Who doesn't love Chuck E Cheese (CEC) ?! I've loved going to CEC since I was a kid: the ball pit? Fave! However, they now have a trampoline playground area and it looks AMAZING! Per usual, CEC is always bright & clean with an open floor layout so you can see everything going on. We went there right when they opened at 11am and ordered their $10 lunch special. A pizza and 2 drinks. We also got 2 salads, meatballs, cheese bread, and my personal favorite Churros. Who doesn't love a good dessert?! The employees were super helpful and nice. They checked on us to make sure we had our entire order and if we needed anything else. I understand when they're busy it's not like that, but it was really awesome of them to do so because they had the time. Great experience! First time taking our girls and they loved the games + trampoline area... Chuck E. Cheese himself, not so much LOLOLOL! I got a coupon in the mail and we were able to get a large pizza, 4 drinks and 100 plays for $43.99! The trampoline part is separate @ $12 each with jump socks! This one is most convenient for us, and here are our notes for future visitors: 1. Get the reusable cup! It's $6 but you can bring it in each time you visit for free drinks! 2. Check out the playground. I think it's $12 on weekdays and $15 on the weekends - though the gold pass offers 50% off, and comes with grip socks. I love this new option. There's a height limit - which is good to keep out those bigger kids that might accidentally crush the younger ones. The playground is clean, safe and cool - I love that the kids are running around in air condition without the brutal summer heat or need for sunscreen). 3. The food is really yummy - pizzas are popular, but the fries and cheesy bread are really tasty and family favorites. 4. The music, dancing, and games are super fun for our kiddos. My seven year old still gets so excited dancing with Chuck E during the beach party and scooping up the tickets. And actually, I've come to love playing the games, too. I might be a little addicted to trying to get the super bonus on the infinity stones game! 5. Finally, the customer service is amazing. It has been a few years but we are back! Chuck e Cheese has gotten a little older but the mouse, games and pizza are still here. Sure this is not as big or extravagant as the huge indoor playgrounds but it's still fun. There are definitely things that need to be refreshed such as the carpet but the simpleness of this game room is still here. The staff are nice. I like how they now have cards to load access to games and tickets to redeem prizes. The prizes are still the same trinkets. Pizza is still good, supreme, pepperoni so good. Love the wings and dippin dots. Games are okay and many are for tickets so there's something to work towards. There's a huge indoor tunnel with a slide. This is the place to be for a less fevered activity and kinda gets back to the basics of indoor play. read more

It smell like a tree trunk when we walked in, i think its the carpet. But the kids had a good time. The food is a 2.5/5. I think the pizza oven should be cleaned throughout the day. The employees over all are great. Specifically, the employee in the black shirt was AMAZING! He has such a good spirit and the way he interacts with the children when the dancing starts, shows how much he enjoys his job. It also looked as if he held a few roles to keep this location flowing. My son celebrated his 8th birthday there and it was disappointing. Staff were very slow. My son party started at 3pm. The rest of the food were served almost 2 hours later when the party is literally almost done. Kids had to wait an hour to get their bands and socks. I was embarrassed to my guest especially for their kids. Also during payment, their system crashed so there was a glitched happened. Now i have to go back there to settle the payment. On a recent fun Friday night, we decided to go outside of our regular pizza places and order takeout from a place of childhood nostalgia - Chuck E. Cheese. We've driven past this location countless times but never went inside until recently. Ordering online is a snap with an easy website including payment. It gave us a time estimate so we headed there to pick it up. On entrance you have a gated area to keep children safe during their time here. The food counter is right inside where you can order for dine-in or to-go. They have many packages with food that include tokens for games. The salad bar is also here and priced by size and visits. The game area is loud and busy with colors and lights beckoning fun. They have standard arcade games as well as ones where you win tickets to be redeemed at the prize counter. At the back near the stage are large tables for group events. Restrooms are also at the back and kept clean, albeit with fixtures on the dated side. For our meal we chose a half/half pepperoni/cheese pizza and the cheese bread sticks. I added a buffalo sauce and extra marinara, it also came with a ranch and marinara included. Pizzas run $28 which is steep for the size, but it was more filling than we realized at 12 slices the 4 of us were all full with leftovers for the next day. Pizzas are thin, well done, both crispy and soft in the best ways - we loved our food but probably wouldn't come often due to the price. The host was very friendly and happy to help, she got our food quickly and made sure it was all correct before we left. I can see if all staff here are like that, a special outing or group event would be worth the visit! read more

There's just something about this pizza. Nice and thin with just the right crunch. The original garlic crust supreme pizza really is up there with the heavy hitters. The girl working the register today was very friendly and you could tell she enjoys being there. The inside is nice and clean considering it's a place for kids. This Location has improved! They have a brand new menu new games and new party area with TVs and stage. If you haven't been here POST-Covid, you should check it out. My kiddos, young and old, agree on the games here. What I love about this place is that there are games that are toddler sized. My toddler enjoys playing the lowered games and also feels a LOT more involved with her older siblings. Compared to other places, there is a really tiny selection of games geared to little kids. This place is a LOT more family-friendly. The games now take cards. Gone are the days of tokens. The ticket munched is still around. Let's get real. It's part of the fun. They have pizzas, nuggets, wings and a salad bar. What we get here is the pizza. It's actually really good! The crust is crispy and buttery. The toppings are fresh. So it's not frozen pizza. Wanted to bring my niece because she loves rides and games! She's extremely afraid of Chuck E. Cheese and will avoid playing any games or rides if he's walking around hahaha. Have not been to this establishment in a few years and saw that they now do cards instead of coins. You can load your card with points or time. You still get physical tickets and have to put them into the ticket counter before redeeming. We were playing games and did decently well but only got 1-4 tickets each game? Some games were also broken but still took out credit/points. For food, we got the wings, fries and cheese bread sampler. It said it would feed 8 ppl for $25.99, it only fed 3 of us. The layout at this location is perfectly spaced out. Always clean here and I love that they leave a hand wipes dispenser in the middle of the game room area. Parking is pretty good. It does get busy, especially during the day because the Market place is right next door. But as soon as the Market place closes, the parking lot clears up. Thing #2 aka the younger mo'opuna (grandkid) came for a visit, and when he was asked what he wanted for dinner, he said pizza! Chuck E. Cheese has some legit pizza, and then throw in the arcade still at $0.25 per game, well it's a no-brainer. Because of the 'rona, you need to show your vaccination card to be seated, but this has become routine when choosing to dine-in on Oahu. Placed the order for the pizza, but of course the salad bar is not open for the public to use, but you can order a salad from the cashier. Depending on your order, you will get tokens included, and that comes in quite handy when you have a hungry kid that is "bored" of waiting. Thankfully, #2 is still young enough to enjoy CEC, which means Tutu and Papa don't have to load up game cards at some other entertainment venues that serve food (food and games are much more costly at these alternative spots) although #1 would prefer one of those alternate venues *insert eye roll* We will totally keep going to CEC as long as the kids continue to enjoy it! read more

Had a birthday party here for my child and it went so much better than I expected. It was the least stressful party we've ever had for our kid. The staff are absolutely wonderful. They were easy to speak with over the phone while we were planning the party and they called me a couple days before to confirm. I come here every single time I am invited by friends with small children. It's so fun here! I came a few days ago to celebrate my friend's daughter's 5th birthday and we had pizza, a platter with fries, breadsticks, and chicken wings, and salad. I rarely eat this kind of food so I enjoyed every bite. The day we were there, it wasn't crowded at all. Chuck E came by our table often to high 5 us and the little girl was so excited. As soon as we ate, we all got up to play games. I love these games lol. We played all afternoon and together we won about 2,300 tickets. It sounds like a lot but unfortunately it's barely enough to get you a pencil or some stickers LOL. It's ok, the fun is in the experience, right? I was pleasantly surprised by this location. I was kinda iffy about bringing my son to this location but the staff were great! First off, lots of parking and free which is always great. The staff are all really nice and attentive from the moment you walk in. My son and I got a small pizza with 2 complimentary drinks to share. I also got a small bowl for the salad bar. I purchased a $20 card which was enough to play a lot of games for more than an hour. This location wasn't too crowded which was good, but enough to make the mood feel fun. I've thrown so many parties here and/or gone here for just fun because the games are only one token compared to what Fun Factory and other game places would charge. Anyways, my nephew had a small bday celebration here and the staff took care of us. We ordered the large pepperoni pizza, mushroom and chicken pizza, and the some chicken wings. For some strange reason, the pizza here is one of the best pizza that I've ever eaten. We got drinks that include free refill and there is a salad bar too. We ended up getting over 2,000 tickets which got us a little eraser..lol nah jk, but it was still super small. This was a Monday so it was really slow which meant we had full access to whatever games. Of course Chuck E comes out to do his normally dance routine with the staff. Was trying to find Chinatown and somehow ended up at this Chuck E. Cheese because of my kid. Dude, glad I did! This place still uses the token system! How cool and nostalgic is that! It was all 90's vibe in there with the exception of newer arcades. That alone gives this place 5 stars! I felt like a 90's kid again! We had all you can drink soda what more can you ask for but great food and gin too. I told her and the kids we must do this at least once a month or more. Today was the first day in a long time since I've been to Chuck E Cheese and it's so different. I'm old so I remember going to Chuck E Cheese when it was in Aina Haina. Well it's been a while since it's been there and now it's on Dillingham. We were there for a birthday party. As soon as you enter you are in the zone. Kids everywhere and the loud stage and it's like sensory overload, haha. I felt overwhelmed just walking in. But like I said I'm old, haha. Instead of a ball pit that they used to have, they now have a large tunnel that kids can climb through. They go up this ladder and crawl through this overhead tunnel. It was kind of nerve wracking for me because I didn't want my daughter to get stuck but she just went through there like a champ. They had a variety of games and rides which addressed kids of all levels. That was nice for her. We have been to other places like these and they have no activities or games for kids her age. It was nice that they had little rides and games that she could play with her friends. I also liked that they were old school and still had tokens. Some places have the card and you just have to swipe the card. I like the whole token thing where you have to put the token in the machine. Tokens are more worth it. It was good, one token for every ride or game she chose. When there's a card, there's different prices for all of the games. So I know someone who says that Chuck E Cheese has the best pizza. Hmm was totally doubtful about that. I tried it today and it wasn't the best pizza I ever tried, but it was different. I think the cheese they put on the pizza is different from other places. I was kind of disappointed with their show. I remember their show the most when I was a kid. I was looking forward to watching their show. It wasn't the same. Before they have robotic characters singing and dancing with Chuck E Cheese. It was fun watching them and it really got the crowd going. There's no other characters now except Chuck E Cheese. I came tonight to redeem the winter break special coupon I had (found in Midweek). $36 for 100 tokens and a Large 1-topping pizza. I upgraded to an XL ($4 more) and guess what... the SALAD bar is back!!!! I was so stoked. The only topping that was missing was mushrooms and sunflower seeds. Also, the large salad was $9.xx. Well worth it. There were maybe only 5 families tonight. I felt safe and my kids had a blast even though 100 tokens didn't even last an hour! Can't go wrong with a Chuck E. Cheese birthday!! This review in particular is for Lance at the Dillingham location. He was the one helping us with everything related to our party. Lance was so nice and answered all my questions as far as how things worked since this is my first time having a bday party for my own child at Chuck E. Cheese. Celebrated my daughters third and her and her classmates had a blast. Lance made sure everything was ready, pulled me to the side to inform and prepare me for what was going to happen next which gave me time to let the guests know what was about to happen such as what time food came out, when they are doing the birthday celebration. Lance gave good vibes throughout!! He really helped make the process a smooth and enjoyable one. I never felt rushed or like an inconvenience even though he was busy running around and helping multiple families. We had a great experience so thank you Lance and the rest of the Dillingham gang. There is always one employee that stands out among all the fabulous and friendly staff. The name of that employee is Adam. Everytime I go there, usually when school is out, I always see Adam working very hard. Adam is always cleaning, restocking, and making sure everyone is happy. I never saw Adam taking breaks and he is constantly moving and working. Although I did not go today with my family, my wife called and told me Adam got promoted to a supervisory position.
