My family and I visited Chuck E Cheese in Kapolei for the first time as we were celebrating my daughter's first birthday here. We all had a nice visit overall, however, when my son and his two friends entered they had a very bad experience and were treated horribly by Gia. My son and his 2 friends arrived before us. Gia opened the door and asked if they were over 18 to which they responded that yes, they are 18. Probably a policy and procedural question that is asked when people look younger. They then explained that the rest of our family, including two children, were on the way and would be joining us. Gia's responded with a very rude and dismissive, "I don't care." Extremely unprofessional and uncalled for, especially if she's the person right at the entrance when you enter this establishment. While they waited near the front for the rest of our family to arrive, she continued giving them dirty looks which made them feel very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. It was very disappointing to say the least, especially since we were there to celebrate a special occasion and first birthday with our family. There was absolutely no need for the attitude from Gia. Management should think about who they're putting at the front entrance and should really consider the employees who are professional, kind and respectful at the front instead of rude employees like Gia. Thankfully, the rest of our visit was okay, but the poor customer service my son and his friends experienced when we first arrived left a very negative impression. read more

Kapolei location is great, especially since it's on the newer side. Great option for birthday parties! Love the arrangement of tables around the toddler game area, allows parents to be close to their child w/out worry about belongings at the table. Pizza & salad bar is decent and slightly overpriced however the cheap game prices make up for it. They did away with the stamp and black flashlight at entrance/exit. It's now a photo at with their backdrop which I appreciate as a mom who hardly gets pics *with the keiki. Ample parking. Friendly Staff. (Late post but we had my party on May 31, 2025 at 8pm-10pm) I decided to celebrate my belated 30th birthday here at Chuck E. Cheese since my family was too poor to do it for me when I was kid but since I have adult money I can now somewhat afford it lol. My friend's sister that works there helped book me a reservation and I chose the Ultimate fun package for 18 people (full packages menu is in my photos). It's a really pricey package that's like $36.99 per head (with Hawaii tax its $39 per head) that includes a 2 hour unlimited gameplay coil wristband, 500 ticket bonus, unlimited refill soft drink, 2 large adult pizzas with 1 topping, 2 hour slot fully decorated table (Chuck E. table cloth, plates, collectable chuck cup, napkins, birthday celebrant table name tag), Chuck E. Cheese paper birthday hat, Dippin dots ice cream, and a Chuck E. goodie bag. Birthday celebrant gets all the above, recognition birthday dance show, ticket blaster, 4000 ticket bonus, and ticket tote bag. In order to qualify for the Ultimate fun package you need a minimum of 10 people. I bought some extra adult pizzas (I forget how many), 2 large buffet salad plates for my healthy friends, and tipping the party host. The overall bill came out to be $820.47 so yeah RIP to me and bf's credit card but it's worth the core memory. As for the cake, I didn't buy from Chuck E. Cheese but I bought mines at the Kapolei Safeway since it was $35 for a custom picture cake that can feed 16-24 people. FYI no outside food allowed, only cupcakes and cakes only. Building entrance is located facing the main road where your car entered from, there's plenty parking space on the side and back of the building. Me and my bf came in first to check in and the front door greeter asked if we were the party parents? I told the greeter that we're not parents yet but I am indeed the birthday celebrant haha. The greeter quickly caught on the majority of the adults coming in were my adult friends lol. After checking in with the greeter, the party host for my table showed me his list and asked what pizza toppings and sizes do I want, what flavor of Dippin dots I would like (vanilla, chocolate, cotton candy, cookies n cream), what kind of pitcher drinks do I want at the table, and what time should they serve the pizzas out. Very well organized! My party ate the yummy pizzas, then played the arcade, did 2 of their Chuck E. Cheese photobooths (one was black/white, the other was in color), then we gathered back to the table to do the birthday dance with the whole Chuck E. Cheese characters and staff, sang Happy Birthday (the host will cut and pass the cake for you), I did the ticket blaster, then we all went back to playing the arcades. Few complaints about the party is that a 2 hour slot is not enough time to celebrate a birthday since people trickle in, 20-30 minutes to eat pizza, birthday dance was maybe 10-15 minutes long, play the arcade, and wait in line to redeem their prizes. Another thing is that the host forgot to bring out the dippin dots that was included in the package. I was too busy running around making sure my friends are having fun so it would've been helpful if he stepped in to remind me. Also a few days later I checked the menu again, it said there should've been a collectable refill chuck cup and we didn't get that, we had paper cups instead? So would I recommend the Ultimate fun package? I had a lot of fun but its 50/50 unless you have time to chase down the host. So maybe retraining or updating the birthday packages if you're not able to provide what's promised. So take my experience as a note and caution if you do plan on doing your birthday celebrations here. read more

What can I say? Even I love chuck e cheese and we get excited to bring our two little ones here to play! The best thing about it is the games are very inexpensive. Twenty bucks can go a long way for play. You won't get too many tickets, unfortunately unless you hit a jackpot, but the experience of playing games is the funnest part for kids! They recently renovated this location a little to add an indoor trampoline park and jungle gym, which is an additional cost. Fun option for families looking for some more to do. They still have the characters walk around, dance, give out tickets, etc. The food is good - we love the pizza, wings and fries. Can't go wrong with free refills at the soda fountain. This is my family's favorite Chuck E Cheese since the PC one closed down a while back. The pizza is always great and always comes out fairly quickly. The workers keep the salad bar pretty clean. Speaking of the workers, I think they have great customer service. All the workers are so nice, and they are always on top when cleaning everything. The place is always clean everytime we go, even the bathrooms. We always have a good time here. read more

I'm not really sure that I would recommend coming here for a birthday party. It seems like the focus is trying to mass produce as many birthday parties here as possible at the same time. You get one row that's cramped between two other rows. We came here on a Saturday night and I counted 10 other parties. The prizes are very limited as most of the games are small rewards. You could pay extra for the kids to go on the trampolines but only 3 kids can go at a time for safety. I appreciate the security with making sure your kid goes home with you but it's too much if you ask me. Service seemed good otherwise. read more

My family loves Chuck E. Cheese! In the past, we've gone for special treats and occasions, but in all honesty, those games at only 1 token are such a steal for the entertainment they provide. To be honest, I probably love the thrill of winning even more than my kids - those big jackpots (they're totally games of skill, right?!), getting on the leaderboard for the dueling piano game, and seeing who will score more in skeeball or basketball, or actually win the claw game...such fun family bonding time! This summer we got the 2 month summer pass, and though I didn't think we could use 250 games per day, we are getting some amazing use from it! It's a great way to get out of the hot house and into super cold air condition, have fun, and maybe win a cool prize. This location is my favorite out of all the island locations - although all of the locations have free parking, I also love that this one is super clean, bright, and has the most interesting games! The gold summer fun pass offering half off food is such a good deal. Everyone really enjoys their buttery pizza! They offer $6 souvenir cups too, and you can bring them back to refill every time you visit - love that they're eco-friendly and save us some money! I also appreciate that they require guests to wear gloves when grabbing your goodies from the salad bar - staying clean and healthy is important to me and I wish every buffet did this! They offer really great packages and they let you upgrade their packages - you can select specialty pizzas or extra large pizzas instead, and add a large salad and get a $1 discount. And everytime I go, we get amazing customer service. They will check on different ways that you can order the food to save you money and get the best deal just to make sure that you are totally satisfied with your experience. Chuck E and friends come around super often to take pictures with the kiddos and my kids love the beach party, dancing and music that keep us entertained and moving. We haven't tried the playground yet, but it looks really fun and another cool option for kids wanting to run around. I also love how they take a photo at the start of the event as part of their security measures. First things first! For anyone thinking Chuck E. Cheese is at kamakana ali'i, please know it's not there. Lol! I say this because I automatically assumed it was there and drove that way. Don't be like me and assume it's there. Lol! We went to the kapolei location and to our surprise they had just opened up the new play area with trampolines! Keep in mind, It's a $16 fee to play in there, you'll also need to buy socks from them, and they are very efficient in making sure the height requirement is followed. Your child will get a wrist band after to pay for it and then they're free to play. The food at this location was great and kinda the same as the pearl city location. I will always think Chuck E. Cheese has the best pizza. Always. The games were a dud which is why I'm giving 3 stars. So many games ate up our points and didn't let us play. The workers were kind enough to give us our points back, but for some reason, the games just didn't work to our favor. I did see many staff working quickly to buss tables and wipe them after families left. The one thing I didn't care there is that they don't stamp the families going in and out. There is someone at the entrance and exit, but truly, any child can run in and out and I'm not too thrilled about this, but oh well. read more

The original venue of my son's party closed that day due to power outage (storm) without informing me. Luckily, chuck e cheese was open. I called them to ask if they can accommodate my party of 25 and they said it's first come first serve if no reservation. I had to tell all my guest that we are changing the venue last minute. Chuck E Cheese Kapolei is located right in front of the Kapolei transit center, across of Chun Wah Kam shopping area. They have their own parking lot and we've never had an issue with getting a spot, even during the weekends and peak hours. When you arrive there, the staff has to let you in and takes a picture of your party with your phone and you have to show that same picture when exiting the facility. The service isn't bad considering how busy and hectic it gets. We always get asked if we're okay. You order food and your pass to play games at the counter and they bring it to the table you choose to sit at. Drinks and salad bar are self serve. Tip: when buying games, the time is way more worth it than the points! But they had a promo going on for a summer pass where you get points everyday and discount on food for 2 months which was super worth it to us. There's plenty of seating inside but during rush hours it does tend to fill up quick. Food is actually really good for an arcade-chain type of thing! We come here just to grab food sometimes. We tried the home style BBQ chicken pizza which is essentially the same as their BBQ chicken pizza but with bell peppers and red onion on top and we really liked it! Actually a little better than most places IMO. The BBQ chicken wings are always a must get because everyone always finishes it and it's not bad for the amount you get. According to the worker they do it by lb and not pieces. The salad bar is great too - everything is fresh and you can see them refilling it with fresh ingredients throughout the shift. Didn't realize this kid was a liar and terrible person. She got her grandma to confront me saying I rushed her. I did no such thing. The grandma stunk of tobacco and resembled Roz from Monsters Inc. Hands down a great place to take your kids. Every single time we've been here since it's opening it's always been consistent. So clean! Staff is always consistently clean tables. The carpet floor is maintained so well. Games are operational and in excellent condition. Every machine is been really well maintained and consistently clean. They're also very well priced, such a great value. Staff is always always chipper and so sweet to the kids. Ive taken my kids to CEC twice for their birthdays. 1 for an official party and 1 just to dine and play (just last week). Both times EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER have been so nice to them. They really bring the smiles to the children and I am super appreciative of it. Food is always fresh and delicious. They low key have some of the tastiest pizzas around. First time I've been to this Chuck E. Cheese in Kapolei. Located near Kalapawai Cafe & Deli There's ample parking. Came here for a birthday party on a Saturday afternoon which was a bit crowded. Once you enter, you need to take a selfie. It's so you can reneged. For the birthday package, the kids were able to have unlimited play for the games. They enjoyed that a lot. Came for a birthday party on a Saturday evening and surprisingly had a great time with my 2 year old. It's been over a decade since I last went to Chuck E. Cheese so I had low expectations for this, but it was great! The location is clean but a bit tight. It got super crowded as the night went on. Pizza is *chef's kiss* So good and much better than all the other pizza chains. I will complain that there were adults hogging the token machines and had a huge pile of tickets next to them. They did not move and probably just let their kids go wild. Go somewhere else so others can have a turn! There's only like 4 machines!!!! read more

The west side needed this Chuck E Cheese for the kids! It is located in the heart of Kapolei near Kalapawai Restaurant. They have a huge parking area. This facility is nice and clean with new games and furniture. The pizza is good. We've enjoyed their Cali Alfredo, All Meat, Cheese and etc. I've also enjoyed their cheesy bread and wings. I've had a party of 80 at this location. Setting up a party is simple here. The staff does everything and all you have to do is show up. The party area can accommodate 160 people. We have experienced a mishap in the past of requesting the whole back area and when the time came, we had all but one long table which was odd since we took all 160 "spots" in the party area. I would recommend this location for a birthday party and just coming to hang out with the kids. Food, location, safe and fun. read more

I took my nephew to this location, much to my amazement, I was astonished by this size and play space. This area is somewhat brand new and things have changed since I came to one. They still have tickets for prize, but they now have preload cards... back then... it was coins. We ordered pizza and a drink... it was okay and the facility was clean. Had a small birthday party (10 people, party area in the back) here and did the "Fun Package." Great amount of game play on the cards and just added some more food to the package. The little ones loved the little free clubhouse/slide area. A lot of games for a variety of ages. Ask for Cory! He was very friendly, patient, and so helpful! I really like their kid safety check at the front doors. They take a picture of your family with your phone then they check it before you leave to make sure the kids are with the correct family/parents. Loud atmosphere. Clean environment. I really enjoy coming here. We got the Summer Fun pass and having my kids play whatever they want whenever we go is a nice deal. The best deals are the price of food! I love the bone in chicken, which costs a fraction of what Buffalo Wild Wings would cost at $16 for roughly 15 pcs of wings. A small pizza that would feed 2 ppl would be only roughly $9. My kids love it here! The things that need improvement are the prizes for tickets, and too many games malfunctioning. Very disappointing! Not all, but some of the team at this Chuck E. Cheese are not personable, and it does not feel like a kid friendly environment. Meaning the staff were scolding the children for playing. I can see if it was out of control, but they were just being kids. They are not warm and friendly like the other locations. We are summer pass holders and spend a lot of money weekly. No showroom entertainment at the regular intervals. Need to do better! Thank goodness the carnival started. I would rather spend my money there. Do better please! We come here for the experience and so our kids can be kids like you advertise. Please please do better. read more

Chucky Cheese in kapolei. First time at the Kapolei location. Lots of parking available. Came in early at 11 to beat the crowd by 12 PM the place was full. Checkin was a breeze, ordering food was simple and easy. Pizza was brought to the table within 20 mins. Salad bar was awesome as ever. The cantaloupe did taste a bit sour, mentioned it to the employee, they quickly changed out the entire container and bought a special cup to me. Lots of seating and games. Huge private party area. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the areas and bathrooms. Being that there must have been at least 100 people at 1230 pm. Been here twice, just for pizza take-out. The first time the worker was friendly, took my order, gave me a number, and with boxes in hand, she made eye contact and brought the pizza to my table in less than 15 minutes. The second time, the worker who looked like she hated her job, took my order and gave me a number and told me to wait at the table. It was busy!! So I was more attentive and sat patiently waiting and watching. 30 minutes passed, I walked up to the counter & the worker ignored me. I finally caught someone else's attention to help me. That person called "the worker" told me she had to check in the back for my order because she called out my number and "you never came". The pizza was cold. I walked out pi$$ed!! West side is stepping up their game...including basketball hoops, skeeball, racing, knock the clown down, the crazy game where people stand there and win all the tickets?? Can you tell I never go to the arcade. I thought 1 coin per game...3 coins per $1 is fair. I think parents and adults enjoy this place just as much as the kids. And honestly, it's a great place.
