Their game card is very confusing. You buy a $50 card, but it only has 25 points on it. But it gives you unlimited use of some of the experiential games. So we wasted a lot of time upfront trying to figure that out. Front desk staff was helpful, but in general, the supervising teenagers there were aloof and just doing their jobs. They have a small grill and the food was surprisingly good. My husband had an excellent hamburger with french fries and the kids and I each had small individual size pizzas which were very good. I asked the kids to rate it while we were in the car and they gave it five stars. But when they compared it to Dave & Buster's, they gave it no stars to Dave & Buster's 10 stars. I give it overall four stars and I'm taking a Star away because the bathrooms were dirty and 3 out of 4 bathrooms none of the water was working in the sinks so we couldn't wash our hands.
