This location is closer to our house . Prefer the one in Edina but this is still a great place. The bartender on Wednesdays is very nice and makes sure that the drinks comes out quick. The service was good, and we wanted to try the food since the 50% food promotional was going on for their new menu items. For an appetizer we got the nachos and fried pickles. The nachos were great!! The queso on them was delicious, and there was this other sauce on them that made it even better. The fried pickles were okay, they lacked crispness. I ordered the new Cali avo ceaser bowl, and it was very good, it was lacking bacon, there were only a few pieces. I did not expect the food to be as good as it was. I figured for a place like this, it would be "okay" as best, but it was absolutely delicious, and the drinks are good too! Staff was friendly and efficient overall (server forgot my mom's fries, but when it was brought to her attention, she got them out right away - hot and fresh!). There is a great variety of games for various ages, which all worked great and were a lot of fun! My only complaint is it's so loud it is hard to talk to each other. The person that answered the phone blamed the situation on DoorDash, could not transfer me to a manager, and was indifferent. To their credit, DoorDash helped me out. I took my son here for Spring Break. Nice place for a dad and one kid. We used a spend $20, get $20 coupon and it kept us busy for about an hour. There was an unlimited play for 10 days at $80 over break that would have been a great deal if we lived closer. We didn't eat and the whole place feels like a casino for 9 yr olds, but I can't deny that he loved it and it was a super easy way for us to do something together. Well...it took 20 min to get someone to take our order. The it took about 10 more to get water. It was not the best, but I got an amazing salad. I think they forgot the greens, but since it took a managers help to get a simple salad with nothing but veggies and greens, I just ate it as is came to the table. My friends and I came here tonight for dinner. We had heard about a summer promotion offering half-off on entrees and desserts. When my husband and I arrived, our friends had already asked our server about the promotion, and she confirmed the discount without providing any additional details. However, our experience quickly turned sour when the server greeted us with an attitude. She seemed distant and unfriendly as she took our drink orders and our food. While the food arrived promptly, we realized we didn't have plates and utensils, unlike our friends at the table. When we requested plates, the manager took them from a nearby table, but we never received utensils despite waiting for a considerable time. We had to search for someone to finally get them, which was frustrating since we couldn't eat meals without them. Mind you, no one was in the dining area... Later, when our friend needed a water refill, our server was nowhere to be found. He had to approach another server who directed him to refill his water himself at the water station. That server stated that he couldn't help us because he didn't work in that area... so we had to service ourselves. At the end of our meal, when it came time to pay, the server repeatedly asked us if we had "rewards," which we did not. We were confused as to why she kept asking since we are not regular customers. We paid the bill assuming the 50% discount had already been applied, but upon reviewing the bill, we noticed we were charged the full amount. When we tried to discuss this with the manager, Jake, he seemed disinterested and walked away before we could fully explain and rudely gave us a "thumbs up" before we could even finished. He returned later and informed us that he couldn't issue a refund because the bill had already been closed. If he had stood there from the beginning, allowing us to explain to him what had happened, he would have known what was going on... It was honestly, such a joke. Overall, our disappointment with the experience was not the money, but it was the poor service and lack of transparency. We understand that being a server is challenging, but attitude and neglecting customers' needs shouldn't be part of the job. The manager's unprofessional behavior and lack of understanding only exacerbated our frustration. Eventually, after we insisted, he reluctantly compensated us with a gift card for games, which seemed like the least he could do. In conclusion, our evening at Dave and Buster's was far from enjoyable. Instead of fun, we encountered bad vibes and subpar service. Clear communication and respectful treatment of customers are essential for any business, especially when promoting special offers. Please don't go and assume that everyone knows everything. The arcade is great, service staff are always super friendly.BUT the one thing we don't like and the reason why we don't go as much as we really want to is because it is EXTREMELY LOUD! The music is blaring everywhere- dining areas, arcade, EVERYWHERE! You can't have a conversation with your family or fiends and we usually feel exhausted and hoarse by the time we leave. Dave & Busters really has a great spread of game options to win tickets and ultimately win yourself a giant stuffed animal. The food is sub-par bar food. If you do eat here they have a package deal for food and a game card for cheap. I have been here a few times and it seems that the menu has changed to offer a few more choices, but again, it's still bar food. This was a tough one for me, as we spent upwards of 4 hours here for the 3 o'clock slate of NFL games. First, they have a super cool TV wall, showing several different games at once. However they're not all updated, so of them were not showing anything for long periods of time. There's also a huge pillar in the middle that blocks the last row of booths from viewing different parts of the wall. Second, I ordered the Carolina style BBQ chicken tenders, and they were actually super good, but I only got like 4 very small tenders, which was disappointing. The sauce was hot and flavorful though. The fries were forgettable. I like their big beer glasses. Service was quite attentive. Finally, they have a lot of arcade games to play, but a few of them don't work, and the charge card kiosks are a pain, so we ended up going to the clerk at the front of the store to manually load our charge cards. My favorite games were DDR and Guitar Hero. Everything else kind a goes too quickly. With my winnings, I was able to secure a nerds rope and two fun dips. Overall, we spent a lot of time here, and I had a decent time. I just wish I would've gotten a bit more food and better quality gaming experience. Plenty of parking. read more

She is now 13 and I am glad that she still wants to go, becuase I secretly love to come here...and as an adult, I feel I need an excuse. We mostly play the games of chance and the points go super fast, but its enjoyable nonetheless. We typically end up having at least one game error every time we come here, but the staff is usually able to fix it right away and you can continue your game play. My one wish is that they still had tickets spit out from the machines. I understanding why they don't, but it was always so fun to get tickets. Its much easier/cleaner to get the tickets loaded directly. The prize area isn't always the greatest and the 'prices' are absolutely ridiculous. However, most of the time you can get something that you actually want and aren't getting just to spend your points. We have left empty handed before and saved up the points for something the next visit. With kids, they usually want to see the fruits of their labor right away, so it wasn't until recently that I was able to encourage saving the points. Pro tip: Download the app. You can energize your card from your phone. They also have great coupons and you can check your points balance and tokens . read more

Horrible service!! From beginning to end! Waited in line for card and asked for eating area and a wheelchair. No wheelchair. They told us to stand where the sign said wait for server 2 feet away. We had such a good time for our daughter's birthday May 1st , we decided to make another reservation. Decided to have a date night with my son. We had dinner & played games. I swear pricing went up! The food was overpriced. I ordered the Cajun pasta & there was nothing Cajun about it. Tasted like super bland Alfredo with angel hair pasta. Not good. The mushrooms were whe, not even sliced! It was still raw. Seriously NOT worth $15! My son had the chicken tenders and fries..he got pineapple juice which tasted like watered down old sour juice. No pineapple flavor whatsoever. I had to switch it out for chocolate milk. These things USED to be free with your meal. Now they charge you $2 for a car PLUS the tokens. I got 125 tokens got $23 but since I didn't have the power up card I paid $2 = $25! Give me Chucky Cheese over this lame place. I will admit I have been here a few times, mostly for drinks but I know I've had some sort of food while here. All that I have ever really thought was that it was an OK place for a beer but the food was average and a little over priced. Well that was until today. Nice Sunday running around and figure to stop in for a beer, maybe play a game or two and grab a bite while my car sits at Costco getting tires (love Costco, must give it a plug someday). The games were fine once it hit 9 and most of the kids had left but anytime before that and you want to tell the parents to take the kids to chucky cheese...
