If I could give 0 stars, I would. Their customer service was by far the worst. As soon as we came in to check in, no one bothered to come and greet us. The man who finally came to check us in was just rude and had an ugly attitude towards us. Our lanes were stuck and they took forever to come and were really rude when they did come. They don't even come when you click the service button!!! Rude people who don't deserve business!! Don't even come here, go somewhere else!!!! read more

This place advertises on its web site $10/hr bowling all day Mondays. But don't believe it! It's false and misleading advertising just to get you to come in and then once you find out they're liars they think you'll be okay with it and pay their regular bend-you-over price of $20/hr. They've been reported to the MN AG consumer fraud department so we will see if anything changes. read more

I'd give the food no stars if I could. I got the Canadian Grilled cheese sandwich (grilled cheese with bacon). The bread was similar to grocery store white bread. The cheese was a processed cheese slice. The bacon was packaged precooked and was put on the sandwich scorched. The tots were hot and crispy but oversalted. IMHO, this sandwich was brutally expensive and would have been overpriced at almost any price. read more

I like going here in Friday's for BINGO because it's not as busy as other places in the area. However, the staff here are all incredibly rude! I have yet to meet someone who works here who is polite. The 1st Time here we got kicked out of our bowling lane because they had league bowling and no one told us that when we paid to play. So we paid for 2 games and only got to play 1. Chasers lounge wait staff is terrible too. One of the bartenders likes to complain loudly about the other staff and is very rude to them, which makes customers uncomfortable. And then our waitress never came to check on us. We had to throw our own cups away and go find her whenever we wanted to order another drink. And the cleanliness is awful! My infants hands were black after constantly touching the table, so I wiped it down myself and the rag was black too! Gross! read more

Came here for cosmic bowling on Friday night because we were on a theme date with a "space" theme. Cosmic bowling is advertised on their web site and even on the screens at the bowling alley (Fri. & Sat. from 9:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m.) I even called in advance to make sure they had cosmic bowling. Got there & was told that "they don't turn on the lights in the summer, except sometimes if the lanes are really full." What? Don't advertise when you can't deliver. Bad ending to an otherwise great day. Also, they had a very poor selection of bowling balls. We won't be back. read more

We recently had our daughter's birthday party here. When we called to reserve it we were told $20 for an extra half hour of bowling. When we arrived there was mysteriously no record of the extra half hour being requested. When we asked about it we were told it would be $44 because we had four lanes since we had invited 12 kids in addition to the birthday child's two siblings and two parents and the limit is 4 people per lane. We were told we would get a refund of $11.99 plus tax for each person that did not show up but when we went back to get the "birthday gift" and free game coupons the manager was suddenly not there. We chose the extra cost of cosmic bowling for the party but that too was a rip off in that everyone in the place was able to enjoy it on our dime. It's a small town bowling alley and as such, going in with that expectation makes a huge difference. Greasy bar food, good wait staff, and aloof shoe clerks characterize the alley. The beer is cheap and the lanes are often not overly busy. All in all, it's a bowling alley. Pay your money and make your own fun. read more

Lanes break down every week, management doesn't seem to care, crappy service from the little boy who works the counter because he is never behind the counter due to smoking often, texting, or in the bathroom for long times. Have been goin here often. They have bingo Friday nights. I watched a group nearby call bingo then get denied their money cus the lady at front didnt hear them. The group got upset, as I would have, and most of the patrons sided with the bar.. Even tho I know most of us heard her. I didn't like seeing it. Wouldn't even give it 1 star, granted we had fun.....until we looked at our bank charges. We got charged twice for food and drinks. When we went back to speak to the "manager", she was busy bowling on a league and told us to take it up with our bank. She was rude and didnt even want to deal with it. Great bowling specials, great drink specials, nice bowling alley. This is one of our favorite places to bowl.

Remodeling is now done but yet it's not nearly as nice as Brunswick bowl or Andover bowl. Also the wrench of smoke is horrible i mean i think bowling in there took 5- years off my life. I gave it 3 stars because the balls are new and the carpets new and the bowling surface is always shiny but it's still kind of old looking from the outside. whatever though it's pretty cheap and i don't have to waste gas going there so it's ok . read more

I have only been to Classic Bowl twice and both times it's been for bowling. If you arrive at 9:00 and take advantage of the $11.95 all you can bowl until 1:00AM bowling. It's totally worth it which also includes your shoes. Very cheap price, The Bowling shoes seem to be in good shape but the bowling balls are in fair condition with multiple selections of weights and finger holes. I did order some food and the food was about $7.00 for about 12 which might of been a fair price but I was disapointed that the chicken wings were breaded. I only assumed they would of been naked and also the chicken wings were tiny. Which made the cost of $7.00 dollars seem a little expensive. Also I don't like the old style of serving. They leave the final finished product in a open window that connects to the kitchen for anyone to take. So if your not paying attention then someone else could easily take them away. So I think it was cosmic bowling when all the lights are turned off and it's basically black lights that are aimed towards your pins and lane. I actually think it's more fun that way. for the two hour bowled we never encountered a jam or had to reset the equipment when bowling and the equipment for scoring seems to be all modern equipment. They had nice TV's that displayed the scored with some special effects for Strikes and spares. The music was more of the 80's rock generation. So it all depends on what you like. read more
