Our kiddos love this place! We probably end up here at least once a month. Half price game days and drink specials keep us coming. It's loud and overstimulating, but that's to be expected! Quick, friendly service at the bar, and tvs to watch when sports are on. read more

Fun place with games, drinks are great, friendly service but can be difficult to get help. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. The food is subpar but most people aren't really going there for the food anyway, I'd assume. Good for a date or a gathering. read more

This location is closer to our house . Prefer the one in Edina but this is still a great place. The bartender on Wednesdays is very nice and makes sure that the drinks comes out quick. I would recommend coming out on Wednesdays for half off games and half off food. You can enjoy a lot of these benefits when yoh sign up for the rewards . The thing I like most about the maple grove location is DDR. That brings back fond memories . read more

Chris, Tevin, Jake, & more! All wonderful people to interact with. Each time I am in there, whether with my family or on a solo adventure, they make me feel seen & safe. I can always count on a great laugh and conversation when I enter the establishment. Thank you all for putting the time and effort into making each stop I make to D&B worth it!! I appreciate the wonderful service you guys offer. read more

The food is good and the games fun. I love the new eat and play for $20 deal. It's perfect for dinner and a few games with my son.

The server was unattentive, and very rude. The food and drinks were good, but took longer then expected. The restaurant is clean but I will never be eating here again because of how rude our server was. It was my best friends 21st birthday and it was ruined by slow service. Fire Mark before more reviews like this come in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As a server myself, im beyond disappointed read more

Went on editor 1/2 off games and found. Service was outstanding but the plates were filthy. The food was ok. My fries were soaking in oil which was gross. Many of the games were not working properly so that was disappointing. Will go back because I still have money left in cards but they need to look into repairing the games and dishwasher. read more

My husband left his Timberwolves hat at the Vr. We only realized it when we got home. I called and was sent to an Indian person who couldn't even speak clear English...customer service was routed. If you want to reach the store, good luck. We just gave up. read more

We arrived on a Friday at 5:30 and we were seated immediately, the food also came out fast. The service was good, and we wanted to try the food since the 50% food promotional was going on for their new menu items. For an appetizer we got the nachos and fried pickles. The nachos were great!! The queso on them was delicious, and there was this other sauce on them that made it even better. The fried pickles were okay, they lacked crispness. I ordered the new Cali avo ceaser bowl, and it was very good, it was lacking bacon, there were only a few pieces. We also got the chicken Parm pasta, it was very creamy and the chicken was cheesy. read more

I did not expect the food to be as good as it was. I figured for a place like this, it would be "okay" as best, but it was absolutely delicious, and the drinks are good too! Staff was friendly and efficient overall (server forgot my mom's fries, but when it was brought to her attention, she got them out right away - hot and fresh!). There is a great variety of games for various ages, which all worked great and were a lot of fun! My only complaint is it's so loud it is hard to talk to each other. If they turned the musice down like 2-3 points, it would be perfect. read more

Really fun place. I used to go to the Edina location but after multiple problems and the management not caring I decided to try this location instead. The food was great and the staff was very friendly. They have. The same games so that was a plus because we always like to play certain ones. Girlfriend and I spent an hour playing games, most of the games we played were fun but wish they had more of the old early 2010s arcade games. Overall still fun but some of the games were kinda mid. We did not interact with any of the staff so can't speak on the service, we also didn't eat any food. It's a very hot day out and it was a little musty inside but it was also busy. read more

I ordered a dinner via DoorDash this evening, including a chocolate cake ala mode. Nowhere in the description did it mention any sort of fruit. I am allergic to strawberries and raspberries. The $11 dessert showed up with that drizzled across the dessert. I would not have ordered it had it been adequately described. I called the restaurant to hopefully provide some insight. The person that answered the phone blamed the situation on DoorDash, could not transfer me to a manager, and was indifferent. To their credit, DoorDash helped me out. They admitted they would not get any relief from the restaurant. It seems patently unfair for a chain the size of Dave and Buster's not to make this right. I won't be back. read more

I took my son here for Spring Break. Nice place for a dad and one kid. We used a spend $20, get $20 coupon and it kept us busy for about an hour. There was an unlimited play for 10 days at $80 over break that would have been a great deal if we lived closer. We didn't eat and the whole place feels like a casino for 9 yr olds, but I can't deny that he loved it and it was a super easy way for us to do something together. Almost every game is easy to have two players competing or working together. 4 stars for the easy parent/child bonding. read more

Well...it took 20 min to get someone to take our order. The it took about 10 more to get water. It was not the best, but I got an amazing salad. I think they forgot the greens, but since it took a managers help to get a simple salad with nothing but veggies and greens, I just ate it as is came to the table. The boys got burgers and wings and they looked pretty good. If the service was better, I would have a better review. read more

Food was OK. Service was bad. We paid for food and where not done eating . I went to the restroom for five minutes and when I came back they had cleaned the table off and threw all the food away. The inside was huge! The staff was very nice and quick. The food was pretty good too. Will definitely take my kids there to play games.

My friends and I came here tonight for dinner. We had heard about a summer promotion offering half-off on entrees and desserts. When my husband and I arrived, our friends had already asked our server about the promotion, and she confirmed the discount without providing any additional details. However, our experience quickly turned sour when the server greeted us with an attitude. She seemed distant and unfriendly as she took our drink orders and our food. While the food arrived promptly, we realized we didn't have plates and utensils, unlike our friends at the table. When we requested plates, the manager took them from a nearby table, but we never received utensils despite waiting for a considerable time. We had to search for someone to finally get them, which was frustrating since we couldn't eat meals without them. Mind you, no one was in the dining area... Later, when our friend needed a water refill, our server was nowhere to be found. He had to approach another server who directed him to refill his water himself at the water station. That server stated that he couldn't help us because he didn't work in that area... so we had to service ourselves. At the end of our meal, when it came time to pay, the server repeatedly asked us if we had "rewards," which we did not. We were confused as to why she kept asking since we are not regular customers. We paid the bill assuming the 50% discount had already been applied, but upon reviewing the bill, we noticed we were charged the full amount. When we tried to discuss this with the manager, Jake, he seemed disinterested and walked away before we could fully explain and rudely gave us a "thumbs up" before we could even finished. He returned later and informed us that he couldn't issue a refund because the bill had already been closed. If he had stood there from the beginning, allowing us to explain to him what had happened, he would have known what was going on... It was honestly, such a joke. Overall, our disappointment with the experience was not the money, but it was the poor service and lack of transparency. We understand that being a server is challenging, but attitude and neglecting customers' needs shouldn't be part of the job. The manager's unprofessional behavior and lack of understanding only exacerbated our frustration. Eventually, after we insisted, he reluctantly compensated us with a gift card for games, which seemed like the least he could do. In conclusion, our evening at Dave and Buster's was far from enjoyable. Instead of fun, we encountered bad vibes and subpar service. Clear communication and respectful treatment of customers are essential for any business, especially when promoting special offers. Please don't go and assume that everyone knows everything. We know how hard it is to be in the field of customer service, but have some respect. You're in the field of hospitality, please start by showing some. We won't be coming here again. Note: Despite our terrible time, we still tipped our server 20%. read more

Gahiji , was an amazing server from the moment we walked in the door . We came in with a unique request party of 5 but two separate tables . (Supervised visitation) he handled the situation with grace , respect and complete understanding. As well as very kind and on top of everything. Because of his excellent customer service we definitely will be putting this location on our list for future cuttings. Thank you Gahiji for being you. Fun place for quick gaming, foods, and hanging out with coworkers or friends and family. Service is fast and friendly.

Lots of games to choose from, this location is pretty decent. Great for a family day.

We love the food - all the apps and a lot of the entrees are so good... Crave triggering! Pretzel dogs, giant Bavarian pretzel, double pepperoni flatbread, Korean sticky ribs.... YUM! All American burger and the kale Caesar salad with grilled chicken ... I'm getting hungry just writing this. really anything is good. Finish it all with a double order of churros!! The arcade is great, service staff are always super friendly.BUT the one thing we don't like and the reason why we don't go as much as we really want to is because it is EXTREMELY LOUD! The music is blaring everywhere- dining areas, arcade, EVERYWHERE! You can't have a conversation with your family or fiends and we usually feel exhausted and hoarse by the time we leave. We would probably go once a month or more but because it's so loud, we usually choose other places and only go about twice a year. read more

Restaurant: The Caribbean Long Island and the giant pretzel were delicious. The voodoo pasta was very good except for the chicken. The steak salad was pretty good but the steak was tough. Service was decent. Arcade: The employees seemed very tired. On a busy Saturday, there were multiple games out of order and at one point all the card loading kiosks were out of order. There is an adequate variety of games, though, and we particularly enjoyed the Star Trek coin pusher. Bathrooms: The restroom facilities gave me vibes of being at the State Fair with how unpleasant and unsanitary they were. read more

My wife and I thought it might be a fun date night idea, but when we stopped in there was a shocking number of folks not wearing masks despite the clear signs at the entrance and throughout. I recommend going here on Wednesdays for half off game day! Spend less to play more. We went here to have a friendly skeeball competition. It was fun to play games like I was a kid again. Dave & Busters really has a great spread of game options to win tickets and ultimately win yourself a giant stuffed animal. The food is sub-par bar food. If you do eat here they have a package deal for food and a game card for cheap. I have been here a few times and it seems that the menu has changed to offer a few more choices, but again, it's still bar food. So, if you are looking for old skool entertainment, host your own skeeball tourney here and win yourself a prizes no one really needs! It's fun! read more

Dave & Buster's Maple Grove - Tickets - Arcades Near Me - Maple Grove, Minnesota

This review is of the games only. We have never come here to eat food (cause, why would you?). My niece and I love coming here. She is now 13 and I am glad that she still wants to go, becuase I secretly love to come here...and as an adult, I feel I need an excuse. We mostly play the games of chance and the points go super fast, but its enjoyable nonetheless. We typically end up having at least one game error every time we come here, but the staff is usually able to fix it right away and you can continue your game play. My one wish is that they still had tickets spit out from the machines. I understanding why they don't, but it was always so fun to get tickets. Its much easier/cleaner to get the tickets loaded directly. The prize area isn't always the greatest and the 'prices' are absolutely ridiculous. However, most of the time you can get something that you actually want and aren't getting just to spend your points. We have left empty handed before and saved up the points for something the next visit. With kids, they usually want to see the fruits of their labor right away, so it wasn't until recently that I was able to encourage saving the points. Pro tip: Download the app. You can energize your card from your phone. They also have great coupons and you can check your points balance and tokens . read more

This was a tough one for me, as we spent upwards of 4 hours here for the 3 o'clock slate of NFL games. First, they have a super cool TV wall, showing several different games at once. However they're not all updated, so of them were not showing anything for long periods of time. There's also a huge pillar in the middle that blocks the last row of booths from viewing different parts of the wall. Second, I ordered the Carolina style BBQ chicken tenders, and they were actually super good, but I only got like 4 very small tenders, which was disappointing. The sauce was hot and flavorful though. The fries were forgettable. I like their big beer glasses. Service was quite attentive. Finally, they have a lot of arcade games to play, but a few of them don't work, and the charge card kiosks are a pain, so we ended up going to the clerk at the front of the store to manually load our charge cards. My favorite games were DDR and Guitar Hero. Everything else kind a goes too quickly. With my winnings, I was able to secure a nerds rope and two fun dips. Overall, we spent a lot of time here, and I had a decent time. I just wish I would've gotten a bit more food and better quality gaming experience. Plenty of parking. read more

Horrible service!! From beginning to end! Waited in line for card and asked for eating area and a wheelchair. No wheelchair. They told us to stand where the sign said wait for server 2 feet away. We waited and waited for at least 10-15 minutes. Only to get a host to rudely say we waited in the wrong area and had to wait in a different line front of establishment. The line was crazy. Finally got seated to see the servers overwhelmed and EVERYONES food taking forever. The manager offered an im sorry and went on his way. We're all so tired or would've left. As I sit and write after an hour and 20 minutes of being here our food just came!!!! Honestly, next time they want to bend me over, I at least expect to be taken out to dinner first. read more

This was our first time coming to Dave & Busters. What a huge disappointment. First 2 of our soda were flat, they brought several more and still flat. One soda had paper in it. Decided to have a date night with my son. We had dinner & played games. I swear pricing went up! The food was overpriced. I ordered the Cajun pasta & there was nothing Cajun about it. Tasted like super bland Alfredo with angel hair pasta. Not good. The mushrooms were whe, not even sliced! It was still raw. Seriously NOT worth $15! My son had the chicken tenders and fries..he got pineapple juice which tasted like watered down old sour juice. No pineapple flavor whatsoever. I had to switch it out for chocolate milk. Our server was really nice and accommodating BUT slow. Everytime I needed something she was nowhere to be found but I saw the same servers waking around but she was always Mia. The power up card. These things USED to be free with your meal. Now they charge you $2 for a car PLUS the tokens. I got 125 tokens got $23 but since I didn't have the power up card I paid $2 = $25! Upside, since I got a new card I got 10 extra tokens. So $25 for 135 tokens. Expensive, food was not good, I'd come back for games & drinks. read more

Give me Chucky Cheese over this lame place. I will admit I have been here a few times, mostly for drinks but I know I've had some sort of food while here. All that I have ever really thought was that it was an OK place for a beer but the food was average and a little over priced. Well that was until today. Nice Sunday running around and figure to stop in for a beer, maybe play a game or two and grab a bite while my car sits at Costco getting tires (love Costco, must give it a plug someday). Than it all comes flooding back why I don't go here often. Beer is over priced, service sucks (not really sucks I guess but all the bartenders seem really cheesy) and for some reason I order the chicken nachos. Remember how you used to go out with friends, order nachos and have a good old time enjoying your beer with the cheesy chips, well don't do that here. I thought "a plate full of nachos will be too much for one person", wrong. For $8.00 you get 8, count them, 8 nacho chips, a side of sour cream and some jarred sauce. $8.00, $1.00 per chip, W.T.F!!! I wish I could say they were large special nacho chips loaded with goodness but they weren't. They were very average, over priced, brand name duds. Save your money. By an X-box, order a pizza and pick up a dozen beer. You'll spend less and feel better in the end. KT read more
