(Late post but we had my party on May 31, 2025 at 8pm-10pm) I decided to celebrate my belated 30th birthday here at Chuck E. Cheese since my family was too poor to do it for me when I was kid but since I have adult money I can now somewhat afford it lol. My friend's sister that works there helped book me a reservation and I chose the Ultimate fun package for 18 people (full packages menu is in my photos). It's a really pricey package that's like $36.99 per head (with Hawaii tax its $39 per head) that includes a 2 hour unlimited gameplay coil wristband, 500 ticket bonus, unlimited refill soft drink, 2 large adult pizzas with 1 topping, 2 hour slot fully decorated table (Chuck E. table cloth, plates, collectable chuck cup, napkins, birthday celebrant table name tag), Chuck E. Cheese paper birthday hat, Dippin dots ice cream, and a Chuck E. goodie bag. Birthday celebrant gets all the above, recognition birthday dance show, ticket blaster, 4000 ticket bonus, and ticket tote bag. In order to qualify for the Ultimate fun package you need a minimum of 10 people. I bought some extra adult pizzas (I forget how many), 2 large buffet salad plates for my healthy friends, and tipping the party host. The overall bill came out to be $820.47 so yeah RIP to me and bf's credit card but it's worth the core memory. As for the cake, I didn't buy from Chuck E. Cheese but I bought mines at the Kapolei Safeway since it was $35 for a custom picture cake that can feed 16-24 people. FYI no outside food allowed, only cupcakes and cakes only. Building entrance is located facing the main road where your car entered from, there's plenty parking space on the side and back of the building. Me and my bf came in first to check in and the front door greeter asked if we were the party parents? I told the greeter that we're not parents yet but I am indeed the birthday celebrant haha. The greeter quickly caught on the majority of the adults coming in were my adult friends lol. After checking in with the greeter, the party host for my table showed me his list and asked what pizza toppings and sizes do I want, what flavor of Dippin dots I would like (vanilla, chocolate, cotton candy, cookies n cream), what kind of pitcher drinks do I want at the table, and what time should they serve the pizzas out. Very well organized! My party ate the yummy pizzas, then played the arcade, did 2 of their Chuck E. Cheese photobooths (one was black/white, the other was in color), then we gathered back to the table to do the birthday dance with the whole Chuck E. Cheese characters and staff, sang Happy Birthday (the host will cut and pass the cake for you), I did the ticket blaster, then we all went back to playing the arcades. Few complaints about the party is that a 2 hour slot is not enough time to celebrate a birthday since people trickle in, 20-30 minutes to eat pizza, birthday dance was maybe 10-15 minutes long, play the arcade, and wait in line to redeem their prizes. Another thing is that the host forgot to bring out the dippin dots that was included in the package. I was too busy running around making sure my friends are having fun so it would've been helpful if he stepped in to remind me. Also a few days later I checked the menu again, it said there should've been a collectable refill chuck cup and we didn't get that, we had paper cups instead? So would I recommend the Ultimate fun package? I had a lot of fun but its 50/50 unless you have time to chase down the host. So maybe retraining or updating the birthday packages if you're not able to provide what's promised. So take my experience as a note and caution if you do plan on doing your birthday celebrations here.

What can I say? Even I love chuck e cheese and we get excited to bring our two little ones here to play! The best thing about it is the games are very inexpensive. Twenty bucks can go a long way for play. You won't get too many tickets, unfortunately unless you hit a jackpot, but the experience of playing games is the funnest part for kids! They recently renovated this location a little to add an indoor trampoline park and jungle gym, which is an additional cost. Fun option for families looking for some more to do. They still have the characters walk around, dance, give out tickets, etc. The food is good - we love the pizza, wings and fries. Can't go wrong with free refills at the soda fountain. Overall, a fun place to spend some quality time with the ohana!

Very lively. Fun environment. Check E Cheese & friends made many appearances to keep the children happy. They sang and dance to birthday songs. Many games to play. Clean environment. Pizza was good, tho a bit on the salty side. Refillable drinks. Many employees around to help if in need. Free parking.

Great service especially when holding birthday parties. They make it less stressful when getting everything together. Their foods are pretty good especially the pizzas. Overall, great place for kids and adults with great food and great customer service.

Chuck E Cheese Kapolei is located right in front of the Kapolei transit center, across of Chun Wah Kam shopping area. They have their own parking lot and we've never had an issue with getting a spot, even during the weekends and peak hours. When you arrive there, the staff has to let you in and takes a picture of your party with your phone and you have to show that same picture when exiting the facility. The service isn't bad considering how busy and hectic it gets. We always get asked if we're okay. You order food and your pass to play games at the counter and they bring it to the table you choose to sit at. Drinks and salad bar are self serve. Tip: when buying games, the time is way more worth it than the points! But they had a promo going on for a summer pass where you get points everyday and discount on food for 2 months which was super worth it to us. There's plenty of seating inside but during rush hours it does tend to fill up quick. Food is actually really good for an arcade-chain type of thing! We come here just to grab food sometimes. We tried the home style BBQ chicken pizza which is essentially the same as their BBQ chicken pizza but with bell peppers and red onion on top and we really liked it! Actually a little better than most places IMO. The BBQ chicken wings are always a must get because everyone always finishes it and it's not bad for the amount you get. According to the worker they do it by lb and not pieces. The salad bar is great too - everything is fresh and you can see them refilling it with fresh ingredients throughout the shift. Overall we really enjoy Chuck E. Cheese and it's a great way for both kids and adults to have fun and get something yummy to eat!

Chuck E. Cheese: Growing Up, but Nostalgia Lives On Rating: From tiny tot to preteen, Chuck E. Cheese has been our jam. Though he's graduated to bigger arcades, we keep returning for the nostalgia, good food, a surprisingly decent salad bar, and the fun games with generous prizes. It's the perfect blend of childhood memories and family entertainment.

I've spent an unimaginable amount of time at this location and all hats off to the staff that works at this place. When you put it all together, they orchestrate a business to run that revolves around "children"... Meaning, that's not an easy set of shoes to fill, considering most of the parents here act like children. Yes, there are times the machines are out of service, and? They get abused all day, sometimes they need repair. Yes the place is loud, it's a madhouse at times, but the problem is usually the caretakers of the children attending. The food options are consistent and the salad bar is always kept up to par. I mean, 5 stars to anyone brave enough to open their doors to an establishment like this.

This establishment is fairly large and have a regular seating tables area and a bar area. The bar area was pretty popping with people watching the on-going football game. (they do have tvs all over the bar so you should be able to watch in most seats. It is fairly cold in here, like I was kind of freezing and had to grab a jacket from the car. Our server was super friendly and we got our orders in: We ordered: * Brick Oven "Super" Pizza: 7/10. We ordered this without black olives because I do not like black olives. This was okay. There were many toppings but since there were so many, there were much less of each topping (which meant that you'd really only get a tiny sprinkle of like beef for example). I felt like the pizza was just mediocre. The crust was unique, a twisted shape but it just made the crust more dense and not as enjoyable to eat for me as I liked a fluffier doughy crust. I also felt that there weren't enough cheese for the amount of toppings on this pizza. * Pepperoni, Sausage, and Jalapenos Pizza: 7.2/10. My friend ordered this so I didn't really eat as much of it. It was ok, same complaints regarding the crust. I think due to it having less toppings the cheese ratio was much better this time around. * Buffalo (Hot) Wings: 9/10, my friend said the main star of the show would be the wings and he was not lying! These wings were large and meaty compared to the tiny wings you'd often get at bars and most establishments. They were fried to perfection and tossed in the chosen sauce. The buffalo was perfect and I enjoyed it with ranch. * Lemon Pepper: 8.2/10, same positives, I just don't care for the lemon pepper flavor. * Garlic Parm: 9.2/10: same positives, I love the garlicky flavor of this wing along with the cheesiness from the parm. * Chicken Alfredo Pasta: 4/10. We do NOT recommend this. The chicken quality was terrible, it was like stringy. We think it is the premade chicken meant to be shredded for pizzas recooked into the pasta. The alfredo sauce was also not very good, just tasted poorly made and overly peppered. Honestly I would totally come back for the wings and only the wings. Recommend this spot to grab some wings and watch a game with some friends!

Outstanding Food, Vibes, and Live Music!…read more Had an amazing dinner experience at Mahi'ai Table last night with two friends! We specifically came out to support our friend who was the musical talent providing the live entertainment from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. Our reservation was at 5:30 PM, and the vibe was so good that we stayed all the way until 9:00 PM. Because we arrived during the last 30 minutes of happy hour, we immediately ordered a major spread of pupus from the Pau Hana menu. We shared the lechon style brussel sprouts, hand-cut fries, steamed shrimp & pork won tons, scallion bread, and fish tacos. Every single bite was delicious. I paired the food with a Hana Koa Roof Top Pale Ale from their local drafts list, which was crisp and excellent. After happy hour wrapped up, I moved on to the dinner menu and ordered the Half Pound House Burger and fries for my entree. The burger was perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful. Overall, the food and ambiance were absolutely outstanding, and the service was prompt, attentive, and friendly from start to finish. The noise level was perfectly moderate, letting us enjoy both the live music and our own conversation. We had a great time and will absolutely be back!

Underrated local dinner spot…read more The entry to this restaurant is so easy to miss because it's so narrow and it blends in so well with everything. I don't know if they want to keep it hidden, but I guess you could consider it that. We went in on a Saturday night with reservations and I highly recommend it since the place was full when we went in and more people kept wanting to come and eat. Service was great from beginning to end, I especially love that everyone accommodated my stroller and my baby. There were four of us and we each got something different, but to start I highly suggest the steamed shrimp and pork wontons and the lechon style Brussels - I would've double-ordered those for my entree if I could have! For entrees we ordered the garlic noodles, misoyaki butterfish, seared catch-of-the-day, and the burger. They were all amazing, and after we all started letting each other try we started making our own "flights" because everything just hit different spots and flavor profiles. In summary, this is one of those places that doesn't care about aesthetics, the decor is casual, but the food is soooo ono. They focus all their energy on food and service, and that makes a winner winner chicken dinner in my book.

(Im overdue with the review so forgot what pizza it exactly was) but i remember this was good. It was in the happy hour menu is all i can remember. - wings but unsure about the goat cheese dip. I prefer plain ranch - the kids pasta was good. Well, one kiddo loved it while the other didn't. So it depends on preferences on this one. I will say i did taste it and it was meh... - another kiddo got the shoyu noodles and its plain. So if you got a simple palate plain jane child, they will like this one. For drinks, it depends on taste and preferences. I was bummed on this one. Mainly looking fwd to the drinks and it didn't satisfy my tastebuds. It was too twisted, fusion, modified etc. i prefer a mai tai a plain old fashioned mai tai without the fixings. The orange foam was too strong it overwhelmed the dark rum im used to and prefer. So i decided to try the ube rey instead which was much better but still not as much to my liking/preferences. Went back to Aulani a but bummed and decided to get another at Aulani the next day instead and I will say, i liked it better as it followed the more traditional way of making it. So if you prefer traditional ways, this may not be for you and if planning to drink, simply keep with the simplier generic drinks, wine or beer. If you prefer to try different ways and flavors, then you will love this. Service was great and our server was attentive at all times. Thank you. Ambiance was good but outdoor seating may be a bit of a nuance due to flies swarming around you often. The swinging table fan helps but are still annoying plus the tropical heat also didn't help.
