I would like to have more positive remarks about Tasty Asia since the food (when all the…read moreingredients are added) is typically fresh and good. However when you continually have missing ingredients in the dish you order and items not available after you already paid for your order and have to fill out an online form for reimbursement it is frustrating. Some examples include: my last order where there was NO Thai Basil in the Thai Basil with chicken, it has little flavor without the main ingredient - we called and were told there was no manager there to help us and they would call us back the next day. No calls back ever. When we finally got in touch with the manager three calls and two weeks later she rather rudely said the missing Thai Basil is just a garnish and told us to take our business elsewhere. We were only reimbursed half the cost after filling out another online refund form. Another couple times with missing mint in the spring rolls and it's the mint that makes it good so you have to remind them every time and they missed adding peppers to a dish. A few weeks ago I waited 55 minutes past the time given for my order to be done and one of the items wasn't available so I had to file a form online to get reimbursed. I suggested to them I would accept a lesser cost substitute dish identical to another one in our order, but none was given. It's embarrassing when you have company waiting and this happens. So I would not recommend ordering online with their Zing app and if you call in prepare to be on hold for a while. And half the time we have waited well l beyond the time we were told it would be ready. Seating is very limited there as well so almost all the orders are to go. These are just a few of the many examples of the issues we have had in trying to support this local business. Based on the lack of consistency and poor customer service we are done ordering from Tasty Asia.

We wanted to love it in here... the decor is adorable inside, but I be teas are just ok. My teen…read moreand I have been connoisseurs lately. The best thing about the tea was the crystal boba. The service was friendly, but half of the space was for takeout for the restaurant and there was signage stating only tea consumers could sit in the tea side dining room. Not sure why they wouldn't let consumers order and get to go and be able to eat on that side. The food side was roped off and looked sad. (Only takeout due to no staff available to work). Boba: We both got fruit teas (lychee and pineapple orange) and they actually had the fruit in it. Which was cool at first until they tasted really odd in our drinks. The orange made the tea bitter as the skin flavor. The lychees tasted metallic and we both preferred them to not be in there. Overall, sad to say... we wouldn't spend $7 on a tea here again. (We also waited 10 min for the 2 teas and only 1 person before us). Maybe we would order takeout next door, but it didn't have the best reviews either. The decor inside made me rate it a 3, but they need to do something different.
