This was my second time at this location and I am keeping my rating the same! This place is awesome! But let's dive in! This is a high end place, so it's going to be expensive to bowl! Decided to take a family of 4 bowling on Christmas Eve and it was over $100 to rent the lane for 2 hours and the bowling shoes. My kids are 5 and 9 and 2 hours was truly perfect! We were able to do around 4 games. Depends on how fast you bowl. We decided to get some drinks. The prices for even just a regular soda are insane! $5 for a Mt Dew that doesn't get a refill? And is full with ice? No. Haha We also got the cotton candy lemonade and dragon fruit lemonade. These tasted so cheap and VERY sweet. The lemonade is not tart. That was even MORE expensive. The pretzels with cheese are what you would buy at Walmart but marked way up. Again not worth it at all! May be the pitcher of soda and pizza would be better for a family? The vibes here are very fun! Large projectors with games on, fun music and everything was clean! Everyone we encountered was very friendly! At one point, one of the bowling balls got stuck in the gutter and an employee came out quick to fix it! There is an arcade, a pool table, bags/corn hole and plenty of spots to sit. I love this Bowlero! The bowling is fun, and the decor is pretty sweet! If you get hungry, they have a satisfactory menu. Especially recommend the lemonade! After bowling, you can stop at the big arcade and win yourself some nice little prizes. Great place for a day out! read more

This location was fairly nice and had a lot going on from the arcade to the bowling it's fun for everyone. My main gripe was some of the arcade games were out of order and the bowling was fairly pricy as most $8 per game and $5 for shoe rentals. Also to get an arcade card they charge an additional$3 fee. read more

Service was horrible. It was a hockey tournament in town and they did not plan accordingly. People were waiting constantly to order drinks and the waiting for food was ridiculous. We've had groups come here for the last ten years and never had this happen. We won't be having or recommending it. read more

I come to Bowlero a lot to watch leagues on Wednesday nights. Sometimes I end up bowling as well (either on my own or with friends) and I've always had a good experience at Bowlero. First of all, you can pay for bowling after you bowl which is nice because each person can pay for themselves and you don't have to guess at how many games you'll bowl beforehand. Second, once you're bowling it's nice because the servers are pretty attentive and really tolerant of larger groups. Some of my friends were being a little difficult one night and broke two glasses (I'm so sorry) but the servers laughed it off and helped them clean it up even though it was probably incredibly annoying. The bowling alley is always clean and has good food. They have a small bar by the lanes, and another bar that's open occasionally in the front of the building. You can also get a game card and play arcade games or host a party in their party room. My one complaint about the whole experience is that the stools at the tables that sit behind the lanes are too tall. The stools are as high as the tables so if you're trying to sit there, good luck. It's awkward. Overall, Bowlero is the place to go for all things bowling and party related. They have great deals throughout the week, so be sure to check that out online before you go! read more

Came here for my fiances birthday with his sister and a friend. This is a huge bowling place with a lot of space for kids to run around and play in the arcade area. Lots of neon lights and retro feel with a touch of modern. I love the ambiance and the moonlight bowling. We spent a lot of money in the arcade and will be happy to spend more next time we stop in.t Food was great, I highly recommend their cheese curds and fries! I planned my sister's 13th birthday this weekend with friends and family and it was a blast. We did the package deal for teens and it was overall a good deal. The food is surprisingly good for a bowling place. Our server Amber was very kind and attentive to our needs, Kenny brought a vibrant and open spirit by helping us take pictures as well! Definitely a fun and pretty clean bowling alley. However, the cost for 2 adults and a 2 year old toddler to bowl 2 games was almost $90 with no food included. Our 2 year old barely made it through the first game and the second was a no-go for him. The food is insanely overpriced and not great. We played the arcade after and it seemed that every game our toddler could play or was interested in was out of order, at least 5 different games. We had a good time but with food, bowling and games, we spent well over $250 for a Sunday afternoon. Just not worth it at all and we probably won't be returning any time in the near future. I mean, why would kids under 3 or 5 or whatever not bowl for free when they can barely get through 1 game?! Usually places have something like that. We are always trying to come up with new and different things to do, so we asked our son what he wanted to do and he mentioned bowling. Okay.... headed over to Bowlero. Pretty big place. There were a bunch of birthday parties going on, but we managed to squeak into a vacant lane. The girl helping us was so helpful and so nice and informative. We were directed to a lane and a got some little bowling shoes and a ramp and light weight ball which some lady a few lanes away took it upon herself to come over and help herself to. I've always been a fan of asking people if they were using something versus assuming I can just take it. Whatever... We didn't have a server come by and ask us for anything until we were ready to leave which was odd because she was quite attentive to people next door. We had to go and get the bill. Everything is paid for at the end on one tab, but ours was just for the games and shoes. Not sure why the little ones need shoes since they are not technically bowling, just pushing the ball down a ramp. Oh well. Arcade is okay, but mainly for older kids. Place is okay. My son had fun which is all that really mattered. Nice enough place to try at least once. read more

Attended a work party here and everyone was very impressed with everything. The building was very clean and the food was delicious. There was a variety of things to do so it was great for everyone . Came in with a party of nine and paid over $200 to rent shoes and bowl on a Friday evening. The staff member tried to give us one lane for our large sized party, we requested a second Lane and we're told the lanes were recently cleaned and that's all they had open even though there was visibly half the place completely empty. We went to use the lane and found another large party sharing the staging area with us and realized immediately that the space would not suffice. We went back to the desk and requested a new lane and were simply given another single lane. Five minutes later the manager walked up and told us we could bowl on the lane next to us. The whole fiasco was a waste of about a half hour, so we spent over $200 to bowl two games. In the meantime the kitchen closed so we were unable to have any food. The bar was open for a little bit so that was OK but I felt like the customer service was severely lacking. Hate to knock this place but the management needs to step it up otherwise it would be a great place with five stars. read more

Very poor customer service. Tried to order a pitcher of soda since I had toddlers and they made me order cups off the menu for 4.50 cents. Then brought an 8 ounce glasses with a pitcher. It's basically $20 dollars a pitcher which is so Over priced. How do these places get away with that?? When a woman came over to ask if everything was ok i tried to explain they were not giving what was advertised. I asked her to please go away because i was only getting upset since she was so argumentative, she then asked our family of 11 to finish our game and leave. She was so rude and unprofessional. I have to say this is my first 1 star disappointment of a business. The counter staff at the bowling lanes seemed irritated that they would have to help me. They didn't ask if they could help me, they asked what I wanted?...Shoes? Possibly. I was shocked at how much two adults, two children, a pitcher of Coke and one game of bowling costs at this place $65.00 plus I gave the server $2.00 tip only because she was polite. She told me a lot of customers get angry at her because of the price for bowling. I believe there are dozens of places I can go that I can be treated fairly for $65.00 worth of entertainment for 4 people. Ask for pricing, discounts and specials before taking shoes. You will become numb from the sticker shock when you are finished. read more

Bowling is one of those things that is fun to do once in a blue moon. Bowlero, in terms of bowling alleys, isn't too bad. It is quite clean, there are plenty of options for things to do besides bowling, and the food here is surprisingly decent. We came here for my husband's holiday work party. They had a couple of lanes reserved for us plus catering and a round of laser tag. The bowling wasn't bad. The computer system was easy to use (super easy to setup bumpers) and the space was clean. I'm not a big bowler, so for me this was all I needed. The food was better than I expected. We had an assortment of foods from lamb lollipops to a nacho bar. Not all the food was stellar (nacho bar) but there was some surprise hits. I didn't expect a bowling alley to have that good of food (good for a bowling alley that is). My only complaint about the food is really in how they present it/monitor it. There was another party next to our party. We had all mostly finished eating, but the other party started coming over to our section and eating our food. It felt rude of them to do that (they knew it wasn't there food but they literally shrugged and said who cares) and I felt like the bowling alley should have stepped in or made it clear who gets what food. Small issue. The highlight of the night for me was the laser tag. It was a well setup space that had two levels to it. Despite not being that big it felt complex enough that you could actually develop a strategy for hiding and getting points. By far a standout of the night. The arcade wasn't half bad either. They had lots of fun games and a crazy laser dodging thing (think Mission Impossible). I would have liked more games that are just games and not games to win tickets, but again small things. 1/100 read more

Meh, really not impressed with Bowlero, what was wrong with the Brunswick Zone name anyway? Certainly not a good place to go from a value stand point. I will say it's a nice facility overall which is going to be more $ which is fine but I expect a better experience with a $200 bill for 4 kids + 2 adults for 2 games of bowling. Yes it included pizzas, cheese sticks and some drinks but price just doesn't justify the food quality. It certainly wasn't bad food, just mediocre. Server was very nice and everything came in a timed fashion. We had 2 lanes, one of the lanes kept messing up had to use the reset button several times on one of the lanes. Once bowling was complete, another $100 at the arcade on a card. I will say I like not have physical ticket but like others have said it's not perfect. Several games were out of service or would just take credits and just not work. It was still fun, some neat games but too many out of service and some machines taking credits during a malfunction is not acceptable. Last, laser tag. Another almost $50 which actually is pretty fun. That said, no staff was at the entrance, you had to go up to front to buy it if you don't wanna use your arcade card at this point already spent it all. Why not be able to buy it at the register where the laser tag is at? I actually think this game on a value stand point was fun. The vests are cool and the inside area is large, has many places to hide and can do teams or free for all. When we got done, no staff was there so we just put the vests back. Went and checked the scores on the TV but no one knew who was who since they were just alias names. So in less than a few hours in I'm at almost $350, just wasn't worth the $. I have no problem paying more for exceptional experiences but mediocre food, messed up bowling lane, missing staff at laser tag and broken arcade games there are better entertainment choices available. Yes it was fun but if you are going to go keep it more limited than I did. read more

Over priced not so great bowling. Good place for schools and large events with kids. As they can run and be wild. We only go there for event like that. I can go other places with better lanes to bowl and save a bunch of money for our family. Food is ok. Basic frozen food deep fried. There is no freshness. The service is slow. No matter how slow or busy. We went once with 20 people at the bar and 2 bartenders. You would have thought that there were 200 people in front of them waiting for service. We paid $80 for bowling two games for a family of 5 (w/shoes) - way overpriced. We didn't even get a waitress to take our order until we had finished our 4th frame! We are on our second year of hosting a kids birthday party (age 6 and 7) here and it has been great! Cost effective, easy and fun! Levi in sales does an amazing job setting everything up and is very responsive! The day of the party goes off without a hitch too! This place is great fun to bowl at. Nicely tended floors. Great cocktails. Nice to have food and drink catered to you. Pizza looks awful and if you're bowling really only eating something with a fork works well. Downside, it's expensive to bowl here and they have little for specials. They do some last minute online groupons but you'd have to be stalking them before you leave and just fit into the mold, so plan to open your wallet, but it is fun here!!! read more
