What can I say? Even I love chuck e cheese and we get excited to bring our two little ones here to play! The best thing about it is the games are very inexpensive. Twenty bucks can go a long way for play. You won't get too many tickets, unfortunately unless you hit a jackpot, but the experience of playing games is the funnest part for kids! They recently renovated this location a little to add an indoor trampoline park and jungle gym, which is an additional cost. Fun option for families looking for some more to do. They still have the characters walk around, dance, give out tickets, etc. The food is good - we love the pizza, wings and fries. Can't go wrong with free refills at the soda fountain. Overall, a fun place to spend some quality time with the ohana!

Very lively. Fun environment. Check E Cheese & friends made many appearances to keep the children happy. They sang and dance to birthday songs. Many games to play. Clean environment. Pizza was good, tho a bit on the salty side. Refillable drinks. Many employees around to help if in need. Free parking.

Great service especially when holding birthday parties. They make it less stressful when getting everything together. Their foods are pretty good especially the pizzas. Overall, great place for kids and adults with great food and great customer service.

Chuck E Cheese Kapolei is located right in front of the Kapolei transit center, across of Chun Wah Kam shopping area. They have their own parking lot and we've never had an issue with getting a spot, even during the weekends and peak hours. When you arrive there, the staff has to let you in and takes a picture of your party with your phone and you have to show that same picture when exiting the facility. The service isn't bad considering how busy and hectic it gets. We always get asked if we're okay. You order food and your pass to play games at the counter and they bring it to the table you choose to sit at. Drinks and salad bar are self serve. Tip: when buying games, the time is way more worth it than the points! But they had a promo going on for a summer pass where you get points everyday and discount on food for 2 months which was super worth it to us. There's plenty of seating inside but during rush hours it does tend to fill up quick. Food is actually really good for an arcade-chain type of thing! We come here just to grab food sometimes. We tried the home style BBQ chicken pizza which is essentially the same as their BBQ chicken pizza but with bell peppers and red onion on top and we really liked it! Actually a little better than most places IMO. The BBQ chicken wings are always a must get because everyone always finishes it and it's not bad for the amount you get. According to the worker they do it by lb and not pieces. The salad bar is great too - everything is fresh and you can see them refilling it with fresh ingredients throughout the shift. Overall we really enjoy Chuck E. Cheese and it's a great way for both kids and adults to have fun and get something yummy to eat!

Chuck E. Cheese: Growing Up, but Nostalgia Lives On Rating: From tiny tot to preteen, Chuck E. Cheese has been our jam. Though he's graduated to bigger arcades, we keep returning for the nostalgia, good food, a surprisingly decent salad bar, and the fun games with generous prizes. It's the perfect blend of childhood memories and family entertainment.

I've spent an unimaginable amount of time at this location and all hats off to the staff that works at this place. When you put it all together, they orchestrate a business to run that revolves around "children"... Meaning, that's not an easy set of shoes to fill, considering most of the parents here act like children. Yes, there are times the machines are out of service, and? They get abused all day, sometimes they need repair. Yes the place is loud, it's a madhouse at times, but the problem is usually the caretakers of the children attending. The food options are consistent and the salad bar is always kept up to par. I mean, 5 stars to anyone brave enough to open their doors to an establishment like this.

After the movies with my grand nephew decided to take him to play some video games at Chuck E Cheese's. I've been to their City Square location (Kalihi) and Pearl City and now Kapolei. So now I experienced all 3 locations of Chuck E Cheese's. This location I was impressed not to many games compared to the other 2 location but it was nice. The reserved party section was in the back side of the restaurant. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza with 2 drinks and that was about $18.00 . Than I spent more than $40 on their pre-paid game card. Which you have to purchase for $3.00. I remember it was tokens I guess now it's pre paid cards like fun factory and D&B. I told my wife wow we're going to take my nephew out only on special occasions because this can be very costly lol Support local and be safe

This establishment is fairly large and have a regular seating tables area and a bar area. The bar area was pretty popping with people watching the on-going football game. (they do have tvs all over the bar so you should be able to watch in most seats. It is fairly cold in here, like I was kind of freezing and had to grab a jacket from the car. Our server was super friendly and we got our orders in: We ordered: * Brick Oven "Super" Pizza: 7/10. We ordered this without black olives because I do not like black olives. This was okay. There were many toppings but since there were so many, there were much less of each topping (which meant that you'd really only get a tiny sprinkle of like beef for example). I felt like the pizza was just mediocre. The crust was unique, a twisted shape but it just made the crust more dense and not as enjoyable to eat for me as I liked a fluffier doughy crust. I also felt that there weren't enough cheese for the amount of toppings on this pizza. * Pepperoni, Sausage, and Jalapenos Pizza: 7.2/10. My friend ordered this so I didn't really eat as much of it. It was ok, same complaints regarding the crust. I think due to it having less toppings the cheese ratio was much better this time around. * Buffalo (Hot) Wings: 9/10, my friend said the main star of the show would be the wings and he was not lying! These wings were large and meaty compared to the tiny wings you'd often get at bars and most establishments. They were fried to perfection and tossed in the chosen sauce. The buffalo was perfect and I enjoyed it with ranch. * Lemon Pepper: 8.2/10, same positives, I just don't care for the lemon pepper flavor. * Garlic Parm: 9.2/10: same positives, I love the garlicky flavor of this wing along with the cheesiness from the parm. * Chicken Alfredo Pasta: 4/10. We do NOT recommend this. The chicken quality was terrible, it was like stringy. We think it is the premade chicken meant to be shredded for pizzas recooked into the pasta. The alfredo sauce was also not very good, just tasted poorly made and overly peppered. Honestly I would totally come back for the wings and only the wings. Recommend this spot to grab some wings and watch a game with some friends!

The girl looked all confused, moved more slow than my toddler (sorry, but NO sense of urgency whatever). We'll after 10 mins of waiting we realized that it was because the guy who I guess was checking people in was in the bathroom. but geez, she couldnt helped him out. We asked if there was outside seating as the inside was already crowded and he checked and there was a table ready for us. Our waitress came gave us menus, didnt ask for our drink order than left. She came back maybe about 5-8 mins later to take our order, not before we requested if we could get water. Fastforward, like i stated at the beginning it was crowded on the inside when we walked in, well we get our food and mid way thru realize that our drinks were never filled, no one came out to ck on us or the other tables at that matter. We ordered extra carrots and celery that never came out, at that point I was like forget it. We needed boxes and refill of water since NONE came throughout our whole dinner. I decided to go get the boxes and request water, tell me why when I walked inside, the only table that was occupied was the party that was there in the corner. The rest of the place was empty and tell me why ALL the workers were literally just standing near the bar/kitchen. they see me walking in, no one seems to think "oh we havent checked on them" they waited till I approached them and asked for a box and water. Up until me going inside I gave them grace because like I mentioned I knew they were busy. But once I walked in and seen every single staff just standing there, I was disappointed. The food was good, but lets just say, the customer service was not it. Glad I got my fixed, as I havent eaten at Brick Oven in years, it will probably years before I come back....

We ate here our first night of the trip and had an amazing time. I wish I remembered our bartenders name but she was amazing and such a good vibe. We first went to monkeypod while in Maui, and I fell in love with their jalapeno mashed potatoes so I knew I had to get an order of that, and it was good as I remembered! Other things we ate that we enjoyed were the cast iron shrimp. Great flavor, the only problem is that it comes with like 4-5 shrimp, and they aren't large shrimp. Wish this dish came with more shrimp. The cheeseburger was good but not great. If you are craving a burger, this one definitely will satisfy that craving though. The catch of the day tacos were surprisingly good. The bulgogi tacos were solid but I'd opt for the fresh fish tacos instead. For dessert we tried their banana cream pie since it was popular. This one I didn't get the hype though, just an average piece of banana cream pie. For drinks, the mai tai is definitely the way to go. That lilikoi foam, so darn good! As the rest of the service industry of self service why not to the same for this informal setting here at Costco. I was just luck on this visit as there was zero line and wait unless you're wording a whole pizza so I decided to give them a check and see that you place your order using the kiosk which is so easy to navigate as I decided on a chicken bake and strawberry sundae and loved that there ware options for that as you can create your base with vanilla, chocolate or twist...woah!!! You pay and stand in line present your receipt and they'll gather your order which can be tricky if you have a lot of item as when she grabbed my pizza she still had to check the other item but I did grab my two items and was sad to see that there was no table as they only have a handful but do have a few high top round table that is stand up only to consume. It's nice that it's inside versus outside but space is limited and I did feel rushed to finish so that others may have seat do so as well but love the system they have and not so sure to take advantage of it on busier days. Thank you!
