Who doesn't love Chuck E Cheese (CEC) ?! I've loved going to CEC since I was a kid: the ball pit? Fave! However, they now have a trampoline playground area and it looks AMAZING! Per usual, CEC is always bright & clean with an open floor layout so you can see everything going on. We went there right when they opened at 11am and ordered their $10 lunch special. A pizza and 2 drinks. We also got 2 salads, meatballs, cheese bread, and my personal favorite Churros. Who doesn't love a good dessert?! The employees were super helpful and nice. They checked on us to make sure we had our entire order and if we needed anything else. I understand when they're busy it's not like that, but it was really awesome of them to do so because they had the time. They have some amazing deals happening right now for birthday parties or unlimited passes, so if you're in need of a party location... check 'em, go check 'em go!

It smell like a tree trunk when we walked in, i think its the carpet. But the kids had a good time. The food is a 2.5/5. I think the pizza oven should be cleaned throughout the day. The employees over all are great. Specifically, the employee in the black shirt was AMAZING! He has such a good spirit and the way he interacts with the children when the dancing starts, shows how much he enjoys his job. It also looked as if he held a few roles to keep this location flowing. Give this man a raise. This location needs more staff. But I will return again.

On a recent fun Friday night, we decided to go outside of our regular pizza places and order takeout from a place of childhood nostalgia - Chuck E. Cheese. We've driven past this location countless times but never went inside until recently. Ordering online is a snap with an easy website including payment. It gave us a time estimate so we headed there to pick it up. On entrance you have a gated area to keep children safe during their time here. The food counter is right inside where you can order for dine-in or to-go. They have many packages with food that include tokens for games. The salad bar is also here and priced by size and visits. The game area is loud and busy with colors and lights beckoning fun. They have standard arcade games as well as ones where you win tickets to be redeemed at the prize counter. At the back near the stage are large tables for group events. Restrooms are also at the back and kept clean, albeit with fixtures on the dated side. For our meal we chose a half/half pepperoni/cheese pizza and the cheese bread sticks. I added a buffalo sauce and extra marinara, it also came with a ranch and marinara included. Pizzas run $28 which is steep for the size, but it was more filling than we realized at 12 slices the 4 of us were all full with leftovers for the next day. Pizzas are thin, well done, both crispy and soft in the best ways - we loved our food but probably wouldn't come often due to the price. The host was very friendly and happy to help, she got our food quickly and made sure it was all correct before we left. I can see if all staff here are like that, a special outing or group event would be worth the visit!

This Location has improved! They have a brand new menu new games and new party area with TVs and stage. If you haven't been here POST-Covid, you should check it out. My kiddos, young and old, agree on the games here. What I love about this place is that there are games that are toddler sized. My toddler enjoys playing the lowered games and also feels a LOT more involved with her older siblings. Compared to other places, there is a really tiny selection of games geared to little kids. This place is a LOT more family-friendly. The games now take cards. Gone are the days of tokens. The ticket munched is still around. Let's get real. It's part of the fun. They have pizzas, nuggets, wings and a salad bar. What we get here is the pizza. It's actually really good! The crust is crispy and buttery. The toppings are fresh. So it's not frozen pizza. I actually know adults who come here just for the pizza . Overall, parents need a break sometimes. When you don't feel like making dinner and want to make the kids tired, this is the place to go.

Wanted to bring my niece because she loves rides and games! She's extremely afraid of Chuck E. Cheese and will avoid playing any games or rides if he's walking around hahaha. Have not been to this establishment in a few years and saw that they now do cards instead of coins. You can load your card with points or time. You still get physical tickets and have to put them into the ticket counter before redeeming. We were playing games and did decently well but only got 1-4 tickets each game? Some games were also broken but still took out credit/points. For food, we got the wings, fries and cheese bread sampler. It said it would feed 8 ppl for $25.99, it only fed 3 of us. Overall my niece had fun. Feels pretty germ-y in there but what can you expect with a high amount of children and toddlers running around.

Thing #2 aka the younger mo'opuna (grandkid) came for a visit, and when he was asked what he wanted for dinner, he said pizza! Chuck E. Cheese has some legit pizza, and then throw in the arcade still at $0.25 per game, well it's a no-brainer. Because of the 'rona, you need to show your vaccination card to be seated, but this has become routine when choosing to dine-in on Oahu. Placed the order for the pizza, but of course the salad bar is not open for the public to use, but you can order a salad from the cashier. Depending on your order, you will get tokens included, and that comes in quite handy when you have a hungry kid that is "bored" of waiting. Thankfully, #2 is still young enough to enjoy CEC, which means Tutu and Papa don't have to load up game cards at some other entertainment venues that serve food (food and games are much more costly at these alternative spots) although #1 would prefer one of those alternate venues *insert eye roll* We will totally keep going to CEC as long as the kids continue to enjoy it!

Came here on a Tuesday morning at 11:00am and we were the only ones. Super clean and staff was cleaning non stop Very friendly staff Got a bunch of free tickets Pizza and salad were good too. Kids got to have the run of the place my 3 and 1 year old had a blast and I was comfortable with all the cleaning and vaccine card before entering. Will definitely be coming back again and again!

As a first time mom to a baby that's age is still free, I am already planning my next visit back…read more I was invited to this event via group so they reserved a whole private area for us. If you're coming here by yourself I would travel light so you can fit everything you need in lockers. There are about 2 private areas, one is double the size of others. It looks like the smaller area can fit about 20 adults "comfortably," but I'm also going off the assumption there's not much decorations, some space for food, and kids are all playing. If the spaces are not for a private party you can still use them too, but it's at your own risk to leave your stuff in the open. The level my son is at is lots of crawling but the new environment may have been why he mostly sat and just looked around - that and the kids running around. There was only a small area where he could comfortably roam, which I didn't mind because it makes the free admission for him worth it and I only paid $5 since I was with a group. Overall, I can see why this is a lifesaver for parents to let kids get their energy out. It literally is just the 24s of childhood, so who knows, my son may join the membership crew one day. But we do live more central, so maybe not this location.

I did recognize a couple of other songs. Perfect setting for little guys as well as older sisters and even mothers who were hitting baseballs or fathers throwing footballs or golfing etc. The party ran from 2-5 pm but birthday boy's parents had several coolers with drinks for the kiddies and adults. Twelve boxes of pizza were ordered and delivered. Assorted individual bags of chips, fresh veggies and dips and of course birthday cake. There was restroom facilities. The only thing I missed was no WiFi except for the employees to run the boxes, computers, sound system. Fast cleanup with helpful adult guests. A nice set up with couches, chairs and picnic table set up for the moms to sit on. Remember to get your parking ticket stamped for free parking. Have fun, you can even enjoy being a spectator.

What an awesome place! We need more places like Sports Box!…read more I first noticed Sports Box when it was in Ala Moana, near Target, and seemed like an awesome place for family or friends gatherings with its sports simulators with multiple sports and games to choose from. Well, I wasn't able to get my friends over (they're lazy), but I was able to come for a work event, and it was super fun. Sports Box is located right outside Dole Theatre where Wild Tiki Fun Zone used to be, I believe. There's ample parking and they validate! Definitely an easy and convenient location. Inside is clean, cool, and well maintained. It's a bit dark, but that's not a big issue. There are several "boxes" (simulators). Consisting of baseball, soccer, bowling, frisbee golf, hockey, footgolf, regular golf, dodgeball, and a shooting game. They provide all the equipment for every game. Even the Point Blank gun for the shooting game (yes, I had to power up the PlayStation later). You can bring own golf clubs if you like too. There's also a putting mat with multiple fun games, and the putting surface is angled, which makes it more challenging and fun than if it was just flat. Each box is charged by the hour and not per person. It's $75 per hour, up to 6 people, which is not bad at all. Party Packs are also available (up to 70 people, ranging from $225 to $425 per hour) where you can use multiple boxes, tables and chairs are provided, Karaoke available, and equipment. The only thing is they don't provide are food and drinks. Overall, I had a fun time. I enjoyed the putting and golf games. Golf had many modes, and many real life full courses that includes putting too! How awesome! The staff was helpful and informative. It's a great venue for gatherings and events. Or if you want to practice your golf. I'll definitely come back!

Being familiar with Keiki Kingdom, I filled out the waivers ahead of time via the website and clicking on this specific location so that the check in would be quicker. Once we got inside, there were two workers just sitting by down behind the counter. We headed to the counter and I was asked to fill out the waiver. I told them that I filled it out on the website and one of the girls says "every location has their own waiver." I told her "Yes, I went onto the website and clicked on this location" and she looked confused. She then told the other girl to see if they can search it up. Sure enough, she found my waiver. It could be a training issue, but I figured as an employee, they would be familiar with the fact that we could sign the waiver on the website, not only by scanning the QR code at the register. She checked us in and we opted in for socks because we didn't bring ours. She handed us the four pairs without even asking for sizes. Of course I had to switch them out because the socks were way too big. Prices weren't too bad I guess. It was $20 for one adult and one child together for two hours. Fast forward to the play area. It is quite small. Great for letting the kids burn off some energy. Some of the equipment wasn't even working. No employees were actively walking around to upkeep everything like the other locations. I also noticed that our stickers kept coming off and didn't last for even half an hour. Some of the okay areas didn't seem sanitary (there was a used bandaid stuck to the play mat). The restrooms only had one stall, which would be crazy if it were actually busy and knowing how kids can't really hold their bladders would be a nightmare. We weren't even too sure how often they would check on the restrooms to make sure everything was clean. There were a lot of claw machines in different areas. It was honestly the highlight of our time since we actually won stuff. Other than that, my kids spent most of their time jumping on the trampoline after going down the same slides a hundred times. I think we'll stick to paying a little extra for a better play experience for families at the other location.

This was the third time we tried to visit, and every single time there has been an excuse why my kids couldn't play. We've been told it's full, that there aren't enough kids, or that they could only play for 30 minutes. This time, I called ahead to make sure there was space before driving over. The person I spoke with told me they were open and had plenty of room. I explained that we would arrive in about 30 minutes. He said there was a birthday party starting at 4:00 PM, so my three boys would have 30 minutes to play freely before it got busy, and that they would be fine. When we arrived, we were immediately told they were closed for a party. I explained that I had just called and been told otherwise. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, the staff became hostile and accused me of lying, saying, "We don't even have a phone. We haven't had one for months." That's impossible because I called the phone number listed on their Google Business page. Rather than apologizing or trying to figure out what happened, they told us to leave and refused to let my kids play. The customer service was completely unacceptable. Lucas, Jason, and the manager (who refused to give me their name) handled the situation very poorly. Even if there had been a misunderstanding, there was no reason to treat a customer that way. We left and went to Space Room instead, and it turned out to be the best decision. The staff there were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Our kids had an amazing time, and the experience was everything we had hoped for. I will never return to Pups of War, and I cannot recommend it based on how we were treated. You can pay by the hour for each session, or get a monthly pass that allows unlimited time each month. They do ask everyone to sign an electronic waiver, so bring your smartphone to make things easier. You also need to wear socks in the play area, to prevent damage to the padded surfaces. I would recommend getting some grippy socks, because some of the play surfaces are fairly slick when wearing regular socks, and it's like walking on ice. Everything is pretty safe for all ages of children, as parents and caregivers are all watching over their own flock. They do have a staff person that also monitors the area and cleans and wipes down surfaces periodically. The main thing to watch out for (as with most toddler play areas) is when older kids are playing in the same area as smaller ones. It's a pretty big space overall, so it really wasn't an issue while we were there, but it's still something to keep in mind. There is a lot to do and my granddaughter definitely had her favorites, such as the merry-go-round, the climbing area, and (for some reason) the zip line ride. She avoided the ball pit for some reason, but maybe she'll grow into it as she gets older. We spent a couple of hours there and it definitely wore her out, and all of us as well. How can that be? The original design made sense. It was a bit quaint, but at least there was better flow. It looks like maintenance has declined considerably.
