kids to an event and loved how they provide all supplies & clean up after so that I can relax and actually enjoy the time with my kiddos doing a project. I often bring a lunch & beverages and chill while I worked on my own project. So much fun! The staff is amazingly nice & helpful. Expect to spend 3 hours & about $30 each on average. But the take home is way better than any other arts & crafts, beautiful and you get to keep it forever! read more

greatly disappointed by this place: poor greeting upon entry, lack of any real engagement during the class (which was for children) and the bathroom was one of the filthiest I have been in -- picture a bad college house that hadn't seen a cleaning tool in months. Picked up our ornament after it had been fired and there wasn't even a ribbon on it for hanging...was told that wasn't included. So, my review is this place does the bare minimum. I understand I only paid $10 for the Toddler Tuesday activity, but I would expect at least engagement from staff, direction for the task at hand and a clean bathroom. If you are looking for an art experience or other activity to do with your toddler you are much better off with a community education class ...you will pay about the same amount of money, but will get a much better product and service. read more
