They've added a bounce area but there is a size limit. There is a salad bar and pizza available to order. It seems like the pizza recipe changes often. The new recipe is leaning towards thin crust as previously it was definitely giving thick or hand tossed. I actually prefer this less dough version. Stiff crust is now an option. Wings are ok. It's the baked kind similar to pizza restaurants. They have upgraded Their menu by adding more wing flavors. We came here for a birthday party and it was my kids very first time ever at a Chuck E. Cheese. The parking lot here was big and empty enough and then the place was huge and had a wide variety of games with the birthday party. We were only allowed two hours of play and we got there right at 9 o'clock, but the party ended at 12 so we actually Ran out of time to do everything. The service was on point and they were bringing out pizzas and serving the kids and letting the adults have pizza. My only complaint is that I tried to have some of the salad bar and they told me no. They make having kid parties easy and fun! Perfect for kids 8 and under who like playing games. I had my son 3rd birthday party with 13 of his friends. It went great! Love that the 2 hrs doesn't start until they swipe their cards. Lots of games to play! They make the party super easy! I dropped my decor a few hours early ( I wanted extra) and they set up everything nicely ! Loved the girl who was our party host she was sooooo helpful! The food is okay and over priced for adults but it does what it needs to do the pizza and ice cream combo for the kids is great! I submitted my order at 12:09. I called the place 3 times nobody picked up. My order was still being made at 1:09. An hour later I'm calling still nobody is replying. So I call customer service they said can't help me cause I made the order through yelp. Just left my daughters 4th birthday party here and it went great! The hostess met me at our table that was ready to go when we walked in and immediately started getting everything else ready for us. Rina, the hostess, was very kind,professional and good with the kids. She doubled checked my order to make sure we had everything we needed, was constantly asking if we needed anything else and offering to fill the kids drink cups. I didn't have to do anything but take pictures. We got all our tokens, ticket blaster, and the additional 1000 ticket for the birthday girl. Its unfortunate that some people had a terrible experience here, but ours was not at all that. Chuck E Cheese is made for this kind of thing. I even had a dad that said his son didn't want to go because he had never been to Chuck E Cheese before, but upon walking in the door he didn't want to leave. The place was clean, organized, and there were lots of friendly employees working. I've read some of the other reviews and I have to say off top that my visit was nothing short of what I expected. The pizza, as many of you SHOULD know by now, is delicious lol. Salad bar had all fresh veggies and cheeses and dressings which is a major plus for me bc other spots, like cici's, are hot or miss with that. Freshness, that is. It's Sunday and it was a full house. All the kids, including mine, loved dancing with the big rat lol. Played some games, won about 200 tickets and my kid left having spent them on a big roll of green cotton candy. Service was great, every one from the host to the order clerk to the prize lady were friendly. And most importantly it was clean and all of the games worked. Horrible experience. Such disrespect. Me and my friend went to Chuck E Cheese on Friday may 27. I walked in and the employee asked if we had a parent there. I am 15 years old. My parents allow me to go places by myself. I told them I didn't have parents there and they told me that I had to call them to pick us up because we were too young. Only the second time I have been to a Chuck E Cheese and it actually wasn't bad. We did visit on a Friday when they opened so not crowded at all. The two hours we spent there were maybe 12-15 kids total. Prices are fine, everything was clean and in working order, my niece had a blast. Pizza wasn't even too terrible for it being, you know, Chuck E Cheese. The big complaint would be the amount of staff they have working. The same guy that stamped our hand, checked us out for tokens and then food, gave us prizes and checked you out upon departure, was the the same guy who played Chuck E every hour. Which meant service was sooooo slow. I saw three different employees working in the kitchen and doing the pizza buffet, not sure what the issue was with staff allocation but definitely needs to be addressed. read more

Times have changed! It's been a long time since we've been here and oh boy has it changed. This location is clean and bright with plenty of games somewhat packed in nicely. We went earlier in the morning so it wasn't so crazy, but by the time we left a little after lunch, it was pretty dense. We used the online coupon and was able to split the tokens onto another kid's card. I'm so glad there was beer & wine available and the pizza was not bad and pretty decent. I enjoyed the pizza but the games prices has increased to 1$ or 2$ a game. They did away with the coins. Some games give coins but you play them right back its no value. My favorite game deal or no deal is gone. That was one game i loved! Now you have to use a card instead of coins. Might as well go to main event or dave and busters to get the hold experience. But they no longer have enough workers at this time to stay at or be close to the door. Hopefully after seven more people work. Its safer that way. read more

Worst customer experience. We ordered a Stella Cider beer. They bring us 3 beers that are not what we ordered. The manager comes out and she is as rude as could be and proceeds to tell us that I am wrong and that it is cider beer. She then walks away before the conversation is finished because she does not want to deal with the fact that they are not selling the correct beer as advertised. Why have a product that you advertise and charge your customers a lot of money when the product is not available. It's Chuck E Cheese, the place to eat pizza and play. This Chuck-E-Cheese was built about 5 years ago, so it's still in very good condition. I haven't been to Chuck E Cheese and maybe like 3 years, and I see that there are a lot of changes. One of the main changes that I see is that they no longer do the tokens. Instead they give you a game card, which I think is a good idea, so kids won't lose their tokens as they run around. The party spot was clean and the attentive staff member was very helpful. I think Chuck E cheese gives you a decent package for your money, but I have seen other places like It which gives you more bang for your buck. The pizza was okay nothing to rave about, and the slices were average size. Chuck-E-Cheese is a staple for kids, and it won't be going anywhere anytime soon. I was suggested this Chuck-E-Cheese, because it's maintained and located in a strip mall on the ever-so-popular Westheimer street. Took my 4 yr. old granddaughter. I haven't been there since her mother was 3years old! A sweet employee showed me the new way to get play card and helped redeem tickets. She was so nice and patient and the place was very clean. No more animatronic band, sad... but now a huge tv screen with chucke cheese cartoon. The games were cute. My son just had his 4th birthday at this location today. It was the worst experience we've ever had his birthday at this same location multiple times first off we we're rushes to open his gifts and before he was even done some of the staff came to our table and started grabbing all his gifts and moving and didn't even tell us after we finally found them we found that 1 of his gifts was missing and seemed to have just "walked off" then when we went to get the voucher for his 1000 free tickets that came with the package we reserved for his birthday the manager told us that they don't do that at this location we even showed her the confirmation email that was sent that list what was on our package and she basically told us we're shit out of luck and was very rude. We will never go back to a chuck e cheese customer service was terrible and the manager is a miserable bitch.
